Windsor The Ridge Rehabilitation Center

Fantastic experience: I recommend this place to all those who want they're parents to be in the best hands. Homemade meals, activities,ext. The whole team of employees are AWESOME. My parents have been there a couple of times. Sadly my mother had to be in hospice and she didn't want to go home,but specifically requested The Ridge. This past Thursday she passed away and thankfully I was able to be there that night. God Bless You All and Your Family's.

Negative experience: I would never recommend this place to anyone . If you love your parents do not bring them here ever . Nurses are not professionals or the supposed Drs . They lie when the county comes to investigate them if you submit a claim . I can go on but all I can say is that I would not recommend it at all . Look for another place to have your parents or family members live or get rehab.

Sin ver a mi mama y el estado en que la encontre NO me agrada nada por lo que se ve parece que NO LES IMPORTA LA GENTE!! por qué si a si fuera se asegurarian de CAMBIAR SABANAS! ROPA y BAÑAR! A los pacientes COMO ENFERMERAS LES PAGAN POR HACER SU TRABAJO Y NI ESO PUEDEN HACER!! TEN UN POQUITO MAS DE COMPASIÓN NOMAS PÓNGANSE A PENSAR …DALE GRACIAS A DIOS QUE ESTAS BUENA Y SANA POR QUE EN ESTA VIDA TODO SE PAGA Y DIOS NO QUIERA ALGUN DIA TE ENFERMES . desafortunadamente vivo lejos y no estoy al pendiente de mi mama al 100% pero si me comunico con ella todos los dias y trato de visitarla cuándo puedo .

Fantastic experience: Sally is so helpful you can tell she’s always going above and beyond for the patients and the staff she seems to love what she does so glad I went to her for my concerns.

Fantastic experience: Great facility, caring staff ( from the front desk to therapists to social case worker, they all provided compassion and professionalism) . Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had my father there years ago, they took great care of him. The kitchen gave my dad food that he loved, the staff was so nice to him and myself. Just this past year I needed a place for my mother and I am so glad I chose the ridge again. Mom loved the food and snacks that was offered. My mom loved Aaron (charge nurse) and and Marcy (cna) so much. The whole staff got where they called her mom and she told me before she past at home at home that she missed her family. I thank everyone at the ridge. I will always send my family here.

Fantastic experience: My friend was here and when I was visiting her the staff was always nice and friendly to me and my friend. The food looked good and my friend enjoyed them. I would recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: Ridge rehabilitation is one of the best place for in house rehabilitations . They have high skilled staff . With best equipment for all kinds of illness.

Negative experience: If you care about your loved ones please do not let them live here they do not have enough CNA’s for patients they run understaffed DAILY !!!!! I had the displeasure of visiting a loved one at this place and I am disgusted by the way they treat their CNA’s I over heard they are to be standing all day and are not allowed to sit smh do better Windsor !

Negative experience: My godmother was there until when she gets better, they never changed her tubes for eating nor for her business, and let her toe nail regrow from her feet she has diabetes, putting her in tight socks… she couldn’t even talk or tell us the socks are tight, my mom always checks her, also she passed away march 17 2023, bad service do better

Fantastic experience: Kind nurses.

Negative experience: I would not even give 1 star. This place was HORRIBLE. Do not bring your family members here. My mother was here less than 24 hours. She got no pain medication upon getting there from the hospital. They are under staffed. I will say the nurse (Vanessa) was compassionate and spent time with my mother. The other staff didn't even care. When you press the nurse's button it shouldn't take 30 min for her to come to tell you she has 20 other patients to tend too as well. My mom wanted rails on the side of the bed. This place doesn't have that. They just will lower the bed and put mattress pads on the floor in case you fall out. Mom stated that she heard other patients crying and moaning overnight. We took her out the next morning at 6am and will never use this place again!! My father spoke with someone named Denny and told her of the horrific things and assured us that her boss would call the next day. They have never called !!

Fantastic experience: Staff was very caring and friendly. Provided us with resources and applications to be able to continue recovery at home.

Fantastic experience: My son has been there 16 days. I love this place. Everyone is friendly, kind, caring, and professional. They kept me informed of my son's progress, change in medication, and results of some of his lab work. I'm very pleased with their service. 16 days have felt like 3 days for us. My son will be discharged tomorrow, we will miss everyone at the Ridge.

Negative experience: My father just got discharged from here on Feb 20. I was wrong about this place it’s horrible they did not take good care of him. I was visiting my father while he was in the hospital and I wanted him to be in good hands when he got discharged before I had to go back home to Texas.They told me he would be taken care of. Management really persuaded me and my sister when we went to take a look at several rehab facilities. They make it appear like a good place but my father ended up coming out worse than when he arrived. My father was sick and he asked for them to take him to the hospital. They refused! He contracted CDiff while he was there and he lost about 30 pounds. Do not bring your family member here.They don’t care for any of their patients they’re all about business $$.

Negative experience: It’s a dungeon

Negative experience: My grandmother came here after her surgery. And let me say i will NOT recommend this rehabilitation center to nobody. They have very very poor service and when she’d click the nurse button no one would comes until 3 HOURS later. They are also not good with pain management. And the food is terrible. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.
