Fantastic experience: This place is amazing they have great customer service the ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and they do their best to schedule you for appointments that work with your schedule. The staff is very knowledgeable and on my first visit I learned so much about my ankle injury. I feel like the staff is also invested in your recovery and they listen to everything about your injury and help you get back to recovery. I would highly recommend this place for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I had a very serious condition: Plantar Fasciitis. It took several months of therapy, but the final result is that I feel as good as before the injury. The people are fantastic, the atmosphere is joyful and welcoming. Who would have ever thought that receiving physical therapy could be fun? Special thanks to Radhika and her team. If there were 6 stars I would have given them!!!

They are always welcoming and always give me the best stretching tips to help me when I am not presently in the office. She is thorough, highly educated and experienced in providing the right treatment for improvement. I also appreciate the friendly helpful staff. I highly recommend Total Care here on Highland.

Fantastic experience: I love this office. They’re always so friendly and helpful. I go for 2 phys therapy and one occupational therapy. I’ve noticed how much it’s helped. I can ride a bike now and jog. I can walk without a cane! I love them. They help me a lot. All therapists are friendly!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Physical Therapy for almost a year and I have to say that everyone who works here is great at what they do. The manager Athena is always on top of things even when she is short staffed. The receptionist no matter what time of day you come in or call are always friendly and have a smile to greet you. The therapist here take thier time in learning what you need and helping not only healing you but they teach you what to do and what not to do. They make a game plan and help you execute it every step of the way. They are always finding new ways to help improve your situation and if it wasn't for my therapist Joseph my hands would still be in major pain he was the one who figured out It was time to change braces for my hands. Thanks guys for all that you do. Keep doing what you do best.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a couple of weeks, compare to the other physical therapy place I’ve been to. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional.from the front desk to the back of the house. I feel taken care of. The physical therapists always ask if I’m comfortable and to let them know if it’s painful, Which is very important to me. I’ve had an amazing experience at this location so far.

Negative experience: Hard to recommend this place since it’s not sanitary. The floors are dirty and curtain dividers. The therapist did not change her gloves and other staff members were not wearing masks.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. Do not go here. The staff are rude and unprofessional. They're also very unorganized.

Fantastic experience: The only 2 concerns I have with this facility is that 1. they have no disabled door opener and the doors are heavy. 2. The floors in the waiting area are always filthy. Other than that the staff is great.
