RPM North Salinas Physical Therapy: Reviews
Negative experience: It is impossible to reach them by phone you have to leave a message. This is very frustrating because you have to go in person to reschedule or get help. The other staff that help you with therapy are great .
Negative experience: If you're looking for physical therapy with a side of cruelty, this place might be exactly what you need. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that hospitality was not on the treatment plan. The front desk staff — a delightful ensemble of dismissiveness and condescension — set the tone early. My wife had the rare privilege of being gaslit about her own appointment, which, according to the receptionists, simply didn’t exist (despite being scheduled by a man at the same desk, who apparently exists and doesn’t, depending on who you ask). After a tense, uncomfortable exchange, only the intervention of the manager miraculously resurrected her appointment from the abyss of their system. How convenient. The therapist, not wanting to be left out, added his own brand of charm by loudly scolding her mid-session with a helpful reminder to “bring an appointment next time” — despite the fact that she literally had one. When she returned with the actual printed appointment slip to clarify, she was met with more shouting and a dismissive “it’s over, forget it.” It’s rare to see a business execute such a synchronized team effort in blame-shifting, rudeness, and denial of reality. Truly impressive. If you enjoy confrontations, raised voices, and being treated like an inconvenience, this is the place for you.
Negative experience: Horrible front desk, they were rude and had no intention of solving the problem THEY created.
Negative experience: The front desk is difficult to work with. I rarely received a call back after leaving a message, was often told different things depending on who I was talking with. My PT told me in November that he ordered me a device, It’s now February still have not received, was never given a plan of care or things to work on at home, and had little consistency in care. I just gave up eventually.
Negative experience: What an awful experience I had, because two staff - Jeff and Rene- were DRUNK while on-duty, working with patients!! Such a NASTY, DISGUSTING, AWFUL, and UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! I hope the upper management of this clinic should not tolerate this unbecoming behaviour of staff!!
Negative experience: This is what we call a patient mill. The main priority here is profit, not quality of care. When you get physical therapy, pay attention to how much one-on-one time you get to spend with your therapist. Here, you’ll be lucky to get 10 minutes with them per visit. The best clinics will give you 100% one-on-one time with your therapist. Those aides that you’re working with have little to no education. This place also tends to have more aides than PTs, which is illegal. PTAs can not legally supervise aides, only a licensed PT can do so. You can get PT wherever you want, even if your physician says otherwise. Go find a place that prioritizes your care over profit, like a non-profit clinic.

Fantastic experience: Excelente therapist and very caring.
Fantastic experience: The staff here really truly care about you and your well being. Everyone here is very experienced and trained in all areas of your physical, mental and emotional health. Highly recommended!!!
Fantastic experience: My Mom had to have therapy physical therapy for a orthoscopic knee surgery starting in June and my husband had to have physical therapy starting in July for a knee replacement. We went there because it was close to home and we could get in quickly. They were so good with my Mom that we went to them for my husband as well. They have been great, so much better with both of my family members than the other one we went to previously for my husband. Much more thorough but definitely made them work. We love them!
