Fantastic experience: Assigned to FST after Meniscus Knee Surgery in September 2021. Have enjoyed the good recovery process that the PT have provided. Simple but effective exercises to get me on my way. Staff is very good and attentive to making sure you are doing everything correct.

Fantastic experience: First, I would like to say thank you, Monica and all of members at First Step Physical Therapy. All of you are an excellent team-work. After I finished 5 weeks with First Step for caring treatment, my right hand is getting improve very much. My hand can be back normal, and I don’t still feel pinched nerve and shoulder pain any more. I am so happy and feel lucky since my hand can have such a quick recovery. That is because of all of you, especially Monica, who is professional, effective, friendly and responsible. Fantastic experience: So happy to have found John and Monika. Her assessments are so thorough and insightful. They're both very knowledgeable and helpful, but so personable too. Professional and effective, yet friendly. I've dealt with two other PT clinics in the area where I've not had good experiences - they were a lot of 'fluff' or wouldn't return phone calls, etc. But 1st Step is awesome and I HIGHLY recommend them.
