Fantastic experience: I went there for a car accident I had a while back. I had a really good experience with Dr.Connor and the adjustments I would get. I got different treatments done; one was massage and Keyla and Jasmine would do a good job to make me feel less tense. They also have good receptions who speak both English and Spanish which was helpful since English is not my first language. Yasmin and Jennifer always tried there best to accommodate my appointments with my work schedule. I recommend coming here if you were involved in a car accident

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to go to when injured! I have been dealing with Connor and jasmine! They have been dealing with my pain, the massages from jasmine have made my body a lot more calm through time. Dr. Connor on the other hand, has been great at adjusting me as well! My English is not that great but he tries his best to understand me and reply to me in Spanish when he can. It is a great clinic to be at and get taken care of! Thank you for everything!

Fantastic experience: It’s been a great experience! The staff is really nice! Jenny and Yasmine make sure they call you and remind you about your appointment and make sure that you are set up for success! If you can’t make it just give them a call and they will reschedule you at your best convenience! Will be going there again if I ever crash again!

Negative experience: This place is a scam they keep pushing you to get a lawyer because they went over your medical expenses even though they said they are really good I keeping track, but they are not! keeping it on track but they went over My medical expenses, even though they weren’t supposed to, they should’ve done their job and kept track on it ! Now they want me to pay for for it out of pocket don’t trust this Chiropractic and they also made my neck worse!!!

Fantastic experience: Had an accident Nov 2024. Came to ACC a week after my accident. They examen me and saw what I need help on and target correct spot on where the pain was. The people there were very friendly and nice every day I went. Always asking how my week was and what plan for the week. They treat you like family. So every massage was done the best I have had and the way they treat me and always asked if anything hurt so they don’t over due it. The doctors were great. Just finished and I feel great. Can go back to my job normally and do others things. I feel I can stretch much better and bend with no problem. If you had an accident I recommend them go check them out.

Fantastic experience: I feel so blessed to have gone here. These people are really caring and kind and good at what they do, I am so grateful to have gone with them for my care! They are queer/ trans friendly and respectful of what your pronouns are. I have never felt more comfortable in a medical professional space in my life, everywhere I have gone before I felt like I was about to be scammed or not taken seriously but here it felt safe like they really have their patients best interest in mind. Really great experience and really good care. They gave me multiple forms of beneficial treatments and explained everything and answered all my questions and even gave me multiple things to continue to help me at home like a massage gun and a memory foam pillow. I am so grateful for their honest service and highly recommend especially if you have anxiety about receiving professional help like I do. Everyone who works there is truly amazing!! also really love that they mostly all are bilingual and help Spanish speakers receive genuine care. As a marginalized person I would recommend this place as a safe place to receive care!! I came in in the worst possible pain from my car accident and with the help of Dr. Connor and Yasmin, Jenni and Jasmin they got me back on my feet. Fantastic experience: I went to accident care after my car accident, the office staff and dr. Duff were very nice and whenever I needed to change an appointment they were more than willing. I got massage therapy, laser treatment and shock wave therapy. All of these treatments helped me in some way, I feel like the shock wave therapy was the best in helping my lower back pain. Overall I recommend accident care chiropractic to anyone. I really liked The way Dr.Duff listened to my concerns and we came up with a solution. He was very gentle with adjustments and he seemed like he really wanted me to get better. Overall 5/5

Fantastic experience: Never judge an office by its outside appearance. I found this little gem when a doctor i work for recommended their office for a severe accident I was in. I would have never expected that I would be provided the best absolute care possible by a small accident care clinic on Lancaster in not the best part of town. My first appointment I was pleasantly greeted by Yasmin the office manager who was friendly and made me feel like I was being heard. She gave me resources to find a lawyer to help me with my case. Dr. Connor Duff was able to take x-rays in office during my consultation. He was gental when adjusting me, listened to my concerns, had excellent patient bedside manor, explained everything to me and made sure i understood. He was able to refer me to OHSU brain and spine. I was contacted much quicker than I expected from their office as well. Dr.Duff and his staff provided me with physical therapy, massage therapy, a laser heating treatment that helped with my ruptured disc in my neck. They provided me with a back cushion for my car, neck pillow, and many other tools. The clinic is open much later than the previous office I was going to, which was great for my work schedule. I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received and the knowledge I was given to continue to manage my pain from home with home physical therapy. I highly recommend using their office!

Fantastic experience: What is my experience? It is fantastic. after my auto accident, I was recommended by my attorney, and physician to visit the clinic and see what they have to offer. I did exactly that. On my first visit I was a mess, and felt worthless. I forced my self to walk in and ask about their services. I found their services to be very kind, caring, and know their job. The chiropractor and therapist are amazing to take the time to give them selves to an individual to help them get the best care they deserve. Negative experience: Tried to make an appointment with the receptionist and was told they wouldn't accept me as a patient because I was not in a car accident. I am appalled that they care more about automotive insurance than someone in severe pain with great insurance and i would pay out of pocket if it helped me get out of pain there mission statement is fraud.

Fantastic experience: I found this chiropractic clinic through search and made the appointment because myself, husband and two older children needed care after getting in a bad car accident. This facility is amazing! The staff is attentive and caring, when we have to bring our youngest in they always turn on what he wants to watch. This is the first chiropractic facility I have been to that is all inclusive which is amazing! They do it all and if you do end up needing something they don’t have like emotional therapy or acupuncture they give references and do so quickly! The chiropractic doctors are amazing so good at what they do and the massage therapists are all excellent!

When I come in I see friendly faces at the front desk and feel welcome. They have masks in case you forget yours, and that has been a life saver. The service is amazing and they treat you with care.
