Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with the experience, skill, professionalism and care provided by my Physical Therapist Doug (John), and would highly recommend NWRA for truly specialized physical therapy. I was was quite concerned about the limited movements allowed with hip replacements, but he was so knowledgeable of the requirements for each type of joint procedure, that I have total confidence in the facility. I was referred by my neighbor who just recovered from a knee replacement, and I am so grateful I listened to her.

Fantastic experience: My dad almost 87 yrs old has serious difficulties with his lower extremities, poor strength and knees deformity, walking, balancing, and supporting his own weight is a daily activity challenge. I have witnessed the professional care and guidance NWRA staff has been providing during his PT sessions and all I can say is a big THANK YOU for delivering your services with such passion, love and understanding.

Fantastic experience: Every experience starts at the front desk. Harley is consistently welcoming, efficient and compassionate. PT Kate and student Gabe are both extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Both are very good natured, friendly, motivating and pleasant. When I begin to have “stinkin’ thinkin’” reminiscing of what life was like before my head injury, they are quick to remind me how far I’ve come and encourage me to stay present. They listen without judgment. They make accommodations to ensure my visit is successful. Summit, the dog is just another piece to the care they offer. He is patient and loving. After just 4 weeks, I am beginning to see progress in my Post Concussion Syndrome & POTS. Kate’s plan for future success is well thought out and sustainable. I can't recommend her highly enough! And Gabe is going to be a valuable asset to a center once he completes his courses! I also experienced time with Marie in OT. Her direct honest approach and attention to detail has helped me understand the effects of my injury. She has offered suggestions and referrals and has made me aware of my progress and a potential trial time line of recovery more than my actual medical providers. She is a strong advocate as well. I am overall very impressed and encouraged and look forward to all of my appointments thanks to the people I mentioned above!

Fantastic experience: 3 months ago I couldn't walk without having to hold on to someone. Today I am in Texas, on vacation with my Dad, and I have been able to walk around by myself. Doug and Spencer are amazing, I would recommend the underwater treadmill to anyone who has issues with walking and/or balance. The people here at NWRA are wonderful. I am extremely thankful for being referred to them, and this chance to get to work with them. This has made quite a difference in my world. ❣️ Truly blessed.

Fantastic experience: From the first time I started my physical therapy here at the Re building the atmosphere was pretty laid back. And to my surprise there doesn't have to be much work out and it's a great experience to learn about how your muscles are very unique in stretches! The staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly!

Fantastic experience: My physical therapist Michael is excellent at communicating with me regarding how each exercise targets my needs, and how my body compensated over time due to a slow injury - that resulted in the symptoms leading me to physical therapy. After a few weeks of daily exercises at home & a couple of visits a week at the clinic, I am feeling stronger and remain confident that I can maintain health by incorporating my exercise program into daily life once treatment is finished. The other therapists & assistants I have met are also positive, encouraging, and give positive feedback. The receptionist Crystal is welcoming and friendly. She also readily has solutions for insurance issues - I had one, and she knew how to take care of it. So relieved to not need to call my insurance provider! And the clinic is always clean. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The people who are here, have facilitated healing and created a space where they help other humans live in less pain. I can fully recommend the staff and location. My physical therapist helped guide me from life where pain was incredibly prevalent to a life where pain only comes from the reality we live is now the only pain that I have to experience. He worked with me to build the tools to work with my body instead of fighting it giving me the room to hurt less and less as time moved on. We were able to accomplish the reality through the actions of my physical therapist providing a safe and open place for asking questions while working together to find solutions that I could actively do that were within my means to do. For those of you reading who get the opportunity work with them, having an open mind and belief your body can recover realistically, with those two things these kind people will be with you the whole way and you will feel better. Even if "better" is only a margin, a life changing experience or otherwise, having less pain is worth it to yourself to try. Fantastic experience: I love my Therapist, she is very knowledgeable and compassionate and supports me in my knee surgery recovery. She knows that I am willing to do anything ti get past my surgery and get full use of my keg. It has been a very painful process due to the lack if support from my Surgeon not providing me with adequate pain medication. I just keep trying very hard through the pain to get better. I think my therapist is awesome and she always pushes me forwards with a positive attitude and support.

Negative experience: I had some Native chick tell me I couldn't get services because I didn't have my Disability approved yet. Turned out she was totally wrong and misguiding me. I think she was racist. And I don't think she knows what she's doing. Because I contacted the other main office and they said she was wrong. She tried turning me away twice... hopefully she's been fired since...

Fantastic experience: Very good PT. I had broken my sternum in a car accident. Chris Woods looks out for me in my rehab. He wants to make sure I am fully recovered before returning to work.
