Fantastic experience: I was impressed by Dr. Blake. He explained everything thoroughly and was very helpful. The office staff was kind as well. Great experience overall!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would Dr. Throng canceled my appointment because he didn't call the salem hospital to re-approve my mri. I got my nerve test and xrays done . The morning of my mri the machine was down, so the hospital says call Dr. Throng and ask him to re-aprove the mri and we can do it. I did that then Heidi calls me and says all that work was for nothing they are canceling my appointment because I no show and no call but I have been calling and I had to go through urgent care to finally get to them now I asked do I go through urgent care Heidi says no we can not take you so just don't waste your money here they won't help. Especially if it's not your fault . The mri machine broke at a different hospital i couldn't make my own appointment I needed the voice of a doctor to make that appointment for me. I guess I will be up all night and go down more on my hours because of this. Thanks again Heidi and Throng

Negative experience: Receptionist ladies are very welcoming. I would not recommend Dr. Li. Heartless lady. I never met a Doctor so clueless and cruel.

Negative experience: I should have known better to come here based on reviews and the fact I tried 2 years ago and my pain has gotten worse. I’m in severe pain and was hopeful for trigger point injections. Truong wants me to do pt. Fine however I’m in excruciating pain so my quality of life is terrible. Work and lay in bed for the most part. I asked for a very short time relief with any medication that would help. Anti inflammatory medicine does not help. My son is having a surgery for cancer and I need my legs to be ok to get through the airport and said what are pain meds for and his response was oh you’re here for opioids. Like I’m some kind of pill seeker. I’ve never taken any in my life but asked because to me that’s what there should be used for. PAIN! Don’t waste your time here! We need a better healthcare system!

Negative experience: Will not return!! First time here and definitely my last time!!! Dr. Li had no care or compassion whatsoever. Since the machinery she used confirmed the diagnoses of Carpal tunnel syndrome I asked lots of questions wanting to understand what I had. She was annoyed with me asking questions and made it very apparent that she had no concerns. She seemed more in a rush to get out of the room and move on. Sighing and pointing to the picture on the wall rather than explaining it to someone completely new to this diagnosis. For someone like myself that uses her hands for her job, her hobby, and just about everything I love to do, Carpal tunnel syndrome is a catastrophe!!! Dr Li you had no empathy or compassion. Your bedside manner was deplorable! You go against your oath

Negative experience: I wish I could go lower on the stars! This place is a joke and will make you go in circles! Telling you one thing but making up stuff and telling your primary doctor a whole different story!! Don't go here if you cherish your health and time!!

Negative experience: I had never been here before this time and I had a bad experience! The receptionist were very kind and nice but the physician that I saw rushed me , was rude talked over me and had no concern for what I was trying to tell him .it made me feel very small , and I will never go back to this place again.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Li was amazing. I had a nerve study for neuropathy. She was very professional. Explained everything. In a way that was easy to understand. Everyone made me comfortable. In and out fast. Little to no pain. I would bring my child or grandmother here.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Blake was awesome. He explained everything about the EMG test while he was doing it. I was nervous beforehand, but the whole test wasn't bad at all. Thanks Dr. Blake

Positive experience: After reading the reviews, I was quite hesitant to go here. But the appointment was good. Front staff, nurse and doctor were all personable and professional. Dr Blake explained the procedure in detail as we went along so there were no surprise. He created a very comfortable environment.

Negative experience: Disorganized, dismissive… Truong was way to apathetic and uninterested in his patients to be a Dr.

Negative experience: If zero stars was an option, that would be it. The staffs demeanor was negative, rude & condescending. For my first time being referred here, DO NOT come here. The person i saw for my appointment, was extremely unprofessional & just downright rude. Instead of helping the patient be comfortable, they basically told me to calm down and stop working myself up. The employees and providers don’t give a **** about you. Or their profession. I’m appalled by this business.

Negative experience: We will never return. My 18yo daughter with hypermobile joints was referred here after 6 months of shoulder pain, physical therapy, and no answers for her ongoing pain. The initial appointment was disheartening as she was told to take Tylenol and stop using a sling, which was the only way to get relief from severe pain from the hanging weight of her arm. 6 weeks later of suffering through the pain of doing that and with no change, the follow up appointment said it doesn’t make sense that she’s in pain and sent her on her way saying try getting a referral elsewhere. For being the people who are supposed to help figure out where pain is coming from and the options for solving it, this was a complete failure of any kind of care and a waste of time.

Negative experience: The care and service I received here is not good and I will not be going back. They gave me no pain relief and told me to use a tennis ball and when that didn’t work and I asked for other options they basically told me there was nothing they could do. Another stellar example of great health care in America.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee is wonderful! I am a retired nurse practitioner who previously worked neurology and did nerve conductions myself. My reading is only for Dr. Lee, not the practice itself. Dr. Lee was personable, kind and compassionate, efficient and informative. She encouraged questions and answered with good explanations. I could tell that she was highly knowledgeable and concerned for the welfare of her patients. I recommend her highly. You will get exceptional care with her.

Positive experience: I wanted to share my experience because SRA didn't get very good reviews which kinda freaked me out before my appointment. I really didn't know what to expect after reading the reviews. So I want to give some of you who are reading this some peace of mind. My experience was good. My only problem was I had trouble finding the actual place, but other then that my experience was pretty normal. It seemed very clean even the restroom. Office staff was friendly and professional. I was only asked to arrive 15 mins before my appointment time to fill out a couple of papers for new patient paper work. I only waited a few minutes before someone took me back to my room. The assistant was warm and friendly. Everyone I saw wore a mask. Dr. Li was great and very nice. She explained to me what was going to happen and explained the results when my nerve conduction test and EMG was over. Although it was not a fun test and little painful especially with the EMG, Dr. Li was quick and efficient. I even had a question after my test and she was quick to answer my concerns after my appointment when I stopped her in the hall. I would definitely recommend this place for a NCT and/or EMG with Dr. Li. I hope this helps.

Received insurance approval quickly. Was able to return within 2 weeks of my initial appointment. Treatment received relieved symptoms significantly. The quickest turn around I've ever received in a specialty office. I'm used to specialty offices being booked out 3-6 months. I'm so glad my physician referred me to this office.

Fantastic experience: Both times I've gone there things have went well. The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is clean. Doctor Blake was thorough, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions.

Negative experience: More and more often I find office staff to be Curt and non customer service friendly, but this place tops the list. Super long wait times in office and office staff that acts like they couldnt care less. I was refused a time slot I confirmed to book because "I took too long to look at my calendar" (her words). if I'm not mistaken that's a pretty basic step to scheduling an appointment. They called me in the middle of my work day it took me a few moments to access my planner. What actually happened was she had failed to book the appointment before asking me to fill out medical history forms , that are already on file because I'm a previous patient of their clinic. By the time she was done looking up my file another staff had booked someone else for the time I agreed to . Super weird . The doctor I saw there was nice and helpful but I'd avoid this place due to the office staff . This was not a one time occuracnce either , I originally stopped going here due to poor experience with office staff. I was only returning to hope to see the same doctor , but no way will I do that if the office is going to be so unwelcoming.

Negative experience: Terrible clinic. Went in because of chronic pain from being hit by a car while biking. Doctor couldn't even read a simple reflex test. After hitting my knee with the hammer and other places where the nerves can be shocked like that. My knee didnt move at all, normally your knee should kinda jerk/twitch if your nerves/reflexes are good. He told me that my reflexs were perfectly fine even though they are the opposite. Its one of the simplest tests to read. Also he told me after admitting that I do look like in alot of pain and move like an 80 year old, he said that its all in my head and that if I goto counsling my pain will go away, and that he doesnt want to see me for another visit. Utter BS. Ive already been going to counsling for a few years, if that were the case I would have been able to suspect that. But i was also hit by a car. Thats gonna do long term damage when you get bounced a couple times on pavement from the hit. 0/10 would not reccomend. There are way better clinics than this one.

Negative experience: Dr. Treuong is not a human being. He does not care about your pain and suffering whatsoever. I argued with him about clearing me for full duty (I do warehouse work) but he did not listen and the very next day at work I got injured further in the exact same way. Now he refuses to see me and claims there is nothing more he can do and to follow up with my primary care doctor. I blame him 100% for my injury progressing further.

Negative experience: Do not send family here! There are absolutely rude and unprofessional. All of the reviews you see here and completely accurate. The front desk receptionist asked my kids to wait outside ...... not just outside in the lobby but outside of the building because of COVID they stated yet they are allowing people to sit in the lobby. Completely not okay. Also they were so rude to my mother and very unorganized. Do not go here and save yourself a headache. The convenience is nice but I’ll be looking for another provider. Horrible

Negative experience: My apt. Was at 9:45. Didn't get in until 10:40. All my paper work had been filled out when I took it in. Then he wrote down that I had hypertension. Wonder how he would have felt if the shoe was on the other foot. Dr. Braughman Is very good but their office keeping to a schedule stinks. This was the second time that it happened.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good experiences with this office. Dr. Erik Blake does my trigger point injections. I wouldn't be walking upright without the shots. He's the best!

Negative experience: I should have read the other reviews before I made an appointment with them. Their first available date was three weeks out, so we confirmed an appt. date. Two days before my appt they left a message asking me to call them back to confirm AGAIN. I didn't call back since we already had an appt set, so they called my emergency contact! So unprofessional--there was no emergency! I also went online to fill out patient forms, but the website is so user UNfriendly that I opted to fill them out in the office. But what now? They require me to come in 1 HOUR before the appt just for paperwork! Needless to say, I will not be going for my appointment tomorrow. I already called to cancel.

Negative experience: This has got to be the most confusing office there is. It took several weeks to exec get my initial appointment. They scheduled mri services then when my follow up came due they didn’t want me coming in without the mri having been done, so they rescheduled me 3 separate times. Now this morning I awake to find my service animal has passed. I call as it caused me to miss my appointment, and they refused saying this is now my 4th no show. When they’re the ones who rescheduled!! Absolutely zero compassion along with drs who are only willing to assist you if you allow them to pick your PT . If (by law it’s the patients choice where) you choose a different facility for this then they recommend they tell you since they are not in charge of your care they don’t feel the need to continue seeing you. They also charge you an extra $20 for any disability paperwork for your job..... This office has caused me nothing but grief from day one... do not recommend . All this and they’ve still yet to diagnose my injuries!! This is unacceptable human behavior let alone those that are supposed to heal abs help after an accident. I suggest the office all take some sensitivity training and learn how to actually interact with humans...

Negative experience: I had an appointment here for a 'Nerve Conduction Test'. I woke up at 3 AM the day of the appointment and was vomiting uncontrollably. Additionally, I had a high temperature. I called that morning and left a voicemail, cancelling my appointment. I called back today, to reschedule and was told there would be a $100 rescheduling fee. I asked if they would have preferred me to come in with the flu, vomiting all over, their answer was "no". I have no idea what I should have done differently, other than maybe have the ability to predict the future, so I could have called in the day before saying "I know I'm going to have the flu"...unfortunately I'm not a Wizard. Absolutely ludicrous!!! -(02/23/18) An update to my review above: I was called and told that they would on a one time basis make an exception and not charge the $100 fee this time. However if it were to happen again, there's nothing that could be done. I simply ask again, would they prefer me to show up with the flu, and infect all of them??? I added a star to my review (from one to two), but still this policy is absurd, especially when they can't tell me what I should have done differently.
