Negative experience: I know mistakes happen but usually when a company causes them they are willing to work with you and find a reasonable solution (which I'm still waiting for). The staff was difficult to deal with, combative, and still hasn't follow up when they said they would. Avoid the risk, save your hard earned money, and find a better place.

Negative experience: This establishment is not sensitive to disabilities at all. They are rude, unapologetic, and it is absolutely unacceptable. They have no online options for scheduling or patient portals. They are stuck in the 90s and aren’t innovative. When management is presented with issues, they don’t maintain neutrality and become defensive.

Fantastic experience: Don't let outside appearances fool you! This little gem of a PT facility is hidden in a deceptively modest building in a part of town not typically deemed as.a destination point for Salem. I live nearby to this facility, in a mixed area of NE Salem. Admittedly there is charm mixed into slumminess, and I at first wanted to find a therapist in a nicer neighborhood. However, I've found this PT facility to be nicely-enough appointed inside, and the staff are all enjoyable people. Often you can find that when everyone is young, it's a little too relentlessly "youthy". Stand up for yourself against the money mill practices of this shop and advocate for yourself to receive their best.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapists here are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They are open to questions, and flexible to your needs. They give you the tools you need to recover well, and keep improving. They do excellent work, and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Very personable staff. My therapist had me doing exercises that I believe were most beneficial for me. The facility is clean and bright. It offers a nice gym and swimming pool. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Positive experience: The staff here really get along well and support each other. They enjoy their patients and seek to understand the challenges faced in rehabilitation. They push you as hard as you're willing to work. I have a lot of fun coming here and they do a great job. I drop one star just for the PT NW model of business - it's a franchise and they pack as many people into the space as can humanly fit and sometimes your appointment may have to run ahead or behind. It's just modern healthcare, that way, really.

Fantastic experience: The staff are always courteous, and it leads to a positive atmosphere. The therapists have always been running on time. They have also been prepared for my case/situation, even when they are new to working with me.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to regain what time or injury has taken away. Katy and Jeremy have been my therapists and they have taken good care of me. They listen to what I tell them about pain and getting around and have been addressing those issues with professionalism and at times humor, keeping me motivated and encouraged.

Fantastic experience: I have been to PT NW on 3 different occasions and have always liked the therapist that I got assigned to. I have had some balance issues, lately, so, I started going to PT NW to see Alan Noble - 2 sessions , so far. Four sessions to go and then I will be fine . Alan plans to work me hard so I can achieve my goal - I like that idea. You don't get anywhere sitting on your duff. When I leave a session - I feel like I worked pretty hard and that it will matter to my recovery. Thank You - Alan

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to go if you are feeling down from a injury or surgery. The staff are always recognizing whomever comes through the door and making them excited to be there whether it's their first appointment or fiftieth! I feel like part of the team or family when I come in for an appointment. Truly the best physical therapy office in the Willamette valley. I refer everyone to see Nic and Jeremy who are the ones who i have seen for multiple injuries. Bunch of fun people work here and it makes the time fly by.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to PT Northwest at the 36th Ave location in Salem, OR for nearly two months. I was referred by my doctor for knee issues. My knee has been giving me trouble for months. It’s been stiff, inflamed, painful, and unstable. Going down stairs, and sometimes just walking or getting up and putting more weight on it has been causing it to shift and “click” at times. I had been limping around my workplace and everywhere else because of the pain and instability. After my first six sessions it has greatly improved. They have taught me several exercises designed to increase flexibility and strength. I can now walk a lot easier, I can get up easier, and I can navigate stairs easier. The pain has decreased considerably. I now have a regimen of exercises and stretches that I can easily do at home, and I have access to their pool where I can do pool-based exercises as well, and while I am their patient, I can go use the pool anytime I want during their normal business hours. PT Northwest really knows what they’re doing and the proof is in what I consider to be drastic improvement for a condition that I originally assumed would require surgery. Thank you, PT Northwest!

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving physical therapy from Mark Rhode & other therapist from P.T Northwest these guys are the best I went in from a cellulitis in the ankle to wear I couldn't walk or move my ankle after 3 weeks I'm walking on 1 crutch & moving the ankle each day gets better I'm hoping to walk on my own soon & I know Pt northwest & Mark can make that happen.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous and apprehensive when first starting PT, but Lacey and everyone else made me feel so comfortable and cared for from the first appointment. The level of care I have experienced is top notch , I would recommend anyone needing PT to come here.

Negative experience: Therapist was confrontational and argumentative, caused me to feel all the pain was in my mind and was told to do the exercises even if it was painful. Therapist also has a pretty skewed view of managing pain and was told “people don’t have pain receptors.” I could not recommend this place. I walked out in thw middle of my appointment. Didn’t feel comfortable dealing with therapist nor felt they were in my side. Quite disappointed.

Negative experience: They ignored us upon entry and then served the next person to walk in and conversed. Not impressed.

Negative experience: Be careful when you're using this place there's a gentleman with sandy blonde hair if you tell him that no one's really worked with you before he will literally work you to the Bone to where you can't even put your body into a vehicle to drive home you will literally be crying sometimes I think they forget that we're human and we're hurting it's been a year since my car accident I think this place help me for a little bit but on the other hand I think it did more harm than good

Fantastic experience: PT Northwest is able to schedule me with workable hours in a very busy work schedule. Very effective one on one therapy teaching me exercises that I can do on my own at home. Definitely helping lessen the chronic pain of lower back issues which I have been dealing with for several years.
