Fantastic experience: While the outside of your facility is dated (very concerned when I drove there the first time) my mom (broken hip recovery) was very happy with the food and gym/PT there. All the nurse staff was excellent she said. great job. Thank you! Hope we don’t have to come back, but if necessary, we’ll use you again!

Positive experience: Helpful kind and professional care. Need to acknowledge the nurses and CNAs for always responding to every call with kindness and care.. it was clear that my husbands mobility and independence was everyone’s focus on physical therapy team.

Fantastic experience: I would like to recognize Jordan C., a daily CNA who was very knowledgeable, but most of all, he was kind, considerate and always willing to help out. He was especially compassionate to those who needed more time or assistance. He was interesting to talk to and never had you feel that you were intruding on him. He was very cheerful all of the time and really loved his job. He's truly a one-in-a-million type of employee that RCC should cultivate and hold high as a great example of compassion, kindness and knowledge. He was the best thing about this place!

Fantastic experience: I have been to Roseville Care Center twice now and have had a excellent experience each time. Everyone is helpful, courteous and smiling. I go as a visitor.

Negative experience: This place went thru my purse when I was away from my bed in therapy. They went thru my purse, who does that? Is that right, isnt the illegal. PlThe place has major issues with responding to the help light for patients. I have been waiting everyday for a week to get the nurse to bring in meds. I could of fallen and nobody would of helped. All the CNAs do is turn off your light without the RN ever coming in. Especially RN Victoria she was the worse on the night shift in the #400 room wing. I broke two major bones in my foot and I cannot put any weight on it. I can get better care in my own home by my dogs and my walker. The funny thing is the Case manager came in today and said they want me to stay 7 more days instead of me leaving this Friday. I may leave tomorrow. My migraines everyday are horrible and I can't even get a tylenol for it, for which I have a prescription. I was told earlier with my type of insurance they will try to keep you at least 3-4 weeks to collect insurance money. That is fraud. The care here is horrible. I would not recommend this for any human they are horrible. I plan on contacting whoever I need to file a claim against this horrible place. I have heard hobbile horror stories about these places and now have experienced myself. The bathroom is filthy with someones urine sitting in a cup in the window sill. I told the staff it is still sitting there.

Fantastic experience: It can be worrisome when you put a loved one into a skilled nursing home. Roseville Care Center has been amazing with their care. They are nice and attentive. My mom gets her meals on time and any other food items they have. She can request snacks (fruit/sandwiches/cracker/yogurt etc) and they bring it to her right away. One night she woke up feeling alittle panicked so they took her to the nurses station, wrapped a blanket around her, fed her some crackers and juice and the nurse talked to her and let her hang out with them until she was tired and wanted to sleep more. That to me is going over and above to make a patient feel comfortable. PT has been kind and patient not just with my mom but with others within the facility. Every day when I walk down the hallways I am smiled at by the workers, wished a good morning and will ask if I need anything when I’m visiting my mom. When I call Roseville Care Center to check on my mom during the day or night every person that answered the phone and gave me an update has been thorough and incredibly sweet and I never felt like I was bothering them or rushed to get off the phone. I’ve walked into other care places that smell like….. let’s just stay they don’t smell great. Roseville always smells clean. Kudos to the staff and management for making Roseville Care Center a great place for your loved ones in becoming strong and back on in their feet.

Fantastic experience: The care my mother received at Roseville Care Center was wonderful. The employees show kindness and sensitivity. As in any care facility, there are never enough staff to meet the needs of so many patients. But the staff here works very hard and provides the best care they can, treating each patient with respect.

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked here for about 1 1/2 years now in the activities department and this facility is amazing. Staff are super helpful to residents or visitors regarding questions, nurses/cna’s give excellent care to the residents and all the department heads are great at there jobs. From working here I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who asks.

Fantastic experience: I came from the hospital after hip replacement and received very good care. The nurses are terrific and very caring. The food is good, PT and OT are there to help you get better so you can go home. After 15 days here, I'm ready to leave and finish rehab at home.

Fantastic experience: I had a very nice visit. I love to see every thing so clean and the medical people gave quick service and was very polite. It seen the patents pertisapating in an activity using cards and Big sheets to mark, kinda like bingo. Parents seemed well taken care of, and looked after.

Negative experience: No one ever answer the phone

Fantastic experience: The staff seem happy and are very nice to the residents. They offer activities such as bingo, exercise classes, and music. The PT works with my Dad daily and he is appreciative of the care he is receiving. He says the food is pretty good as well. They allow pets to visit as long as they can show proof of vaccinations. That is a huge morale booster. We feel safe leaving him in their care. He is as happy as he can be in this temporary situation.

Fantastic experience: My husband broke his hip. The people there are awesome. He had some really talented therapists, both occupational and physical. Tim, Meeka and Wade were outstanding. He, in particular, liked Kaylee, his speech therapist. She came with a sparkle in her eyes and she made his day, every day. He, liked Jordan, Ashley and Tip as his CNA's. They always cared for him with great talent and thought. We were both very appreciative of them . Darren was quite the nurse. He was a fun person. He makes everyone smile. There were many others but too many to name. I was in there every single day so I personally witnessed the care each of these people gave him. Overall, it was a good experience for him. Or as good as it could be given the circumstances. Thanks for the care. He comes home tomorrow. We were in West facing window so curtains over the windows would have been nice. We were in 314B.. Curtain only goes part of way. Made very hot even with air conditioner. Thanks for everything. Carolyn Immenschuh

Negative experience: My mother-in-law was in this place. She had a back injury and fractured face. She rang the bell many times do use the restroom and they let her deprecated all over her self because they let her lay ln the bed without answering 3 hours later my wife Got off work and had to clean her up with wet, wet, paper towels horrible service should be shut down

Fantastic experience: Very friendly atmosphere.

Positive experience: I think this Care Center is a little better than some my Mom has been in over the years. My main complaint is that as a rehab place they are very weak on getting a patient motivated for physical/occupational therapy. If she says she doesn't want to do it, they don't do it.. My Mom was there for one month and all I wanted was for her to be able to potty and shower for herself as she was doing very well prior to her surgery. She is still not doing it so I cannot bring her home as I am not qualified to Care for someone that is basically bedridden. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: When we walked into the facility, we were greeted with a fresh clean fragrance in the air! The lobby was decorated nice and the set up for families to sit together was welcoming. The staff was very friendly and even the patients who were sitting outside their rooms were friendly as well. Yesterday was my 2nd visit to Roseville Care Center and it was another wonderful experience. The employees were very cordial as they walked down the hallways or coming outside a patient’s room.

Fantastic experience: Physical therapy, rn, and assistants are top notch.

Negative experience: The over-worked CNAs are terrific. Otherwise this place is dismal: food is quite literally unrecognizable slop, furniture and amenities must be 40+ years old, no one has time to check on patients, much less help them, and the house MD (or maybe she's a PA) is obnoxious and the furthest thing from helpful. When my mother made a mildcomment about the food, she snapped, "Well this is Motel 6, not Holiday Inn Express." Great description from their own employee. While my mother was there, there was a piercingly loud fire alarm for over 10 minutes. CNAs thought it was a drill and they were just standing around. Turns out it wasn't a drill, but there were zero announcements about what was happening. It was quite scary to be with a patient who couldn't move and have no idea what was happening. If they don't have a PA system, they should get one for this type of situation.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst customer. My step-dad suddenly passed away there and the way the family was treated afterwards was horrendous. When I asked for the return of his belongings I had to make multiple trips to get them because they were locked up and no one had the key, only to find that I didn't receive the journal we were keeping that was in his bedside and was apparently "lost". Other items in his suitcase were not his so imagine someone else received it. In addition, we received a "forward balance due" invoice one year later after the bills were paid a year ago with no detail. I called to speak with someone in billing and she would not give me any information and apparently found hanging up on me acceptable customer service. Zero stars here. Update 3 months later after being assured by the owner that the charges would be reversed, my dad, who passed away in November 2022 at this facility, is still receiving letters that the amount is still outstanding. Appalling to say the least.

Negative experience: Would never put Another family member in this place ever again. Please don't consider this place. Rooms are dirty. Staff is unavailable for patients

Negative experience: This is the worst facility for PT and giving sustained out of care program. My mother was admitted here back in Feb, she was released and give NO information on what she needed to do to keep up on her PT. Her last few days she was put into quarantine 3 days before she was leaving. I was told she would be left for hours at a time and would have accidents and wouldn't be changed or helped to the bathroom. Pretty sure APS should be called on this facility. Her roommate was met with similar issues. Let's be really clear. They do not help individuals get better rather they milk the insurance until it is dried up and kick you out. Pretty sure this is how it is for all care facilities like this however this took the cake.

Fantastic experience: Staff is the most helpful. I’m just a visitor and one of the directors personally helped me with questions, directions, and my overall experience was good. Well staffed! Made me feel secure that my second mom was being taken care of very well. She could not eat at first and her cna got her a grilled cheese which kick-started her appetite!

Negative experience: My mother was here for 2 weeks to regain her strength after hospitalization and the care was very poor. Limited licensed staff. and she ended up rehospitalized due to the poor care she received. When I called to speak to someone in charge I left messages and never received a response. I would never allow a family member to be here again.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was extremely helpful. They gave very good instructions on how to find my friend in the belly of the facility. I didn’t get lost going in and I did not get lost coming out! The people working there were actually attentive to whether someone was new and felt lost. I was impressed!

Fantastic experience: Abby deserves 10 stars. My mother is in this facility and while waiting for the nurse to come back I ask Abby if she could help my mom out of the restroom and she took her sweater off immediately and began helping my mother with superb customer service. She is very professional and is eager to assist and help my mother. Im very happy with her service to health card.

Negative experience: We've asked so many times to put our grandpa on a diabetic kidney failure diet and they say they will but just keep giving him food he can't eat. Also they said he needed to stay there longer so his bandages could be changed daily and then they didn't change them for 3 days since no staff was available to do it for those 3 days supposedly. Editing rating because they are reaching out to hopefully resolve this issue now.

Negative experience: This facility is so awful it’s not the patients it’s the management and the scheduling. It was SO much better when Heather was there. Tammy is the new scheduler now and she assured me she would fix my problem on clipboard cause she had that “power to” on her end. Then she back tracked what she said and never fixed it so my account got suspended for the 3rd time and it’s for a year now. I lost my job that was my FT income. It’s one thing if you don’t say anything or offer to help but she LEGIT preached on how godly she is and how she would never do anything intentionally to put me out on my way and look what happened. THEN when I reach out to her multiple times to address the issues that SHE said she would fix I have the messages. She BLOCKED MY NUMBER and never responded. How unprofessional. All I wanted was my issue fixed and she couldn’t even do that

Fantastic experience: My experience with Roseville care center has been outstanding and very professional. The level of care and concern for my father has been excellent. The staff is great and very personable not only do they provide wonderful care for the residents they also care about the families that visit there loved ones. Roseville care center will provide everything you and your family member may need.

Negative experience: I wish I could give 0 Stars!!! My mom had the worst experience here!! The lack of care and compassion that the staff has is unimaginable. My mom went there after having a hip replacement. She was supposed to be receiving two pain pills every 4 hours as needed. She would ask the staff for them and they would say that the nurse was coming with it but sometimes it would be 2 to 3 hours after she was due for it. She was in agony the entire time she was there. The final straw/straws was when I sat with my mom until she was due for her pain medicine. The nurse Mariah said she was on her way to get it for my mom. My mom then sent me home so I could get some rest since I had been there all day. An hour later I get a call from her and she said she never got her medicine. I show up and the nurse is on her phone at the nurse's station. I asked her what happened and she said that they had a nurse's meeting and now my mom's medicine is on another nurse's cart and it wasn't her responsibility. Unbelievable! Then later that evening the nurse Jasmine told us that my mom could only have one pain pill every 4 hours instead of what was prescribed, 2. Her reason was that they ran out. There were only 3 tablets left in her medicine tray that they got from their pharmacy and they had to wait until the doctor sent in a new prescription the next day. I said "how about realizing that ahead of time and getting it before you run out!!" My mom was in agony all night. She was in so much pain she wished she would have just died instead of having to suffer the way she did. The next morning I got there to make sure that the doctor was going to come see my mom so she could get her medicine. The nurse that morning informed me that they have an emergency supply of pain medicine they could have given her, so she didn't actually have to suffer at all. At that point I got her the hell out of there. It was the worst experience my mom has ever had in her life. Do not send your family members here!!!

Fantastic experience: As a retired "physician" who literally grew up working in family owned and operated facilities, it's always good to walk into a business where I see adequate support staff who are attentive, helpful and friendly to visitors. Most important is that I've always seen excellent patient care and interaction while on the premises. While not a "new" facility, it is clean and in close proximity to I-80.

Negative experience: My mother was only in roseville care center 1 night I pulled her out the next morning the care was so bad I wouldn't even know where to start no one there cares about your loved ones they will not get better they will just get worse and it is filthy dirty there was blood all over the blankets when she arrived she had a broken foot 2 blood clots uti infection very high blood pressure I believe she would have been dead if I left her there we are doing home care

Negative experience: If I could give this place zero stars I would. My mother-in-law was sent here by Kaiser before and after her knee surgery and calling it a CARE facility is a misnomer. She had several issues with the attention she received or lack thereof. She rang her call button and 2 hours later someone might deem to come to check on her (a 2 hour wait to evacuate your bladder and bowels sounds excessive, no?). She was supposed to get 2 showers a week; she was there for 3 weeks and got a total of 3 showers, that math doesn't add up. In lieu of the 3 other showers she was supposed to get, she asked for a wet washcloth and a dry one so she could spot refresh herself. They eventually brought her two dry towels and left before listening to what she needed. She pushed her call button again and about an hour later someone came again and when she said she would like the washcloth wetted, they said "we were waiting for you to ask" which she already had on the initial request. She was willing to let all of this slide until the evening when her roommate was in severe pain and pushing the call button (both the roommate and my MIL) resulted in zero response. Her roommate was crying in pain yelling out "help help" and my MIL tried to get the attention of every single person who passed the room, but was met with noses in the air and a dismissal of the job description and the facility description which is to CARE. I don't give a damn if you're understaffed, do not fill more beds, do not accept more patients if you cannot accommodate them with a basic level of care. I hope Kaiser stops partnering with this place because it is ridiculous. If you love your family member or friend don't let them end up here. In fact, I wouldn't even let someone I hate stay here.

Fantastic experience: My Mother had hip surgery and required rehabilitation so we chose the Roseville Care Center. Although the facility is older, I'm pleased to say the experience has been positive. The staff have been wonderful and very helpful and my mother who is a fussy eater really enjoys the meals provided. I would definitely recommend this facility due to the kind and professional staff.

Fantastic experience: I was really happy when my friend was able to go home. I undoubtedly Mike got pretty special tlc & professional medical attention. I always felt welcome and cared for too when I came to visit. Your facility is top notch. During my most recent visit I found Mike to be enthusiastic about the care he was receiving. Though there is a still a lot of health needs, he was upbeat and chipper. All the stsff I met were pleasant and friendly. It is easy to see he is in good care and as comfortable as one might be. He enjoys his therapy sessions. Thanks for maintaining the facility in clean and healthy environment standards.
