Fantastic experience: The staff is great and are so helpful. I was in for 2 months of PT for a fracture Humerus bone on my left arm. They helped me so much to be able to use the left arm and build strength in it. Everyone is so pleasant. I would recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: Mark his team assisted me fantastic before surgery to build up strength, and during recovery from my knee replacement surgery. During the recovery I was doing my PT excesses religiously and this helped tremendously! I did develop after surgery tendinitis in my IT band. Mark his team fine tuned my excersizes to help deal with this condition which helped a lot with recovering. I highly recommend Mark his Team at HealthQuest .

Fantastic experience: The staff at HealthQuest are miracle workers! They are patient, kind, compassionate, and they genuinely care about their patients. When I first arrived at HealthQuest, I could barely walk, I felt hopeless and depressed. However, after coming to therapy sessions, my body began to heal quickly. I had no idea how quickly my condition would change as I had not worked with a physical therapist before. In a matter of weeks they had me up and walking again! During my time there, I was fortunate to have worked with most of the staff, and each of them were amazing, I even started to look forward to coming to physical therapy. If you are looking to take a more healthy approach to recovering from injuries, I highly recommend HealthQuest, Mark and his staff will make your healing journey their number one priority.

Negative experience: Let me start by saying that the PT's were great for my daughter. The 2 is for the office staff and the way they handle billing. This was not our first time here and this did not happen the first time we used Health Quest. On several occasions they handed my daughter a bill and told her if it was not paid they would lock her account. Sometimes for 2 visits sometimes 4 or 5. I paid over $1200 in a few week span (which I have no problem paying) but the way the billing process is handled makes you feel like a criminal. Mind you they were paid immediately. Won't be using again.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with an exceptional team, including Anna, Adam, Mark, and Rachel. Together, we made tremendous progress, and I'm grateful for their guidance and support throughout our journey. The tech team was outstanding, providing close monitoring and expert adjustments to ensure I stayed on track. Their attention to detail, from posture to weights, was impressive and greatly appreciated. I also want to commend the front desk team for their kindness, flexibility, and accommodation. They worked tirelessly to ensure I got the scheduling I needed, even going above and beyond to accommodate last-minute changes. Fantastic experience: Mark and his staff were great. Put together a thorough work plan during each visit. The Techs were very hands on and understood the benefits of each exercise and made sure I was performing them correctly. I came in without the ability to put my right arm behind my back or reach above my head. After 7 weeks of treatment I now have my range of motion back to where it was prior to the injury. Fantastic experience: I have gone to Physical Therapy at Health Quest at Rochester North twice. The first time was after a hip replacement. When I needed Therapy for a repaired meniscus, there wasn’t any question, I knew where to go. The physical therapist are knowledgeable, supportive, caring, and ask all the right questions. Because of the care that is given, I have been successful both times. I highly recommend the Health Quest Rochester North. I give the staff and facility ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Fantastic experience: My go to Physical Therapy Center was Health Quest on Barclay Square. They met all of my needs and more. Unfortunately, they moved to Troy. I was so disappointed because South Rochester Road from Rochester to Troy is always busy. However, I noticed that there was a Health Quest North on the corner of Tienken and Rochester Road. And, I live not far from Tienken, which is very convenient. Hence, I made an appointment, and could not have been more pleased. It offers the same care and attention, the staff is helpful, knowledgable and friendly. At the end of my therapy sessions, my ham string was back to “normal.” Barclay square gave me a list of exercises I could do weekly to continue to build strength in specific areas. My therapist at Rochester North reviewed the list and added four more exercises, specifically for strengthening ham strings.

Fantastic experience: I started going to HQPT in Rochester Hills shortly after 2 surgeries on my knee to clear a bacterial infection due to septic arthritis. After Mark did my original assessment and set up an exercise plan, Adam, both Rachels, Anna, or whichever therapist started each session with physical manipulation, and although they varied in the aggressiveness of their approach, each was effective in increasing the degree of flexion in my knee. The techs then guided me through exercises for the rest of the session. Liam, Maya, Kaley, Brooke, and Charlie were all friendly and helpful, and kept track of my progress, as did the therapists. It took almost 3 months of 3 x/week sessions, but I graduated from a walker to a cane to walking unassisted. I would definitely recommend HQPT to anyone needing physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Totally recommend HealthQuest physical therapy in Rochester for your treatments. Everyone working there was super friendly. The facility has lots of space where there is room to do your therapy without being shoulder to shoulder with someone else. The place is clean and the back ground music was pleasant. Always ready for me when I arrived.

Fantastic experience: The whole staff makes having an injury so much better! The level of care and that they remember conversations you’ve had with them after a week of not seeing them makes it very welcoming! They correct your form when needed and make sure when you are ready to go on your own you are prepared. You also can get a groovy t-shirt!

Fantastic experience: First time for me at this HQ location. A knee tune up was needed for 6 weeks. From the front desk staff to aides and therapists , everyone provided a good continuity of scheduling and care . Certainly well staffed and high ratio of aides to PTs. PT takes time out of our lives and many don’t want to commit to that time. Mark and his staff are consistently efficient with treatment. Aides are knowledgeable and supportive while keeping you rolling with exercises . There is virtually NO waiting for assistance at HQ on N. Rochester Rd. This alone should encourage future clients that are on the fence about committing their time to PT to schedule treatment .The professionalism , staff and time management is the best I have experienced.

Fantastic experience: From not even being able lift my right arm above my head, to being able to easily lift a huge real estate For Sale sign above my head - I was not an easy case. With a father whose shoulders helped him win an Olympic medal, to my desire to easily carry a 2-year-old up my stairs, to my never having worked out with weights in my life – they probably thought “Lady, you better just move in!” Today I owe Mark so much more than my accolades because there’s no right words, nor price tag for quality of life. Fantastic experience: I found that everybody that I encountered at HealthQuest to be very helpful, courteous, patient, and friendly including those at the front desk, the therapists, and technicians. They showed true concern about my condition. I visited HealthQuest about 16 times seeking help to deal with osteoarthritis in my right knee. The team performed stretching exercises along with many other exercises to strengthen my right leg and more specifically my right knee. My leg and knee are stronger and I have more mobility since attending therapy sessions. At my final session I was provided with information about exercises that I could do at home to continue strengthening my leg and knee. If I find myself in need of physical therapy again, I will likely choose HealthQuest as my provider. Based on my experience with HealthQuest I would recommend them to those in need of PT.

Everyone was super nice and easy to be around. Overall a great environment to do physical therapy. PT sucks sometimes but these guys made it easy! Mark and his team have helped me through three different programs of Physical Therapy over many years now, and I simply can't say enough good things about this Practice, and Mark Kast in particular. Mark's one of the most knowledgeable people in terms of how the human body works that I've ever had the good fortune of meeting. Plus, he's able to clearly explain conditions and how to treat them in a way that far exceeds anything I've ever experienced from a medical doctor. I get far more help with my various orthopedic issues going to HQ than I do from appointments with my orthopedic doctors. I originally chose to go here due to it being 5 minutes from my house at the time, and am very glad I did. I now drive 30+ minutes each way (after moving) when I'm in need of PT help even though there's a different HQ office 5 minutes from our new house, simply because of the confidence I have in Mark and his team. Lastly, everyone here is really friendly/easy to work with, and Mark is just a heck of a nice guy and is as genuine as they come.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place! I took my son there at two months of age for mild torticollis (imbalanced muscles in neck). We worked with Wendy and I cannot speak highly enough about her! Within two months my son had balanced muscles and was discharged. She was patient and worked with my son very well, showed me what to do at home, and even educated me on better ways to help him grow and develop later on. I can't speak to the "adult" PT but I'm sure their therapists are of high quality based on our experience with Wendy. I can tell she is someone that is truly passionate about what she does. I'm very thankful we went here.

Fantastic experience: I am a third time patient since early 2019 for both shoulders and neck. Most recent was my 2nd rotator cuff follow up therapy. HQ on Rochester and Tienken has had staff changes over my 3 visits with some continuity. Definitely what hasn't changed is their commitment to excellence. They give you personal attention and vary their treatment depending on their evaluation of your progress and severity of your condition. Best of all they have a cheerful atmosphere that makes therapy something that I looked forward to and why I have returned for twice. Mark infects his team with his cheerful demeanor!

They make your therapy appointments to meet your needs. Therapy was amazing and helped so much with my healing. The PTs, PTAs, and Techs were always ready to answer my questions about my care. Fantastic experience: My experience with Mark and his team was second to none. After my surgery to repair my broken ankle and ruptured Achilles, I was specifically referred to their practice for their experience in blood flow restriction therapy as a part of my overall therapy. I went through extensive therapy for six months to learn to walk again and regain my strength and mobility. I couldn’t be more appreciative of their care and expertise. Fantastic experience: Came here after shoulder surgery for PT. Everyone there including desk people, techs, and therapists were attentive, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile always. Was mostly treated by Camron who was great and personable, but every other therapist I had were also very good. Special thanks to Candace at the desk who made so many phone calls dealing with my insurance to ensure my treatment continued as needed. Hopefully I will never need to see them again, but if I do I would go back confident of amazing care.

Fantastic experience: Everyone, the therapists, front desk and techs, are all very nice, friendly and accomidating. Pt was an all around great experience! I felt like I was exercising with friends for an hour. They also equipped me with take home exercises and resistance bands. The location is perfect as well! It's in the same plaza as a grocery store, and restaurants, in case you need anything after PT. There is also plenty of easy parking.

Negative experience: Their physical therapists all rotate at their various locations and I personally did not like that. I had a different physical therapist each time that did not know or understand my needs. They would just go off of the chart notes and there were many times I had to tell them the modifications needed from my previous visit. At one visit, I wasn’t even treated by a physical therapist because there wasn’t one around. The technicians did not explain the exercises to me very well. They would just briefly tell me and walk away. They rarely ever came to check on me and thus resulting in a lot of wasted time. I would not recommend this physical therapy location. I switched to a different place closer to home and am so much better and happier.

Fantastic experience: After knee surgery I tried PT but quit because it was doing more harm than good. Then I found Mark and his staff! They are amazing. I’m healed with full mobility thanks to their efforts, exercises, and hands on stretching! Clean facility, convenient parking, friendly staff, hands on treatment, and flexible hours all made this a great PT experience.

Positive experience: Initially skeptical I did not anticipate physical therapy would provide any relief. But immediately after my first session the pain was noticeably reduced. Within two weeks, by my fourth session, I no longer used a heating pad for overnight relief and felt fully recovered after eight sessions. HQPT diagnosis and treatments were spot-on!

Fantastic experience: Health quest Rochester North is phenomenal. I went in barely able to walk with severely herniated discs. I left being able to live my life like normal! My therapist Cameron was patient, listened to my issues, and adjusted my program accordingly. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to other PT clinics but HealthQuest Rochester Hills North is by far the best. Where other clinics were adequate, HQPT pays attention to detail. I had rotating therapists - all were excellent and each gave a bit of their own perspective and advice so it kept my progress interesting. - Anna was particularly helpful. I cannot praise the hardworking technicians enough. They were extremely attentive noting that a toe not pointed correctly or not enough stretch as they took me through my exercises - making sure i got the best out of my routine. At other clinics, technicians kind of us walked away and let me to muddle through my exercises. Plus they all remembered my name and were very friendly. I highly recommend HQPT Rochester Hills North. Fantastic experience: I had a lot of trepidation about following my doctor’s orders for physical therapy after a puppy-lifting “incident” (a.k.a. repetitive bending and lifting combined with being in my mid-30’s). This was my first experience with physical therapy, and I feel extremely lucky to have found HealthQuest North. I was fortunate to have been treated by Mark and Cam, two extremely professional, personable, encouraging and caring physical therapists. Mark helped to diagnose the real root cause of my back issues (not just lifting an 8-pound dog, thank goodness!) and Cam went above and beyond to help me find new stretches and exercises I could use each time I encountered a hurdle in my recovery plan. They also made it easy and convenient for me to continue my rehab at home on my “off” days. The entire staff always made me feel welcome, comfortable, and important. For someone with structured exercise apprehension, I was shocked at how much I looked forward to my weekly appointments. It only took ten weeks for me to be discharged, but it made an incredible difference for me. My lower back pain is gone, I have a new workout routine, and (bonus!) I’m ready for bathing suit season!
