Negative experience: This place is the most miss organized place I've ever seen this organization does not have any respect for the patients I have waited over two hours to see the Doctor but they ignored me and treated me like a child first waited for 1:34 minutes then they put me in the room and waited another 30 minutes then I got out and asked for the doctor they said they are looking for him?!?! She said one minute and she didn't come back for ten minutes like I am a child don't know the stupidity of this place I will report you to the health authority who can take care of this disrespectful treat

Fantastic experience: When I first walked in the receptionist was very helpful. Dr. Grief was very attentive and listened to my concerns. Rachel was very helpful and I feel she is an asset to the company. This was my first time there and they made you feel welcomed. ☺️

Fantastic experience: Hello, today I had an appointment for an injection in my lower back. I had excellent care from the reception to the doctor and all the people who helped me inside. I am very grateful for all the help in general and the kindness and respect with which you they give one as a patient

Fantastic experience: Front desk are cheerful and polite. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The doctor I saw was informative and kind. I do recommend this location. If you like getting treated with kindness go here.

Fantastic experience: Staff always very friendly and welcoming. Ms. Mateo is very attentive, caring and makes sure my medical needs are met.

Fantastic experience: First of all the receptionists, Tynia is so upbeat and personable you look forward to going there. Caroline Anaya is the acupuncturist who I see about once a month. See keeps me going with a very active life style for a 67 year old man. Lastly Dr. Matao is very clear about what going on with me and very informative in current treatment, and options for the future. I think this is a great facility!

Negative experience: The most inadequate run office. Calls are not answered, Voicemails are not address w a call back. Every month I am being seen by a PA, and since November the plan of care was an injection in my knee. They continue to have issues “getting the meds”. My appointment on April 25, was cancelled 20 minutes prior arrival. It takes me 45- one hour to get to Salinas. Prohibitive driving with the gas prices of today. I was told Rachel will call with a rescheduled date. As of today I have not heard from them. Also there are no diplomas, certificates anywhere in that establishment showing me that professionals are caring for me. I am done with them. If you are workers Comp ask your lawyer if you can change providers. I am able to.

Negative experience: this place is a joke they do not care for their patients only billing workmens comp. for the money. Been going for 2 years and still the same going somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: The five stars are for Ms Mateo and the patient coordinator, Rachel. I was considering going to the ER but first reached out to the Salinas office. After Rachel sent a message to Ms Mateo, she called me and was so patient, helpful & efficient. She scheduled me an appointment the very next day and the first opening ms Mateo had. Ms. Mateo is wonderful. She was compassionate and caring. She knew she exactly what to say to calm me down and help me. I was so impressed with her and expertise and how she took extra time with me. Thank you Rachel and Ms. Mateo. Dr Navani has several offices located in CA. I have been HER patient for over 2.5 years. I have only seen her twice. I was disappointed with her lack of care and attitude towards my pain. She knows I am highly motivated person, but she said to me “you’re not trying hard enough to get out of this pain.” I was shocked to say the least. I was so close to changing my primary PM because of Dr Navani’s lack of professionalism. Ms. Mateo is the ONLY reason I stayed with their office. During Covid, Dr Navani has been even more difficult to get in touch with, such a disappointment. I hope she knows that her patients are going to her EXPECTING to see her, not just for the initial exam and then never again. This is my personal experience with Dr. Navani. She knows so much medically, but unfortunately is forgetting her patients also need compassion and a caring ear.

Negative experience: Been "treating" with this office for almost a year with barely any "treatment" . Many cancelled appointments, lots of miscommunication between their own offices and scheduling. If you have the option to go somewhere else, please do. This Salinas office is terrible. Many missed days from work, calling off early for work to make their specific appointment times. All this and still trying to heal from injuries .
