Fantastic experience: Amazing CLINIC for: Chiropractic Care DOT Drug Testing & DOT Physicals Everyone is VERY friendly and professional and my appointments always go smoothly and I am called back rite when I get there. Overall they are an outstanding clinic and I highly recommend them!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been to multiple chiropractic offices and I feel hands down. Zack and his team are the best, bar none. I never feel anxious or scared when getting my neck or back adjusted like I have in the past by others. I always feel more relaxed when walking out. The billing and front desk team are always on point. Never any hassles with them. I also like that I can come and get my drug test for new employment done here. I received an offer for a new job and I was able to come and have my test performed here where I feel taken care of by a team that already knows me from chiropractic services

Fantastic experience: Amazing from start to finish. From the reception / staff all the way to the DCs! We highly recommend seeking their help. I went from having trouble walking to playing basketball again. If you are in any sort of pain, reach out for a consultation. They really have helped me get through a tough couple of years of pain through all their treatments.

For massage John is always great and consistent . The front desk is also very nice and friendly ! I always hear them help everyone. Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: I always get the best care at this facility! My whole family sees Dr. Metcalf and he is simply the best. I get vertigo consistently and he helps with it every time. I also struggle with lower back and neck problems and his treatments have helped me tremendously. I always look forward to my appointments and chatting with him he is super nice. The ladies at the front desk are always so sweet, too. Everyone makes you feel so welcome. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new chiropractor!

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I have experience lower back problems since my mid-20s, and developed upper neck issues in my 30s. I started going to chiropractors first and then work with an osteopath for 30 years. I was referred to Reed Metcalf, proximately 10 years plus ago, his expertise, concern, and listening traits is a sign of his dedication to his field. Of course, thank you to the complete staff, everybody’s great and friendly. I would recommend Reed to anybody that I know that has similar concerns or pains.

Fantastic experience: Both Dr Owens and their son are amazing at helping patients recover from injuries. I had started seeing them after a mountain climbing injury to my back. Then subsequently other injuries that have been chronically affecting me have also been checked out by them. They have a great staff whose also very responsive on google message to get my appointments through and have been accommodating of reschedules. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My family and I all go and see Dr. Owens for our chiropractic needs! I trust them and know I am in good hands and will receive the best care which is especially important to me when I get bad migraine headaches. I feel so much better and get the relief I need after I get an adjustment. They really are the best!

Negative experience: Absolute worst and least professional office in the medical field. After receiving an authorization from my insurance company they tell me that the authorization is expired but they will take care of it. After 3 weeks of following up I am still being told the same so I call my insurance company only to find out that the authorization is good but the clinic has no appointments for 6 weeks they tried to put me off for 2 months so they could get paid while I deal with the pain. This clinic should not have a license, do not go here

Fantastic experience: I was locked up in my upper back between my shoulders and my neck was very tight. After one visit with Dr Zachary (we share the same name) I felt much better. The pain and stiffness was gone. He didn't say I had to do this or that or put me through some physicaltherapy plan... like some other Chiropractors I had seen in the past. He had me come back in a couple more times for maintenance and now as needed. I will definitely be back when I start to feel some tightening as instructed by him. You would be doing yourself a favor by being adjusted by this Chiropractor!

Fantastic experience: I've had intense pain for years trying to find something that would relieve me from most of my pain (if not all), and when I came across this location it really made a life changing difference for me. I already feel so much more relieved than I've ever felt (having many issues regarding to TMJ, upper back pain, lower back pain) and I can actually feel my body improving each visit. I'm extremely impressed with my progress and the staff at this location is wonderful. They're all very kind and you can tell how much they care about each and everyone of their patients. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr Metcalf since 2001. After a jetski accident. I refuse to go elsewhere. I now live in Oroville and travel just to see him. The staff are awesome and you have 3 diff Dr's to choose from. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. They also have massage therapy and a massage therapist on-site as well.

Fantastic experience: Pain started coming back a year after back surgery. Dr Zak Owens used a special tool and helped tremendously! Right now, there is zero pain. I think he worked on loosening up the scar tissue. I’m back to walking 3 miles again!
