Fantastic experience: This place is very helpful especially after a car accident. My family got in a car accident and after getting a treatment at physical therapy for couple of months we did not feel much of improvement in our symptoms. We are very glad that we trusted interstate medical group. From a day one they treated us as a priority, got x-rays done, evaluated for adjustment and got a massage all in one day for a whole family. The adjustments and massage are very helpful and work in harmony together to treat the problem. The crew is friendly and helpful, starting from a front desk personnel, ladies who do massage and Dr. Michael. This place would always be our first choice!

Negative experience: Waited 30 minutes over for a consultation + basic alignment first visit. I ran out of time and had to get back to work. Weird that you would have us sign paperwork about respecting time and then utterly dismiss mine.

Fantastic experience: Loved service here. I received different services in one day: acupuncture, adjustment, decompression, shockwave, laser therapy, and massage with cupping. Wow, they are all amazing here. I feel like I'm a new person. It's nice to come here for knee pain and back pain. Any pain, but they do a pretty good job with decompression. I had a few sessions, and oh, boy... you MUST try it. Helped me a lot. The session was over 12 visits. Bulging disc. This is a very unique clinic. Loved it! Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: As a Gulf War veteran that deals with daily neck and back pain, I have seen many chiropractors throughout my life. Dr. LoGiudice is a gifted chiropractor. I am very impressed with his integrative approach to assessing and treating me. His adjustments are well done, keying in on problem areas quickly. His clinical knowledge is outstanding and he is also compassionate and caring. His motivation to help his patients achieve a level of wellness that focuses on quality of life is impressive. The massage therapists, Eva and Anna, have learned exactly what therapy works well on my body and are at pros giving me much relief with each treatment. The front office staff have always been super friendly and prompt to take my calls and schedule me quickly. The clinic itself is very clean and well run and just a lovely atmosphere to be in. If you are in the Salem, Oregon area and want amazing results, I highly recommend Dr. Michael LoGiudice and staff at Interstate Medical Group for much needed natural pain relief.

Fantastic experience: It's been a while since I saw a massage therapist and a doctor. I just want to say that their service got excellent! I highly recommend this clinic. They have a doctor who does acupuncture and cupping and a lot more. Wow, this building has a lot of different services, and all of them are super nice to take you to another step. Come and check them out! I loved the service, AND I love the team working here, I say team because they all seem like they are family. Dr. Michael is super knowledgeable. I've been to different places for my problem. My friend told me to come here and I came with no fear. I didn't think Doctor LoGiudice would be able to help me with my bouquet of problems. Wow!!! The spinal decompression therapy is a miracle thing......everyone should try this.. This table actually really helps with a herniated disc. Wow... pain goes away quickly. Different doctors were telling me about surgery and pain medication, but Dr. Michael was able to help me with Spinal Decompression Therapy. I highly recommend them!! Can I give 10 stars? If only I could.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Michael and his wonderful staff of friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate staff by the VA. I have chronic foot, back and wrist problems from military deployment. After 6 visits (so far), I have experienced relief from some of the pains and discomfort. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about these guys and gals. I’ve been to 7 other clinics and interstate medical group blows them out of the water. They have every imaginable piece of equipment and tools you can think of plus more. The Chiropractors , massage therapists, assistants and administrative staff are extremely knowledgeable and great at their job. I get a warm welcome in every time and they go above and beyond with accommodating. This place does accept Triwest( VA ) and I recommend this place to any veteran( or anyone in general) that wants to actually feel a difference.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. The clinic is nice and clean, and the staff is super nice. The treatment I got today - it was an awesome experience. Fantastic experience: It was one of the absolute best massages I've ever had. Massages Therapist worked on my full body. I had chronic tension in my upper back, shoulders, neck, and acute tension in my lower back and hips. This deep tissue massage helped me a lot. Massages Therapist worked everything out. Also, I got a head massage, too. This is the best experience ever I have. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: In the beginning it seemed that I was getting good care and the staff was friendly. Over the past several months this broke down. Before they changed locations I was told that when they moved they might stop doing the billing for insurance, but that if they did go that route, patients could receive the proper paperwork and submit it for reimbursement. After three appointments in the new location I requested the proper paperwork and was initially given transaction receipts. I had to make several phone calls to get the proper documentation. Then I was given chart notes which were inaccurate and must have belonged to another patient. After a few more phone calls and several emails I was given a health insurance claim form that was not properly filled out. My insurance rejected it saying that what was on it were not actual CPT codes. More phone calls. Eventually I was told that if I wanted the CPT codes I would have to PAY THEM to take the time to get them for me. I was treated poorly on the last call as if I was an inconvenience. I have never had this happen with any provider in my adult life. In a separate situation I was told that they would have me sign a form to get ahold of some x-rays. I inquired several times to check and see if they had arrived. I was told they would look into it. I followed up and each time was told they would check into it. As far as I know the x-rays never showed up. It seems like there are some big logistical gaps here and patients should not be put in a position of having to spend so much time trying to get them straightened out.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place for the best adjustments and massages. This place has a very cool special room for wellness. Salt therapy is great. I recommend anyone going here especially after a car accident!

Fantastic experience: Interstate Medical Group is the best clinic ive been to, They know what there doing, and are full with experience, after a car accident, i had lower back pain and neck pain, all that was gone after i payed them a visit, and with very friendly chiropractors it felt like home to me. No doubt this is the best chiropractor clinic there is.

Fantastic experience: Have had back issues constantly based on car accidents in the past. I have gone to another chiropractor but didn't do as much as Dr Michael did. Other places did minimum to correct my back issues. Dr Michael gave me a full body adjustment, which other chiropractors never did. I got the service I was supposed to get, and am completely satisfied with the service I got. Real friendly staff, and they have varieties of treatments. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I have extremely mixed feelings about Dr. Michael and this Chiropractic group (previously American Proactive Chiropractic when I was a patient). I am a veteran who was given a VA referral here for severe back pain and other issues. Dr. Michael was extremely helpful and communicative intially! He is also a veteran and wanted to help relieve some of my pain and help improve my quality of life. His adjustments were great at first. I had his full attention and he spent time going over any issues I was having and making good adjustements. I had some pain relief at first and started feeling better and having a higher quality of life. He even typed up some chart notes to help gather evidence for my VA claims. He listened and was very helpful during this process. After about 6 months of care, things started to change. They told me the VA had stopped paying for massage and decompression (I found out after leaving that the VA had approved both). I started having to wait past my appointment time to get adjusted: first only 10-15 minutes, but towards the end I waited one time for almost 2 hours past my appointment time for a small 2-minute adjustment. Dr. Michael started seeing multiple patients at the same time as me. It started with him adjusting someone else in the same room as me getting decompression therapy and ended with 4-5 other people in the same room as me during adjustments. Not only is this extremely uncomfortable, it is also a HIPAA violation to discuss medical information about a patient with other patients in the room. Patients with VA referrals should be treated just the same as other patients. I understand that this is a business that needs to make money, but they need to do it in an ethical way that protects the privacy of its patients. I ended up leaving with mixed feelings. I am grateful for the help that Dr. Michael initially gave me with advice, adjustments, and helping gather documentation for my VA claims. But it seems that this place has lost sight of helping patients while chasing for a higher paycheck by cramming multiple patients in a room together and triple booking appointments. I had the VA change my referral to another chiropractor and I've been better off ever since. I hope this review is looked at by Dr. Michael and his team and taken seriously. EDIT to address the response: I believe that other veterans should be aware of my honest opinion of care I received here, which is why I made a very detailed and accurate review of my total experience. My goal is for other veterans to look at all the options given to them by the VA and chose a chirporactor that will best fit their needs. An expansion sounds great to serve others, as long as more providers are added. If you are expanding your practice without adding more providers, it sounds like other veterans and patients will experience the same lapse in care I received towards the last few months. I had my same referral pushed over to another chiropractic practice where I immediately started receiving adjustments, as well as medical massage and decompression. This was all paid 100% by the VA off the same referral I was part way through at this practice. I just spoke with the Community Care line for the VA on Jan 3rd 2023. They let me know that multiple veterans started calling them 1 month ago requesting a new chirporactic referral because Dr. Michael told them he is "no longer seeing vets." They also let me know he put his VA status to "red" a couple weeks ago. It sounds like my experience is not an isolated event. I saw this practice for a year from March 2021 up until March 2022. I initially went every week for the first 6 months, and then changed it to every 2 weeks (due to my new work schedule) from October 2021 until I left. For them to state that I only went "12 times" that I "personally paid nothing for" is not only wrong, but misleading. I went many times over the course of a full year. The VA pays chiropractors well and veterans should be treated with the same respect that all other paying patients are treated with.

Fantastic experience: After a MVA I had gotten treatment from a different office but after hearing about Dr. Michael I switched locations. I am glad I changed offices because in less amount of time he was able to help me recover and not feel pain. Dr. Michael is great at educating his patients throughout the treatment. The staff and atmosphere made for a great experience & would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome, I've been here over 20 times, Dr. Michael takes the time to fix whatever ails you, whether that takes 15 min or 45 min he'll make sure to get it done right while explaining why hes doing what hes doing. He's not a chiropractor that just gives you a quick 5 minute adjustment and sends you on your way. They also have massage theapists that are really great as well. Ive been to a lot of different chiropractor clinics, this one is by far the best. Definitely worth the money

Fantastic experience: Massage was fantastic. Everyone is very friendly. Services are a little on the expensive side, but well worth the results.And you can buy packages with some discounts. They also sell this incredible products from Nuga Best that contribute to your overall health and helps healing your muscles and joints. Love it.

Negative experience: Update 10-07-2022 I've been harassed and threatened verbally, via text message, Facebook review and email by Dr.LoGiudice as well as some of his staff. All of this due to a negative review I wrote that they wanted me to remove. My records have been destroyed by the dr as well as several HIPAA violation made with sensitive medical imaging. There are several other things. These things are what prompted me to make my review. I very much believe I'm being singled out and treated unethical and with malice due to a romantic relationship I had with the doctor. I have no idea what he is or isn't telling his staff about our relationship, but in my opinion it appears that it is creating an issue in me being treated ethically. I simply needed records and have yet to get anything other then harassment and threats! I have posted several reviews on this matter from my other email addresses. I'm not certain if that is against Google rules. I am removing all but two reviews as I believe the two I am keeping up are more then enough. I'm disappointed that Dr.LoGiudice and staff have not given me the same respect they would give any other person. I am now in complete understanding as to why it against code of ethics for a physician to treat someone they are in a romantic relationship with!

Negative experience: THIS REVIEW IS NOT SPAM! I have edited this review for an update 10-07-2022. The doctor at this clinc has destroyed mine and my three adult children's records which he is required to keep. He also sent very sensitive medical imaging through a none HIPAA compliant email. There is more, but I won't bore you with the details. I wrote a review such as this stating nothing, but absolute facts. I was blasted by Dr.LoGiudice for writing the review! He demanded I remove it. He later gave me an ultimatum saying he will only help me with records if I remove my post! Eventually, his staff also got nasty with me. He did however say that he wrote me a medical narrative, but knowingly sent it to an address I'm not at. I have not yet received said narrative or any records! This all has been going on since July! I did reach out to Dr.LoGiudice on September 23 via email at one last request to deal with this issue. I spoke with the Board of Chiropractors and it was suggested to make this last attempt with Dr.LoGiudice. I did as suggested. The response was a nasty email threatening me with a cease and desist order as well as a restraining order for slander and negative review. I was also told I was being investigated by the doctor and clinic to get as much information about me as possible. Dr.LoGiudice said " I can ensure we will purse the above mentioned"! I very much believe I am being singled out and treated unethical do to a long term romantic relationship I had with Dr. LoGiudice. I do not believe he or his staff would treat any other patient with such malice.

Negative experience: This review is not an attack on the practice itself but an objective review of one of their doctors. I' am regretfully obligated to inform the public and the patients of Dr. Michael Logiudice of recurring HIPPA violations, under his care. Once again, I have not been treated at this specific practice or by any of the other doctors. However, I have been treated by Dr. Michael Logiudice at his previous practice, Linn City Chiropractic, which no longer exists. During my time under his care I was treated for a variety of conditions, example; spinal decompression and hip alignment therapy. The Oregon board of chiropractic requires the doctor to keep records of care for 7 years, after the last time the patient was seen. My last date of care with Dr. Logiudice was Oct. 17, 2017. As of the July, 2022, I have been informed that my medical records have been shared with others whom are not authorized, according to HIPPA. For example: My recent MRI images have been shared with Doctor Michael Logiudice, although he is not authorized and I did not sign anything that would allow his authorization. Given this, I recently asked Dr. Logiudice if I could access my medical records that I accumulated while under his care. He quickly responded and told me, " Any records of xrays or MRIs have been forwarded. I have no other records at this time." To make matters a bit more precarious, he sent sensitive medical information over a non-HIPPA compliant email. I have documents and emails to prove this occurred. I feel it is necessary to reiterate that this is not an attack on the practice but my obligation and duty to those receiving care under Dr. Michael Logiudice.

Fantastic experience: My experience with American Proactive Chiropractic is the best ever, Dr. Michael uses technics that no other clinic has. I do highly recommend it. Also the massage therapists are amazing. Everyone needs a massage now and then, specifically for treatment. I am super happy. Thank you all. UPDATE:09/16/2022 American Proactive Chiropractic continues to be THE BEST. Dr Michael's diagnosis are always precise and very knowledgeable, he gives the needed attention to his patients, I did recommend this clinic to family and friend and everyone loved it. Negative experience: Dr. Logiduice/American Proactive Chiropractic destroyed all of my chiropractic records as well as sending my mom some of my sensitive medical imagining with out my permission from a none HIPP compliant email. Both of these things are against the law.I am 25! This office is harrasing anyone that makes a review that is not good!

Fantastic experience: I was unfortunately in my first MVA late September and came out with a concussion, and misaligned neck and back along with a messed up shoulder. I was skeptical about trying chiropractic therapy but can confirm that it has been so helpful while paired with massage therapy! The two therapies combined have not only helped relieve some pain but also helped in my mobility. Fantastic experience: This small gem is a wonderful place, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left the door the staff were warm and welcoming. I was greeted promptly with care, and was immediately assisted with my first time check in. Had all my questions answered and a small tour of the facility while waiting for my appointment. After meeting with the Dr. briefly I was able to lie down in a peaceful serene room till my appointment. My appointment was conducted with great detail, questioning my injuries ascertaining what was truly wrong with me. Which is quite extensive, I was also well educated about what was going on and how it worked then about how my recovery might look like and how long I might expect. A very thorough inspection is what I received and I have yet in all my times of having different specialists and doctors take care of me had any of them make me feel like I was as extensively cared for. Very knowledgeable, very impressed, and looking forward to many more treatments.

Fantastic experience: I was in a rear-end auto accident at the end of February. Many people advised me to go to a chiropractor right away. I delayed because I have never been in a car accident and did not understand the severity of a whiplash/concussion injury. I was pretty shook up on the day of the accident (weak, shaky, headache, face numbness, fatigue) but I thought I was going to be fine. 3 days after the accident, I was in terrible shape! I was so stiff, sore, weak, painful, had a bad headache, fatigued, scared, and distressed. I called American Proactive on the recommendation from a trusted friend. They were so kind and made an appointment for me just a few hours later. The office staff are so caring, and understanding at the condition I was in. The paperwork was easy to get through, the clinic is very professional, warm & inviting. They set me up in the salt room and I was able to rest on the heating bed before my appointment & it was almost instant relief! Dr. Michael takes a lot of time listening and giving a lot of very useful information along with the adjustments. Then there is therapeutic massage and it is amazing! It is much different than a spa massage. The technicians are so experienced and know just how to ease all that pain and inflammation out of battered muscles & tissue. And it all works! I have been going regularly for about 6 weeks now and my body is mostly all restored after such a traumatic event. (I even had to have a 2 week break in the middle of treatment due to my children being ill at home & my progress was not stunted or delayed at all!) Except for suffering through a few days where I just did not feel well and had to rest most of the day during my recovery and course of treatment, I did not have to give up any of my normal activities. This is SO much better than taking pain medicine, muscle relaxers and laying in bed and then suffering from chronic, debilitating problems. I am very thankful for this type of care and especially for the integrity & care shown by each one at this clinic involved in my treatment.

Fantastic experience: I came here a couple weeks ago to get a full body massage and had an amazing experience. Everyone there made the environment welcoming as soon as I walked through their doors. It was my first time so I was unsure on the process of the body massage. Miranda took care of me and made me feel comfortable. The receptionist, Jacqueline was very helpful and friendly. Fantastic experience: This office was recommended to me after a recent car accident. This is my first chiropractic experience, but they were great at answering questions every step of the way and making me feel welcome. Dr. Michael is a great chiropractor but also super knowledgeable when it comes to car accidents and was able to give me advice for that process as well. Overall great experience so far.

Fantastic experience: My first visit at American proactive chiropractic, I was very impressed. Everyone was very friendly. Receptionist Jacquie checked me in quickly and Anna the manager helped me set up all appointments. After my accident, I’ve been having lots of headaches, shoulder, neck and back pain. Dr. Michael completed a thorough examination and treatment was initiated on that same visit. Dr. Michael really knows what he is doing and I feel better and better after each adjustment. The massage ladies are amazing. I’ve seen Anna a few times and she is great, I always feel very relaxed after. Tracy is just incredible! She locates the root of your problem and focuses on fixing it and not just massaging the surface. This office deserves more than 5 stars! Everyone is exceptional, respectful and very professional. During the pandemic, the office is kept very clean and they take extra precautions! I would recommend this place to everyone!

This is the BEST place where you can really relax and be healed by all accessories they have, its just doing a very fabulous job to your body and all things they have is good for you and your health! Also I liked the atmosphere there and a wonderful customer service and people that work in there. I really recommend everyone to visit that place and see yourself and ecpesially if you have some kind of problem with your health either it's just a back pain, leg pain, knee pain, neck pain, etc., or need a massage, or you have been in a car accident. Fantastic experience: I was a patient of Dr LoGuidice in West Linn before he moved to Salem. I tried 2 other Chiropractors after he moved but was disappointed. When I I had low back problems this week , I decided to see Dr LoGuidice in Salem and it was definitely worth the 45 minute drive. Great attention and superior treatment!

Negative experience: I do not recommend anyone go to this clinic, especially those in larger bodies I was assigned to this clinic by marion county DHS for a social security disability exam. I arrived early as instructed. I signed in, and started filling out the paperwork I was given. My vitals were taken and soon I was taken for the sight test and weight. The weight was taken in a very unscientific way. They use analog scales that are known for being inaccurate, and have you stand with a foot on each scale and add those numbers. I brought this up with multiple medical professionals and they all say this is an wildly unscientific method to weigh someone. Before being weighed, I told the receptionist / MA that I need a blind weight. This visibly confused her, so I explained that I am in eating disorder recovery so I cannot know the number. I had to explain this three times before she seemed to understand As I was waiting to see the MD, the receptionist / MA returned with something to show me. ***It was a flyer for liposuction.*** She had somehow interpreted my having an eating disorder and being fat as me wanting to lose weight and have surgery to assist with it. I told her it was fatphobic and harmful, and she reached out to physically comfort me. (it's still a pandemic mind you) I told her not to touch me. I shouldn't have to tell medical professionals not to touch me after they messed up. The appointment with Dr. Benjamin Smith wasn't much better. I had planned on bringing up the lipo flyer with him, but it quickly became obvious that he saw my weight as a problem as well. He in fact repeatedly referred to it as a problem. (Note, it isn't at all a problem. It's just an aspect of my body and biodiversity) After disclosing to him that I am anorexic, he was confused and actually asked why my weight is a still a "problem" if I eat so little. I had to explain a basic metabolic function to a licensed, practicing medical doctor--for shame! I will absolutely never be returning and do not recommend this office, especially if you are in a larger body. In fact, I'm speaking to my lawyers today and requesting a new disability exam because Dr. Smith is clearly biased against fat individuals. I'm also reporting him to the county, social security office, and state licensing board because he should not be making these decisions about our work ability if he doesn't even understand how metabolism works.

Fantastic experience: I’m in a traveling tour group when I met Dr. Michael and his wife at a church. I shared with them how I my chronic low back pain has been bothering me since I was 13. They invited me to the office the next day and I got adjusted. I’ve never felt so relieved from so much pain for a long time. They were very kind and gentle. It was an amazing experience!!

Fantastic experience: This clinic was very passionate about getting me back to health. All the time I came there people were very kind and friendly and never have I had a bad experience there so far. I came in from an accident that was very light but the doctor but actually took the time and examined all my needs. The facility is great has everything that they need and take care of their patients I would recommend this clinic to everybody that I know. And the Lord be willing I will be going to this clinic for future checkups.

I cannot say enough great things about everyone in their office, Doc Mike, Trasy, Jacqui. Trasy the massage was outstanding. You worked on some key areas that have given me issues every since my 2008 run in with an IED in Afghanistan. Doc Mike your re-adjustments are top notch and have helped a lot.
