Fantastic experience: I absolutely love everyone here. They went above and beyond for me. Ive never been to the chiropractor before and they made sure to take their time and explain everything to me in full detail. Danielle is your go to lady! She's a truly amazing person and she will go out of her way to get you the help you need. She was able to provide me a ride to and from my home to my appointments. Everyone here worked together to help me heal and get back on my feet! I really recommend this place if you have recently been in a car accident!

Fantastic experience: This team is a 5 star of its own category. This place ( Salem location) begins by entering under a covered Drop off area. Upon entering the building you're welcomed by a spacious waiting room with a 10 foot tall stone fireplace and a staff that always welcome me by first name. I am always called and taken back very quickly. There are no long waits at this place. Which tells me that they are correctly staffed, not only with enough employees, but the right ones. My first visit they did a total workup and went over everything with me, including what the Dr believed was the best treatment plan for success. Every single massage therapist/ pt assistant are adorable young ladies, with no shortage of knowledge and experience. They're bedside manner is top notch. I have had massages by ,three different m.t. and as all have a bit different technique, they are all equally good. The massage rooms are clean, quiet (soft music if you wish), dim lighting, a comfortable massage table and a wonderful massage that is triggered at what YOU want and need. Including soft to deep tissue. The Dr that I see on a regular basis is Dr. B. She is beautiful and pleasant and always greets you with a ,"fist bump". (It's quite cute). You can chose your adjustment in the traditional form or with the handheld device that gives you a more "easy going" adjustment. Within minutes after your adjustment you're off to the traction table with tens, then a 20 min massage that's absolutely amazing, then to ultrasound, then laser, then last but most definitely not least to the PT room. They provide this Large PT room for your stretches, exercises, etc... Then you sign off on your day's treatment and take your file up as you check out, with a friendly reminder of your next visit. That brings me to two of my other favorite things about Oregon medical, the front desk girl..... I feel as though I am on a friend to friend basis with them. We text back and forth so much That's what it feels like. That is a very big help for me because my schedule is strange but also my health atm keeps me very tired and it's hard for me to be on time sometimes. They Never once have made me feel bad or anything for that. They're always just glad I'm here. Before I could finish my review, I got cut off, but it was essential that I take the time to come back and Before I end my review there is one person that deserves to be brought to attention... Danielle. I am not quite sure what her title is, but it would seem she is the office manager. Either way she is obviously in some sort of authority position. That probably doesn't even begin to cover her responsibilities. All I know is she makes me feel welcome every time I'm there and it is obvious that she keeps this place running extremely well. It is also very clear that she cares about the patients. I hope they know what they have in her because she is a gem! I've never been so glad to find a clinic to help my situation. I would recommend them to anyone! This place ROCKS!

Fantastic experience: When coming to therapy’s the girls are really welcoming and the girls, are always helpful when I need to change my schedule and when I’m running late. they are all really understanding and nice and my favorite therapy’s are the traction bed and massage.

Negative experience: If i could give them a zero stars, I would. I contacted them on December 19th through their website. Explaining I was a new patient needing chiropractor care. Shortly after I sent that off, on the same day, I received a text message from the clinic asking for my insurance information and exactly what areas of my body I had the pain. They told me they would reach out to my insurance to make sure I could be seen. I found this place through my insurance, so I assumed it would be no time until I would get a text/call back to schedule my appointment. Except that was not the case. I didn't here from them for over 2 weeks. I used their online chat to try and get an answer, the person who was on chat with me said i was good to go and i can get scheduled, but nothing did get scheduled. I called them back on January 13th to talk with them and tell them, they already told me I was cleared with insurance and just needed my appointment made. After getting transferred to the employee who originally texted me on the 19th of December it turns out they didn't actually hear back from my insurance....or maybe they never submitted the info. She took my name, phone number and said that she would text me THE SAME DAY to say if insurance was good to go......nothing. no text, no call. Beyond frustrated at that point I gave up. I have chronic back and hip pain and my old chiropractor became out of network for my insurance. I called one more time on February 21st and was directed to what I assume was after/before hours line. The employee was very nice and took all my information. She said she would give this to the clinic as soon as they opened...it's now March 3rd and I'm disappointed in this clinic and how unprofessional it is. If you aren't taking new patients, say that. Don't lie to customers about getting back to them the same day. I'd say don't go to them, but since they don't get back to you, I'd say don't waste your time like I did.

Fantastic experience: When I first arrived at Oregon Medical Center, I received a warm welcoming with open arms and treated me as family, which shows me that they really care about their patience. The amazing thing I like about this place besides no swimming pool lol they treat you well and they find it very important to treat you as they take the pain and suffering away. They find it very important to help you get back into the groove and back on your feet. Lexi: I really like Lexi's words of healing as she talks with you about the importance of doing exercises and stretches to ease the pain with her assignments. I find her being the best medication for pain and she's wonderful and amazing and very fun to be around, even though I love everybody there, she's one of my favorites. Roxy: Roxy is amazing when you first walk through the door she welcomes you with open arms and very friendly and courteous. She treats everyone like family and makes a person feel comfortable with your stay. Megan: Megan is amazing!!! She gives the best relaxing massages that a person could ever ask for. She nearly puts me to sleep lol, but she's still amazing and the best. Liz: Liz is a wonderful person when it comes to conversations. Whenever she talks to you she's just like a healing process. When she ask how my days going or what my plans are she makes me feel like I'm at home. Shay: Shay is wonderful, amazing, and joyful to have as a therapist. When ever I walk through the front door she's always waiting for me in the lobby or she always looks for my vehicle to pull up waiting and ready for me. She's very sweet and most of all, she's calls me friend which makes me feel like, I have a best friend that cares about my well-being and ready to get me well again. I really love her for that and she is one of my next favorite therapist. I look at it this way, if she wasn't waiting for you in the lobby to help you get well, then she wouldn't really care. Graciella: Graciella is amazing when it comes to her most amazing massages. She's new and knows what she's doing and I find her very experienced. I would think she was working there for at least 10 years. She's a wonderful and amazing person with encouragement and comfortability to help you get well. Danielle: I really like Danielle, because she is really nice and cares about her patience and her co-workers. When I first met Danielle she was the first one that helped me settled in with comfort. She's very sweet and generous and makes you feel at home. She has a beautiful smile and she makes you feel like you're a person and not an animal. Doctors: The doctors are the best chiropractors I could ever have. They both made me feel comfortable and share their generosity to show me that they truly care about somebody's well-being. They became very concerned with my pain and suffering and that they were there to make me whole again. I find the doctors very sweet, nice and cheerful. Even when you're hurting they make you feel comfortable and they're easy with you. When they're concerned with your health, they're there to get you well and back on your feet and for myself I'm one of the silliest patients they ever had lol. I couldn't find a better place than here with my family. If I or to have another accident and had to go to another chiropractor again, then I would have to choose Oregon Medical Center is one of my choices. After I complete my therapy I'm going to tremendously miss them very much and I might have to stop in and say hello once in a while I love you guys!!! You are the top five and the best.

Negative experience: Today my sister went in for an interview here and the employee who is doing these interviews was being extremely unprofessional and making rude comments towards my sister’s personal life, I believe that’s not acceptable in a professional work environment where the employees are supposed to be trained to handle these interviews in professional manner. I highly do not recommend applying to work here if they still have the same person interviewing potential candidates.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sunita Bhasin, D.C. is a very kind and caring doctor who conducts very thorough exams to help in determining exactly what each patient's health needs are. I enjoy my visits to the Salem office of Oregon Medical Centers, LLC because of the courteous and personalized attention I receive for my diabetic peripheral neuropathy needs. Regenerative medicine works, and I can only hope that the word gets out there to more people who need the relief and benefits that regenerative medicine has to offer.

Fantastic experience: Not being familiar with Salem, I mapped it and was on. My way I took the turnoff it told me and went on a short road trip before I thot "this is not right". Getting very close to time, I called and got Emily who stayed on the phone with me till I drove up to door where she greeted me outside with a smile and u made it. I was late still took me and spoke with Megan who was "adorable" by the time we were done talking, I think she knew more about me than my ex-husband in 20 yrs. Dr.Bhasin was kind and was able to find home way faster than going in.

Fantastic experience: It's nice to have a monthly chiropractic adjustment again. This was my 3rd visit at OMC after being without a chiropractor for several months since my last chiropractor retired and I was considering a new office to use. Front desk very nice and helpful. Office is spacious, beautiful and comfy chairs. Not long wait to be treated for appt. The prep technician asked me some questions about symptoms I had on my chart from the first visit which had diminished after the 2nd visit and I hadn't realized they had subsided for 3rd visit. In my regular job I pull hoses long distances and spray plants weekdays. I also do pruning work on ladders & gopher trapping. I like to work and play hard. It's really nice to have my flexibility back to full strength. Also to sleep better.

Una señora rubia apesta a cigarrillos. No no no vuelvo nunca oye. Hay otra clínica cerca que la recomiendo. UPDATE: si es esa clínica, no la estoy confundiendo.

Negative experience: Rude staff/management and long wait for everything. They don’t know what they’re doing. Recommend by a friend and will never go again. They only care for your money out of the insurance. People look stressed and unhappy.

Negative experience: Poor service from staff. Let me start with, Doctors don’t represent what is to be healthy. Staff is young and without enough knowledge. I over heard staff complaining and talking bad stuff about other co-workers behind their backs. What is seems to be the manager (blond girl) treating pretty badly the other staff, screaming at them, being rude. Same person and smelling like cigarettes and I had asthma. The office smells like McDonalds & cigarettes. What is this place? It seems unorganized and staff screaming and treating poorly other members of the staff. This place needs a deep cleaning from their energies and their overall smells. Please don’t smoke and attend clients. I can keep saying things that I saw… I will never go back to this place. If you send me an email I can describe more information about things I saw on just 1-2hrs there. Please clean and teach your staff to be nice. Specially coming from managers, management and doctors.

Negative experience: I was asked for my review and I’ve been praying and thinking wheather or not I should write this but people should know about what to expect when you first walk into Oregon medical centers and I don’t need a gift card for this and I’m only leaving a start because you can’t leave a review with out one. The office is beautiful and mighty big I must say. But they have the most God awful receptionist. She is loud and rude and I’ve never been treated or spoken too so poorly in my 68 years of living. The services that are offered truly sound helpful but I cannot take that attitude and treatment especially not when I first walk in the door I will definitely not be returning.

Positive experience: I engaged the services of Oregon Medical Centers for regenerative medicine, specifically for their recommended protocol of stem cells, exosomes, and platelet rich plasma, with hopes of restoring mobility to my stiff neck that was severely restricting my ability to turn my head, due to a pannus at C1/C2, as well as four traumatized discs from C3 to C7. After six weeks, my range of rotating motion of my head and has increased from about 30% or 40% of normal range up to 80% of normal range with further improvement still expected, and with much less pain or discomfort associated with that rotation. So, I am very pleased with the treatment so far. I will leave a further evaluation after my final nine month evaluation, which will provide an x-ray to compare with the pre-treatment x-ray. Oregon Medical Centers are really very expert and aggressive in marketing their services. This gives an impression of a low level of professionalism that can result in a lack of confidence in this team. However, they get good results. This is an alternative medicine, shunned and demeaned by the traditional medical community, so perhaps a more practical and less polished operation might be expected. Don’t let it put you off; they have a good product and good success. A neurosurgeon had told me that there was nothing that could help me with that pannus problem that I have, but Oregon Medical Centers is helping me.

Positive experience: I’m so glad that I’m finally able to get help I need. My observation of staff is that some of them don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Seems so disjointed at times. My other concern is that they are not busy with other clients the times I’ve been there. They certainly have the room to see many people at a time, perhaps not enough staff.

Fantastic experience: I just had gotten into a car accident and came to salem oregon medical center and it was by far the best decision for my health. The front ladies Danielle and Litzy are very nice and welcoming.They are good at always putting a smile on my face when coming in. Fantastic experience: I had heard radio spots on 1220am here in salem and also an interview with Dr Sunita Bhasin on the same station. I signed up for the seminar /dinner @ Gambetti's Italian Dinner House(which I highly recommend also-fabulous food!) The seminar was exactly what I needed to confirm my research about peripheral neuropathy! And the stem cell procedures they administer show great promise to possibly eliminate my neuropathy problems!The initial appointment scheduled at the seminar provided the testing and confirmed that the neuropathy I have will definitely be able to be treated successfully-as my degree of neuropathy is a very lesser degree of severity than many cases they already have success -fully treated! The next appoint -ment will have the software analysis avail- able to me with I imagine the costs, dosages, treatment plan etc. All of this happening in less than 10 days elapsed time! I so appreciate the teamwork of Dr Bhashin DC, Gabby, Angela, and Christina (sp?). They are very important additions to my per- sonal Healthcare goals! 5 STARS!!!!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional place. While I was laying on one of their tables, I overheard two different workers FaceTiming their family, while listening to Spanish music loudly. Also felt as if it was hurry up and get through the patient so we can go on to the next to make as much money as possible.

Negative experience: I had an 11am appt. today 3/28/2022 at 11am. I arrived 15 minutes early, checked in and received my x-rays all before 11. I then waited 25 minutes in the main waiting room before I was called into the patient's room. I had my blood pressure and temperature taken. I then waited another 20-25 minutes until deciding that Dr. Taksali was a no-show. I left due to his complete unprofessionalism. This was a Monday when the business opened at 10am. How could you be this far behind just 1 hour into your business day? No one popped in to inform me of any problem. As I left no one said a word to me. If you are so greedy that you over book patients one on top of the other, then you should limit your scheduling. I will recommend to my GP doctor never to refer people there. Negative experience: Very bad communication. Gave my insurance info prior to new patient appt per the offices request. Took time off work because they only do new patients on Fridays. Showed up and waited till they told me that they never verified my insurance and that I had to reschedule. Later that day the billing department called me and said I had call my insurance because they can't figure out how to submit with my two insurances.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. They are very flexible to work with you and your schedule and if something pops up in your life, they are understanding if your appointment needs to be moved around. The service is very professional and the staff is extremely accommodating and courteous. The actual doctors make you feel very comfortable, and the nurses and assistants do an excellent job with your therapies. Gabby, who does the massages is an absolute legend, 10/10 on the massage. And Christina does a great job as the floor supervisor, making sure everything runs smoothly. And they have a candy bowl for snacks after therapies. Overall this place is a 10/10 and the best chiropractor office in town!

Negative experience: No change in hip pain several months after hip stemcell injection. Update on original review. Had original right hip single injection on 08/14/2020. ( $4400.00) Went on special diet cutting out dairy, sugar, and wheat products. ( lost 20 lbs. Not a bad thing.) Started a stringent exercise program. Very slight change in pain level after 3 months. Had additional injection on 11/30/2020. ($3000.00) slightly less pain next two months. Had PRP injection on 02/03/2021. )($400.00) by 04/04/2021 I could go until the afternoon fairly comfortable (with pain only when moving wrong.) At this point I chose to change courses and schedule hip replacement surgery which happened in September of 2021. It took 3 to 4 weeks for the discomfort to go away. I now have no pain. What went wrong? Probably should have gotten a double shot to start off with and went on light duty. ( They said to resume my normal daily activities.)$7,800.00 later I am pain free!

Positive experience: I received stem cell injections recently and I am now receiving laser, stem cell and massage three times a week. These treatments seem to be working as my back pain is lessening. I really enjoy the massages from Gabbi, who is very patient with me and does such a good job on my back. Thank you.
