Mobile Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: Dr. White is fabulous. I had a weird cyst thing in my left ankle due to a bad ankle sprain from 2 years ago that was causing some strange pain. Dr. White’s therapy and exercises eradicated any discomfort, and now I can’t even tell I had an injury.

Fantastic experience: First and foremost Shawn is a great physical therapist who knows exactly what he is doing. Second of all, the service he offers by being able to come to your home is truly awesome. After I injured my hip the idea of leaving my home to go somewhere didn't even seem possible. Since he's able to meet you, you don't need to worry about that and it makes everything SO much easier. And lastly, his service has truly helped me recover and also build strength, in a way that has been comfortable and safe. No judgements, no bad energy, just support and direction. This is a service I could genuinely use for a lifetime. (And to be honest most of us should, especially as we age!)

Fantastic experience: Dr White is great. After marathon training and running the Chicago marathon last year, I was having a lot of issues with my hips and feet. Dr White has been doing my PT for a few months now and my mobility has gotten so much better. Definitely do the recommended exercises before each session he gives you and you’ll definitely notice the change and improvements.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shawn White is a very knowledgeable, dedicated, and attentive physical therapist. The ability to have one-on-one treatment with Shawn, in the convenience of my home or gym, has been wonderful, with my busy schedule. Therapy with him has accomplished wonders on my range of motion and pain in my shoulders, from surgery and nerve damage. By far, the best PT I’ve worked with. I would recommend Dr. White.

In the comfort of you own house you getting first class physical therapy sessions. For over 2 months Dr. White was helping me overcome big pain, related to muscle tension in neck and left side of my body with great success. Fantastic experience: Dr. White is a great therapist. He is very patient when teaching the exercises and explains why he is doing something. I feel confident when working out at the gym now thanks to his expertise on using the equipment and having the right form. I would recommend Dr. White to anyone needing Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: As an avid martial arts practitioner every now and then I have to deal with injuries. Elbows, knees, ankles, neck... you name it. A couple of weeks ago a powerful, though off, punch in the heavy bag left me with a quite painful right wrist injury. I could barely turn the door knob or brush my teeth, would wake up in the middle of the night because rolled over it when sleeping. Now I think it shouldn’t have taken me 4 days to call Dr. Shawn. After a few sessions and lots of patience and dedication from him I was ready to get back on the mat. Plus, I can’t express how cool he is as well. That’s an awesome thing for me because I’m kinda guy who wants to finish the treatment before it even starts if you know what I mean. So, having PT from someone who is as nice as knowledgeable is priceless. One thing I know for sure: I’ll get injured again sometime. Only difference is that now I’ll give him a ring next day.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Shawn is AMAZING! First of all, he is very professional and beyond knowledgeable. I had a knee surgery 9 years ago and I did not get the proper rehabilitation at the time; he exceeded my expectations. I started with Dr. Shawn White a few months ago and I have made so much progress. He truly cares for his patients. After the first few visits he started doing research to find the best treatment and exercises for me (recovering from an old injury is very hard). He takes the time to listen and answer any questions or doubts I have about my treatment. I would highly recommend him to everyone. He is a gifted physical therapist, simply the best. I am eternally grateful to Shawn. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Shawn as my clinical instructor for 3 months during my final internship of physical therapy school. Shawn has been a great resource for my learning and has provided me with the perfect balance of support and independence that I need to grow as a future clinician. He is a compassionate therapist with all of his patients and it shows with how much his patients love working with him and have been very open to working with me as his student. Shawn is honest with his feedback but it is always constructive and he delivers it in a sincere manner that keeps me motivated to keep getting better. He has taught me a lot about running his own PT practice, which is a goal of mine one day. I have learned so much about this entire process which is something that we aren’t taught in school. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed working with Shawn as a student and I would absolutely recommend him as a therapist for anyone seeking mobile PT services!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shawn White is a great physical therapist, helping me regain a great deal of my range of movement and strength in my shoulder and ankle after an accident/surgery. He has wide skill set, adapting his therapy from post op recovery to exercises for me to regain balance several months out. He is thorough and very caring about patients' conditions and always works to make sure therapy is effective while still tolerable. Highly recommend using Shawn for your PT needs.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely did not think that physical therapy was for me. I've had neck and back pain my whole life and I've gotten jaded over some of the other doctors and therapists I've visited, but Dr. White has been so excellent at working with me and really making me work on my exercises. It's unfortunately taken me years to find a good doctor and I'm so happy I found a doctor that truly cares about my progress. Dr. White has been a 10/10. I would recommend him for anyone.

Fantastic experience: I broke my ankle and Shawn is my physical therapist. He has been extremely helpful in my recovery process. He always has new stretches/activities to work on at therapy and at home. I would tell him if something hurt or did not feel right and he would adjust it.
