Negative experience: Terrible experience went there after going to the E.R and was told I had a fracture on my shoulder but since it happened at work they send me to this place with Dr.John Diab and instead of sending me to a specialist which I was supposed to be referred he is sending me to physical therapy saying that what I have is calcium deposit on my bone and only giving me pain medication and not resolving the issue.I personally don’t recommend this place for me it’s been more than a month and still haven’t resolved my problem.

Negative experience: The MAs are great. They should have a separate rating. Aside from them the place is TERRIBLE! If I could give less than 1 Star I would. There is always over 1.5 hr of a wait even if you had a scheduled appointment. Specifically PA Dr. John Diab.. Terrible, he should not be in practice.. he doesn’t know what he’s doing. He doesn’t listen AT ALL what you’re feeling.. no consideration and just makes assumptions of your condition. When I heard workers compensation sucked… they were right.. go to him and you’ll be proven correct about all the complaints. I was in pain for months, and was constantly told “You’re young, you’ll bounce back” when I would tell him I have discomfort and more pain from the last appointment he would just tell me “that’s normal, just keep doing the exercises that was given” which only triggered my injury but he wouldn’t listen to a word I would say. It was always just “you’ll bounce back! You’re young” I feel bad for all the people who go to him and continue to suffer, those who don’t know you can request for a different doctor.. you can. He’s inconsiderate and doesn’t care for your well being.. you’re better off finding your own solution than being seen by him. He SHOULD NOT be working in that field. Good Luck to everyone who is currently under his care. I pray you all have a better experience than I did, no one deserves to feel helpless when they’re in such pain.. you go to him for help and he just causes you more frustration on top of the physical agony you’re already going through.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE....the bald PA is super rude and unprofessional. I don't understand why he is even employed here. You wait hours to be seen and the scheduling is always so scrud up. This place needs to shutdown. Very sketchy. Mr Baldy PA has NO manners at all and watch out if you correct him because he will get in your face and become super defensive. He thinks he has big cajones .FYI he hates anyone in law enforcement. This guy needs to get fired asap.

Fantastic experience: My father got injured at work and Dr. Eric Johnson- Scott took his time to get to know him as a patient and has provided an above and beyond experience. My father not only felt seen but also heard even though there was a language barrier the Work Well Medical Group provided excellent assistance in bridging the language barrier. I will be recommending this provider to friends and family based on the level of care my father has received.

Negative experience: The staff if personable but the bald guy doctor is horrible!! I didn’t even got to know his name because to me he is nothing! When people warn me about workman’s comp doctors, he is the perfect example! No wonder he works there! Horrible human being! If you can go anywhere else go anywhere else but here!

Negative experience: The wait time here is freaking ridiculous just expect to be in the waiting room 2+hours

Negative experience: J Dinab PA has major mental issues and is ethically unprofessional. When a complaint is made about this PA nothing happens. He had horrible bedside admitted he was swamped and ignorant. He did not like he was corrected and then tried fear tactics to press his agenda he was so close to my face trying to intimidate me during a simple follow up work statstatus.. and he did not like my response or that my Nurse was in attendance. He was upset I was trying to text my employer and not making direct eye con5 them went put of the room to reschedule me only to pretend to lobby patients that there was no issue. He doesn't have good manners. His forehead was touching the brim of my ball cap as I was sitting in the table. He talked to me like I was a child or his significant other like I was wrong and his posturing and body language as he was attempting to move my into my line of sight and keep eye contact, was threatening. He is not a Doctor. Not an MD he is A PA and he does not respect nurses or female patients even when they have PTSD. He broke the rules of ethics. He should not be employed in any care facility. WATCH OUT FOR DINAB AND HIS GOD LIKE PERSONA. HE IS NOT A DOCTOR. HE IS NOT ABOUT YOUR CARE AND WELL BEING. AND THIS MEDICAL GROUP WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT ANY COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM.

Negative experience: -5 STARS. 3 hour wait with an appointment for a psychical, Seriously does anyone work in this place? This is insane. On top of not being prepared for my appointment without the proper equipment! Now I have to come back on Tuesday to probably wait another dame 3 hours for a 5 min doctor visit! Like honestly what are they doing because it’s not working

Negative experience: Staff were great, they get 5 stars..on the other hand the so called Dr- not a Dr but PA no disrespect to PA s-he was very rude, . unprofesdional i wouldn't trust him to treat my dog.

But the xray tech was sloppy and the doctor who single handle brought my review down , he was rude and disrespectful and it felt like he wasent on my side ,he didnt have the best interests for me

Negative experience: Staff seems nice. Wait time sucks! I had an appointment at 1pm, I’m still waiting at 2:30 pm.

Negative experience: My husband had employment testing (physical and breathalyzer) scheduled 5 days before his initial appointment. He showed up to his 1:30pm appt at 1:15pm and didn’t get called back until 3:30. He was taken back to do his physical and then placed in a room to “wait” for another doctor to assess him further. He waited another 30 mins before the second doctor came in and when she did she told him she was supposed to take her lunch at that time but “squeezed” him in before then. If the state of California is reporting job openings are at an all time high and then REQUIRE this as a pre employment requirement then I understand why! Choose a different place to do your pre employment screening, if possible. This place lacks the man power for the amount of appointments they’re scheduling. To top it Off… they allow walk ins. Not worth your time or money!!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so respectful an professional here

Negative experience: The website made me fill in my medical insurance information. I got an appointment on their website. I went in that morning and they said oh we don’t use the website and you’ll have to pay for your COVID-19 test. I left and then I came right back and said OK I will pay the $135 for it. And then they put put me on the list. an hour past just to get a swab in my nose and I went inside and said hey how come it’s taking so long and she said oh we don’t go by the website anymore so you’re considered a walk in! And I said well how long and she said one more hour probably maybe. She could have told me that from the start! I had to drive 25 minutes to get here! This place is totally unprofessional!!

Negative experience: Doctors are good staff is nice just to long wait times got there at 1 o'clock sat there in pain till 3:30. I have been there before hurt I walked in the receptionist told me it was a 2 hour wait I just left and doctored my self and went back to work they need to come up with a better system and if you have an appointment it doesn't matter still at least an hour until they see you

Negative experience: My boyfriend and I were the first ones here (when they opened) for a physical and didn’t get seen for 4 hours. Yes, we were walk ins but there was literally no one here. We were the only ones. But more and more people started to show up (after about 30 minutes of us being there) and they were all going in and out as we sat. We kept asking if we would be seen anytime soon because we didn’t want to sit around in an office all day but they had no idea when we would be seen. I wish they could have told us that we can go and do what we needed to do for the day and they would call us when we were coming up on the list, but they didn’t say anything to us. So finally we gave up and left. Right when we pulled out of the parking lot, they called and said they were ready for us. Never again.

Negative experience: had an appointment set up at 9 am got there at 850 and waited almost 4 hours before I finally got called for my fit and breath test for work very unprofessional.

Negative experience: If we could go anywhere else we would. My husband had to get a TB test and a physical. They told us the wait was an hour. Better than the 2 hour estimate we got yesterday. So we wait. An hour and half goes by and hes called up. Oh, they didnt put in the system he needed a physical too. That was a longer wait. AN ADDITIONAL 2 HOURS! Are you kidding? So no we have been here two hours, because it makes no sense in leaving after all this wasted time. Thank goodness I didnt have anythimg else going today! Either way, avoid this place like the plague, its horrible and at least half of the staff are rude.

Negative experience: Wish I could rate this place a zero!! If you're looking for a waste of time, this place is for you. Had an appointment to see a doctor at 11:00 and wasn't seen by the doctor until 1. Mind you, this place was empty, not busy whatsoever, "doctor" had no excuse. The doctor I saw was a huge joke, felt like I was seeing a bad actor portraying a doctor. From the giggling and childish receptionists, to the nurse that couldn't work a high blood pressure pump, this place isn't legitimate and I find it hard to believe it's open.

Negative experience: Why schedule an appointment when you can't keep it? I have an appointment at 4:00pm. I signed in at 3:45, and it's now 5:20pm and still waiting. I came in 30 minutes late once and they made me reschedule it. This is pathetic! People with appointments should be seen first before the walk-ins. If I have a choice, I will not be coming here. I only come here because of company preference.

Negative experience: It took about an hour to get sent to a room where I sat waiting for 45 mins for the condescending doctor to show up he said he'd come back with my discharge paper. I waited almost 2 hours (meanwhile hearing people say goodbye to each other) I finally stepped out of the room myself and found out my doctor had left. Don't come here, go anywhere else

Negative experience: This place is VERY slow. Go somewhere else

Negative experience: My appointment was at 11:00am. I showed up at 10:45 and was 1 of 2 people in the lobby. Waited for 1.5 hours. They took my urine, weight etc. Another hour in the exam room, didn't get finished intil 2pm. More waiting in the lobby after the appointment.. When the doctor saw me (about 3 minutes) he told me I'm lucky to get cleared to work at all. My A1Cs are below 8, and DOT regulations say that under 10 is acceptable. Go somewhere else. The 3+ hour wait isn't worth it. Never had these issues when going to Watsonville or Hollister.

Fantastic experience: Had a good experience at Workwell on Main/Oak Street in Salinas. The office staff was professional and handled the paperwork to my employer. The physicians assistant who saw me four different times was very knowledgeable about head injuries and took time to assess me. The wait time was a while the first time I walked in but that's expected. I respectfully asked lots of questions so maybe that's why the squeaky wheel got the grease. Not sure why the reviews here are either very high OR very low but not average.

Fantastic experience: Very professional

Negative experience: Went for a dmv physical for my job. Initial wait in the waiting room was about 30 minutes, not too bad for an urgent care. Even though there were only 2 people in the waiting room. Completed the first part of my physical (height, weight, BP, vision, hearing etc.) without any issues. Then I had to strip down, put on the gown and wait for the doctor. I waited naked and freezing in that room for 2.5 hours! After about 2 hours, I went to the front desk and asked if I could come back in about 30 minutes (I had to trade vehicles with my boyfriend, and didn't expect to be there for more than 2 hours). They came back with, "Since this was a walk in visit, you can't leave or else you'd have to come back in for a new visit and pay (I already paid $100 before I was even seen) for everything all over again." I called before I went in and asked if I could make an appointment, and they said those types of physicals are walk ins only. Which is bullshit, btw. Fast forward through some words exchanged with the front desk, the doctor finally comes in. Very condescending man. I am overweight. But everything else is healthy. No mental disorders, normal blood pressure, not diabetic. There's literally no reason why I shouldn't have been cleared for my full 2 years. But no, he insists that I get tested for everything that is connected to obesity (PCOS, sleep apnea, diabetes). So he only clears me for 1 year, and won't stop bringing up my weight. The man was rude, without actually sounding rude, if that makes sense. The main thing for me, though, was the 2.5 hour wait. That was ridiculous. This place is ridiculous. Staff and doctors are ridiculous. Go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Do not go to this clinic. I have to renew a d.o.t. physical. Turn out the staff did not fill out completely the info .have to came back again and wait another hr terrible service.

Negative experience: Staff was great, polite and fast. The doctor on the other hand was irritating and refused to prescribe any type of pain medication for my strepthroat! I've had this in the past and they usually prescribe some kind of syrup, with the antibiotics. I told him what I am taking and what is helping and he dint seem to care. 0 stars for the doctor! I was forced to come here because my doctors office was closed and the pain this morning was unbearable and was making me irritable.
