Fantastic experience: All I can say is: IF you are going to (or have EVER gone to) any other Physical Therapy company's besides NEXT LEVEL on Lyons Ave; you are doing "YOURSELF" a major disservice! I have been to 4 different places for 3 different surgeries. I started feeling a sharp insane pain in my "right" shoulder and went to a shoulder specialist. After having an MRI I was told that I have a very badly torn rotator cuff which WILL require surgery. I had it and it took well over a year and a half of PT to get back to normal. NOW.... TO THE MAIN REASON FOR THIS REVIEW! I have now torn my "left" rotator cuff. I went to my shoulder surgeon and after the MRI he said "it's not as bad as the other shoulder was but we still need to do the surgery. I started to cry remembering the pain and how long it took to heal that I had to think about when and if I can take the time and/or have the strength to do it. I talked to one of the therapist's (Brian) at NEXT LEVEL and he said he heard of a surgeon that was quite a bit younger and may have some new solutions or possible techniques that might be better for you. I made an appointment right away. WOW, it was 6 wks out just for the appointment! I thought if he's that busy he must be really good. Well, he spent 10 minutes with me and sent me for an MRI. 3 weeks later I saw him again (another 10 minute visit) and said that he can replace the shoulder in 6 to 8 weeks. I got another prescription for physical therapy to help with the pain until the surgery date and here we are today...... •NO SURGERY• AMY (the owner of Next Level), BRYAN, DEBBIE, MATT, JARED, & COURTNEY have been working on me 1-2 times a week since then. I can now take an easy swim, throw a baseball with my son as well as many other things as long as I'm mindful and take it easy WITH-OUT- PAIN!!! Almost two years ago, I tore my arch ligament and was worried I'd never get back to doing the things I love—especially wearing heels. Amy worked with me every step of the way, tailoring my treatment and giving me the confidence and support I needed to heal fully. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, I'm not only back in heels but also stronger and more confident than ever. More recently, I started having some knee issues, and once again, Amy came through. She quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with exercises that made a huge difference within a day! My husband is seeing Amy for physical therapy now we live in Long Beach, but we gladly travel to Santa Clarita every week for physical therapy because that's how much we love Amy and her incredible staff. Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I have had several ailments, surgeries, and other injuries over the years. Everyone at my gym raved about Amy! And it didn't take long to understand why Unlike mini physical therapy shops, Amy aligns your treatment plan with your activity goals. For example, my wife tore a ligament in her foot.. And besides healing and recovering 100%, it was important to her that she could still wear high heels. Amy made sure to give her specific exercises that not only treated her injury and ensured that she recovered 100%, she also made sure that she would be able to wear heels again. I moved about an hour away from Next lLevel several years ago but I still go back for treatment when needed. It is worth the hours round trip that it takes me. While I am singling out Amy, the entire staff is knowledgeable and have the same goals. Long story short, they really are Next Level!

Fantastic experience: On July 10, 2023 I was forced to go to the hospital because my whole right leg was in extreme pain and not functional. I ended up with a knee issue, a hip issue and mostly a low back issue. Working with Amy and Bryan, I am now able to use my treadmill again and my pain level has decreased significantly. I am so grateful for their expertise and kindness. Also the whole facility has a friendly, warm vibe. I drive over 30 minutes each way to see them.

Fantastic experience: In case you don't read to the very end, I'll start by saying that I highly recommend Next Level. They have been wonderful with me and with my wife. A few years ago, I had a labrum tear in my shoulder, and I went to a different PT place closer to my house. The experience there was OK, but I not something I would recommend. My wife's doctor sent her to Next Level after her ACL replacement surgery, and she had a great experience. When I injured my other shoulder, I went to Next Level based on her recommendation. I have had such a great experience. Everyone has been wonderful. They put together a great routine for me based on the evaluation, and they have been updating it every session as I progress. They are pushing me, but always checking to make sure I'm doing OK. As I'm doing the exercises and stretches, they make little adjustments to make sure I'm doing things correctly to get the most out of everything that I do. In the evaluation, they asked what equipment I have access to, so they could tailor my at home workout to that equipment. I don't belong to a gym, so they made sure that I could do the exercises with the equipment I have at my home. They're actually focusing on me getting better and not needing them any more rather than keeping me coming back forever. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you are on the fence about doing PT, or are not sure where to go, I highly recommend checking out Next Level.

Fantastic experience: The expert team of physical therapists, assistants, and insurance wranglers have served me well since 2021 when my incessant running triggered knee issues. They got me through post surgery recovery and back on the local trails where I am destined to injure myself yet again.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has racked up her share of physical therapy visits to various places in her young age. NLPT has by far been the best she's had from my perspective. The very first visit included measuring in a way that I could see and understand, which means progress is also able to measured in a way I see and understand. She is growing in strength as well as having a good time doing it - comes out laughing and in a light mood. The team has been very kind and encouraging while helping her to grow healing within her area of pain, and for her to come out with a smile after is a nice bonus. One additional thing to note is that her doctor said this is the first PT place to send her regular updates, so at follow-up visits with the doc she was able to see what she needs versus rely solely on our retellings. Great experience!

Fantastic experience: Incredible physical therapy group. Went in for right knee issues and NL developed and implemented a plan for on-site and at-home rehab. Their plan included increasing strength and mobility of my knee and of supporting joints/muscle groups. Their therapists were experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Loved going to sessions. My knee and lower extremities feel stronger and more flexible than I can remember. I was so impressed that I am now having NL treat my chronic low back issues (which is already improving due to their plan) and my wife is seeing them for her chronic right knee problems. Brian.

I've gained about 65% more strength in 8 weeks and am walking better. They also have a complete fitness center next to the therapy clinic. There you can get ripped! They have recently upgraded all of the standards of care to be extra safe regarding Sars 2- Covid 19. You may be safe exercising there. They clean everything, may times over, all the day long. The admin staff are thorough and friendly. You will be checked in at the door and asked questions with regard to Covid symptoms. You will be required to wear your mask.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by a friend who had only positive things to say about Next Level. I am 61 years old and have a few pain issues including sciatica, back, neck and jaw pain. Amy, Brian and the entire staff are very knowledgeable and skilled. We set a plan to work on my various issues. We tried different modalities to see what worked best. I have been to other PT offices that have a tendency to do the same thing over and over. This is where Next Level is different. They ask questions and want feedback. Also, this place beams nothing but positivity even though you are there do deal with pain and rehabilitation issues. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. The name Next Level really does represent what this place is all about.

Fantastic experience: I would give it more stars if it was possible. This facility is GREAT. I switched from a different facility that was NOT allowing me to progress. The previous facility was a “mill”. It saw at least twenty patients all in one room. The billing department was an absolute nightmare and caused me to miss out in over one month of treatment because of their inability to verify insurance eligibility. At Next Level I immediately was greeted and welcomed by everyone. The exercises for my Achilles’ tendon have made me progress in leaps and bounds. The billing department has also had no problems with my insurance. I will recommend this place to anyone who ever needs physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: I came here for my daughter’s foot, that has intermittently given her trouble, and my son’s neck, that would constantly crack. On the initial visit a complete assessment was made. The next few times we came they both received a personalized routine. We also received exercises to do at home. I was very impressed with the physical therapist that were helping both of them. I am also impressed that they were honest about their treatment, after a few appointments we were told what to continue to do at home. I appreciate their care and honesty.

And also as an individual they're great at building relationships and most of all the confidence they put in you to strive to do and get better . Fantastic experience: I am way overdue writing this review for Amy and the team at Next Level Physical Therapy! About three years ago I had hip surgery on both hips and had been doing PT at another clinic in Santa Clarita. After several months... I really just hit a wall and wasn't progressing. Honestly, I was getting really bummed that I couldn't get back to lifting or playing tennis. I had read some reviews online or Amy that described her as a "walking MRI" and decided to come in for a second opinion. This was honestly one of the best decisions I could have made for my recovery. Fast forward to today, I have no hip pain and am actually training two-three times a week. When you become a patient here, Amy, Brian, DeShawn, and the entire team are all going to be your biggest cheerleaders. Whether you've had a serious injury or just have a sports injury and want to get back on the field, you definitely need to give Next Level a ring to level up your recovery. They're seriously the best physical therapy practice in Santa Clarita Valley!!!

Fantastic experience: Brian and Drew are the best! I came in with knee/hip pain, and after the first visit I was feeling better. They gave me exercises I was able to do at home and the gym (and still do!). I built up my strength with proper form after a year of home workouts. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Amy and her team are pros. I have sciatica, always been told to drop my weight and stretch. Amy did a complete assessment for all my visits. I had a bad hip which was out of place which was pressing against the nerve. My primary Doctor or the Physical Therapy they sent me to never gave me an assessment it was just stretch and send you home. With the Next Level Plan they gave for me I'm in much better condition which was popping my hip back in place and excellent exercises.

Fantastic experience: I am very thankful for next level PT. I had a very complicated shoulder injury that took me out of my work, sport and compromised my daily life. I have been to other PT centers but next level is unique because they will hone in on your particular sport and help you rebuild to return to doing what you love. My husband first went to NLPT after having both of his shoulders repaired. His strength and recovery have been incredible. Fantastic experience: Next Level is awesome. They took it to the Next Level for me and my daughter. I hurt my knee working out and was just trying to tough it out. My daughter who is a college athlete was going to next level for her shoulder and told me it was great. She talked me into going. Next level got her pitching even better than when she started. I don’t know how they did it, but after a bunch of hard work, my knee is back to normal. Within the last few weeks I even hiked a mountain. The staff there is awesome. The ladies in the front are super friendly. The therapists are awesome, especially Bryan! All of the assistants are great too. Most are in school to be PT. I actually looked forward to my sessions.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Amy and Next Level PT! I was having an issue with my left foot and lower leg. After walking for about 10 minutes, my leg and foot would become too painful to walk. My doctor have me a referral to a local PT and I spent 20 sessions with them over a 1-year period. They worked on my foot and ankle and would not look at anything else because of the prescription, I spent 1 hour with Amy and she determined that the issue was a nerve issue coming from my lower back. Not only did she distinguish this, she was able to prove it to me! Thank you Amy, you are truly an amazing and generous woman and your staff at Next Level PT are way more than the “Next Level” over my previous PT provider.

Fantastic experience: I am just a few days shy of 69. I workout 5-6 days/wk & run 4 OCR races/yr (Spartan/GRIT/EPIC). I began having pain in both arms (right being much worse) & my left knee. I heard so many people at my gym raving about Amy at Next Level that I decided to make an appointment. To my surprise, I found out Medicare would cover this. First visit, Amy diagnosed the root problems that were causing my pain & began treatment. My first race of the year, the GRIT was coming up in a few weeks. By the day of the race, my pain level was dramatically lowered but still hindered me. Today, I did the LA EPIC & was not hindered at all! I still have some pain, but I'm confident that Amy & her awesome staff will get me completely pain free!
