Negative experience: O stars! Just another national wheelchair company with O local integrity! Derek waisted our time and no showed an appointment to meet with the PT for the wheelchair approval. Not only did he no show, but he failed to call or text or return my text I sent to see if he was coming. The appointment was for 5:45 pm, he never bothered to text back or call until after 11 am the next day. Also, I commented that it had been a month since we were referred and he lied and said Lauren had been trying to call for 2 weeks and no one had answered! Complete lie. I offered to pull up the phone records to prove that no one had called. But, of course he was not interested because he already knew he was lying. Do yourself a favor and deal with a local company and try to find one that has some integrity! This is not the place! When I tried to call the office to make a complaint. I was unable to reach a human being. If you like dishonesty and dealing with a large national company with no accountability this is the place for you! Just one more predatory company taking advantage of people in vulnerable medical situations.
Fantastic experience: not sure why they have such a low star rating when this is one of the best companies. they are one of the only honest ones. there is a company called Numotion. that will rob you blind depending on your capacity to understand what they're doing. they are not to be trusted they are dishonest. they totally ruined a friend of mine that used them for many years had nothing but trouble as far as customer service and maintenance from a company NoMotion( out nickname) they get your chair to you right away and make you happy did Bill Medicare right away for a ton of money this is why our healthcare system is in trouble companies like this take advantage of everything they can it's called greed. REHAB MEDICAL IS THE OPPOSITE. THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAYS TO ASSIST YOU. AFTER THE SALE WHEN PROBLEMS ARISE.A great big thank you to VICTOR!!!!! I THINK HE DESERVES A PLAQUE AND A VACATION AND A RAISE. thank you.

Fantastic experience: I unfortunately became wheelchair bound about 16 months ago. there are several companies I could have chosen from to get a new electric wheelchair specific to my problems.Rehab medical was the one I picked( advise from my doctor who i trust with my life) and it was the best choice as I have found them to be very caring and follow up on problems. Victor has been one of the best employees of any company I have dealt with.He has pure empathy and gets at whatever problem arise mediateIy.I also called the corporate office and talked to a woman named Brea( to compliment the store in Salt Lake Utah area), who answered quickly ,communicated clearly with me, and was very pleasant. Anyone who reads this should make note there is a company that my best friend has used for 20 years called Numotion. (I try to not leave negative reviews unless absolutely proven).it wasn't his choice at the time so he got stuck with this company, numotion. he has had nothing but trouble all they wanted was to sell the chair and make a profit and they never followed up on anything afterwards.Buyfrom Rehab Medical.They will treat you with kindness and expediently. ( I am not affiliated with anyone in this corporation...it's a true evaluation from an ordinary customer.)

Fantastic experience: Jason is the best guy in the chair business hands down. He is efficient, helpful and great to work with. When he can’t help because of insurance he finds someone who can. He is my go to for anyone needing a power chair.

Negative experience: Can't submit the right paperwork. Paperwork done twice. Never contacted about progress on mobile chair. Calls not returned. Needed this chair months ago. Still no chair.
Fantastic experience: Ben B. did an amazing job getting my dad a wheelchair that would not only fit him and his size but was easy to maneuver and get in and out of cars. He explained everything well, answered all of our questions and was amazing. Wheelchair came quickly after ordering. We are all incredibly impressed with Ben and Rehab Medical. Will refer people to them and use them again. Thanks Ben!!!!

Negative experience: Terrible service and care for the customer and their needs. After a piece on the scooter broke it was taken for repair in September. It is now January and there is STILL NO time frame for when it will be completed. They have had plenty of time to resolve this matter. Communication is TERRIBLE they do not call back. I am in utter shock at how this has been handled because this item is a necessity to have for mobility. This is just crazy because people are depending on these items for everyday life. We have missed out on so many memories with family because the broken scooter is needed to attend.

Negative experience: I hate to even give one star. We need a scooter repaired and although it is less than one year old the part is not covered by warranty! To make matters worse, it took two months for it to get submitted to insurance. I have called numerous times and typically have to leave a message. However, over the past two weeks I have successfully gotten through to four individuals who all promised to get back to me and NONE of them have. Horrible customer service. Totally unacceptable when you are serving people who are handicapped and are truly in need.

Fantastic experience: Jason is great! He responds same day and takes care of my needs. He interacts great with my residents and takes care of them. He orders wheelchairs and powerchairs and they came fast. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him and Rehab Medical.
Negative experience: I'm not one to "yelp"people or business and my main purpose for writing this is possibly getting a call back from the supervisor that gave me his word he wouldn't do what my salesman or even the woman who runs the office has done? They all will not call me back? Thank heavens the Lions portion of there business is medical and I guess not important? I hope someone reads this before contacting them and I haven't taken bad business personal and will gladly conciser writing an update .
