Rochester VA Clinic

Fantastic experience: I received the best care at Rochester VA, hands down. The staff is so friendly and helpful, even more so than many civilian clinics I've been to. The size of the clinic makes it so much more friendly and personable than the Minneapolis VA, as well. I've transferred to the Houston VA in Texas where I've had multiple appointments canceled on me that I made months in advance. The Rochester VA and mental health team are still helping me with prescription refills while I wait for a new appointment. I miss this clinic so much!

Negative experience: Good enough for government work...

Positive experience: Was told they will no longer be trimming toenails, which is a bummer. The staff here dress super casual, like one would if sitting around watching Netflix. Not very professional looking. The medical staff are nice. Wish they had Urology here.

Fantastic experience: This clinic does have xray and now offers optometry. Their mental health program is top-notch!

Negative experience: Simply a referral chute for the Minneapolis VA. May as well save yourself the drive and just go there as they don’t even have xray.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Rochester CBOC for care for the last 5 years. The staff members are caring, concerned, knowledgeable, people who do their best to help Veterans and their families with medical needs.
