Negative experience: Instead of listening to the patient Dr. Namassivaya told me what MY symptoms were and completely invalidated everything I was telling her. I work in healthcare and don’t leave this review lightly. The office staff is incredible and understanding, it’s unfortunate the provider was so awful. Would 100% never recommend anyone to ever see Dr. N. They automatically send you to physical therapy and speech therapy which isn’t needed with every single concussion. It’s an abuse of Medicaid. Then if you’re not happy with your provider (which mine did NOT listen to me at all) you cannot switch.
