Negative experience: I don’t understand why they have 4.9 because I’ve been calling since Friday to set an appointment for physical therapy and no answer. I’ve also left voicemail messages and no one has called back 4.9

Fantastic experience: Professional physical therapy. Kind and courteous receptionists. Located on the first floor. Mr.Hudson is a passionate individual who really seems to care about his patients. Also a proud supporter of the 9-11 CHP memorial foundation.

Fantastic experience: The therapist and staff are responsive to patient needs and listen, demonstrate, and explain well. They do not attempt to make diagnoses where enough information is not available to do so, but are knowledgeable and willing to try a variety of treatments to see which is most effective for that patient.
