Fantastic experience: Follow-Up Review for Kinetix Advanced Physical Therapy I wanted to provide an update on my experience at Kinetix Advanced Physical Therapy, and to thank the team for addressing my previous feedback. Last time I mentioned that some exercises were given with a time duration but without a timer, so I didn’t always know how long to hold the position. They corrected this immediately, and now I have a personalized timer for my sessions. That small change has made a big difference and shows how much they listen to their patients. Each visit, I feel respected, valued, and truly cared for—especially by my therapists Kevin and Jordan. They are outstanding professionals. This Monday, Kevin gave me hands-on corrections for my upper body pain and posture, and it felt amazing. The improvement was immediate. I also want to recognize Fancy and the other physical therapy assistants, whose names I may not remember, but whose kindness, attentiveness, and support I will never forget. Everyone here listens closely to their clients and works hard to make each session effective. I continue to highly recommend Kinetix to anyone seeking caring, skilled, and responsive physical therapy. I look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Unbelievably sweet people. Frankie at the front was very kind and helpful with my paperwork, and Jordan led PT like we were long lost family members. So kind, so informative, left me with tips, fun facts, road ahead planning, you name it. It is a very clean atmosphere here, but also quiet enough to be in a personal session while still being able to hear yourself think. I’m excited to be coming here regularly.

Fantastic experience: If you are an expecting mother or post partum or just want a strong pelvic floor I highly recommend Lauren. Overall I think this place is great and all the staff is nice, but Lauren is a pelvic floor specialist and is phenomenal. The office is clean and has a great environment!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Lauren at Kinetix for over a year now. I have endometriosis among other pelvic and bladder issues and physical therapy has been a huge turning point in my recovery and symptom management. My pain and symptoms levels have been significantly positively impacted by going to Lauren once a week. All of the physical therapists are super knowledgeable and sweet, along with the aids, and Abby at the front desk of course :). I look forward to going every week and I would absolutely recommend Kinetix to everyone that needs physical therapy!!

Fantastic experience: Jordan, Kevin, Lauren and Abby are amazing people! They are kind, caring and accommodating to your needs. Jordan, Kevin and Lauren will not push you beyond your limits and make it so that we do not over extend our capabilities. I had been to other therapists in the past and never received the treatment and kindness that I receive here.

Negative experience: Beware of their fraudulent billing practices. Their website states: "We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your initial visit, we will verify in and out of network benefits with your insurance company. The cost of therapy is determined by the benefits of your insurance plan, including the deductible and co-pay, or patient percentage. We are happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service." Prior to my visits, I confirmed with Kinetix that they accept Blue Shield PPO and my copay would be $60 per visit, and per their policy, I paid $60 at each appointment. I had a total of seven visits and paid $420, or $60 per visit. My last visit was 12-18-24. I received a statement dated January 18, 2025, around the end of January, for $3.63 for the 12-18-24 visit. I paid this amount, and then at the end of February I received a bill dated February 18, 2025, for $43.32 for the same service dated 12-18-24. The bill stated that I paid $20.31, not the $60 plus the $3.63. I called their billing person seven times and left seven voicemails. Nobody responded. On March 26, 2025, I received a bill for $827.46; some of the other service dates, including the last one on 12-18-24, are included. Their billing people are apparently trying to collect $330 per visit. There is no way I would have even used their services if I had known that this was their fee. This is a clear violation of AB 72. Furthermore, they didn't even start billing my insurance company until early 2025. I used their services in good faith, believing that they verified coverage with my PPO plan and that $60 per visit was my liability, which they collected every visit. I plan to file a formal complaint with the California HHS and Consumer Affairs. This is clearly billing fraud. Update - My husband looked into this matter and found that this was no isolated case among California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy/PRN affiliated facilities. There are many cases where customers received surprise bills months after their treatment ended and when they called to inquire they were directed to voicemail and receive no responses. Eventually the bill is sent to third party collection agencies if they are unpaid. In most cases, including mine, the treatment received was great but the billing created a headache. After my husband called and stated that the issue will be elevated to California HHS and Consumer Affairs, he received a callback from the PRN billing department and the entire issue was resolved immediately. It should note that I never had an issue with BlueShield PPO insurance prior to 2022 when I used their services in the past. The care received has always been good. In future, I will get pre-authorizations and estimates in writing from both the insurance and the provider.

Fantastic experience: I’m been going in therapy in Kinetex for years. I love this place. The workers are very nice and professional. It is like a family when you are there. Since I found them, I don’t like to go anywhere else. Their therapy help me so much for my pain. I’m so grateful finally I found a place I really like and help me feel better.

Fantastic experience: I have been on a long road to recovery, dealing with a broken toe on one foot and a severe sprained ankle on the other, which has been causing me pain for almost three months. After seeing two different physical therapists who didn't listen to my concerns or effectively treat my injury, I was fortunate to find Jordan, my third physical therapist. Jordan is truly gifted. Unlike the others, who barely touched my ankle, Jordan takes the time to physically manipulate it, addressing the pain directly. His approach is both hands-on and thoughtful, and for the first time, I feel like I’m making real progress. I’m grateful for his expertise and will definitely continue my treatment here. I’ll also be referring friends because I’ve finally found someone who genuinely cares and knows what they’re doing. I’d also like to mention the front desk staff, Abby- is just as wonderful. Her phone personality is fantastic, and she makes the entire experience even more pleasant with her friendly and welcoming attitude. The pt aids in the back, both Abby and Josh are great! Each brings Great conversation as well as skill to the experience. Lastly, parking is really easy, and it’s easy to get into the facility if you’re having difficulty walking. I couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: Great physical therapists and aides. I like how even if it’s busy, it doesn’t feel crowded. They have helped me work through several joint issues and I recommend them to anyone that asks. The bathrooms are also clean and there is filtered drinking water available.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Kinetix Advanced Physical Therapy! Jordan, Kevin and the entire Kinetix Team are top-notch physical therapists and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I first came to them as I was struggling with a bad arthritic hip. They worked with me on my mobility and strength and enabled me to continue working and carry on my normal physical activities. When I finally opted for hip replacement surgery, I worked with them prior to the surgery and afterward. My recovery was amazingly quick and I was soon able to do many physical things that I was unable to do for the past 5 years. I was so encouraged by my progress, I decided not only to return to hiking but committed to doing a 100 mile hike over 7 days. A few weeks prior to the trip, I worked with the Kinetix team again. Besides walking 12- 19 miles per day, the hike included climbing steep inclines and scrambling over rocks and boulders. Thanks to the Kinetix team, I was able to complete the hike without any injuries or setbacks. If you are in need of PT, I encourage you to check them out. They are the best!

Fantastic experience: Kinetix Advanced Physical Therapy’s Jordan Ektefaie and his staff are wonderful. Jordan is extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell that Jordan truly cares about helping his patients. Jordan and his staff focus on providing individualized care throughout the entire appointment unlike competitors who often set timers and just leave you because they crowd in too many patients at the same time. Jordan and his team are better than any other physical therapy company I’ve been to because they don’t schedule too many patients at the same time, and as a result, they are able to monitor you the entire visit for correct technique and form. This high level of patient care is extremely beneficial for recovery. Thank you, Jordan, Abigail, Abbie, and Josh!

Fantastic experience: The physical therapy I received at Kinetix a year ago for a shoulder replacement was extremely beneficial to increase range of motion and build strength. The staff there knows what works, and are a pleasure to work with. I am now seeing them for scoliosis of my low back. After just 3 sessions, I am experiencing improved mobility and reduced pain. I have been to other physical therapists in the past, and the staff here exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have had the most beneficial and wonderful experience at Kinetix Valencia. I came in for an ankle injury. I was here five years ago for a knee injury. My excellent recovery is attributed to the knowlegde and expertise of the team at Kinetix. My physical therapist this time around, with my ankle, was Jordan. They truly have a remarkable team of physical therapists and associates. My goal is always near 100% recovery. I am within reach of that goal. Next step is resuming water exercise to complete the rest.

Fantastic experience: Steven was awesome providing top notch therapy. The pains I had when I started therapy have pretty much gone away. He worked me hard and it proved to pay huge dividends. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Kevin Bell/DPT for a Rt Ankle anterior talofibular ligament tear and a Rt shoulder tear in the supraspinatus tendon . He has a gift from God with his hands and mind . The initial adjustments were painful but the outcome was amazing . He has improved my life , i am grateful for Him and Kinetix .

Fantastic experience: I went to Knetix because they have aquatic therapy. I am overweight and had a knee surgery. The therapy in the water was so much easier for me to get my body and knee strong and conditioned. I also noticed my back pain was much better in the water. So I got a inversion table since I do not have a pool at home. This came at the recommendation of one of the therapists and the inversion table has totally changed my life with my back pain.

Fantastic experience: After my wife had spinal fusion surgery I was looking for a physical therapy facility that also had aquatic therapy. We found Kinectix PT and it was a great choice. Very professional and informative. Her aquatic therapist was fabulous and he understood the type of surgery she had so her water therapy was geared towards what she could do and the level she could do it. If you are in need of a good PT group, Kinectix is a great choice!

Fantastic experience: I’m sure that Kevin must be an athlete younger than my son. Even though I am a pudgy 70-year-old grandma with a negative body image, he does not make me feel inadequate or embarrassed to try exercise challenges. I have a long way to go, and this is not easy or comfortable for me, but Kevin is patient and encourages me to keep trying. I definitely recommend Kevin and Kinetix.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Kinetix Advanced Physical Therapy in Valencia for about a month now and have received great care. I have two herniated discs (7mm and 4mm) and am now trying epidurals to help solve the problem, but physical therapy has helped me tremendously with slowing the progression of my injury and alleviating some pain. Very clean facility, ample parking, convenient location. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a clean, modern, state-of-the-art facility to rehab, look no further. I’ve been to Kinetix twice after suffering a low-back injury that has been bothering me for several months. The therapists here are experts at their craft. They walk you through the exercises, making sure you are doing them correctly. You are then given an individualized program to do at home, complete with how-to videos in case you need to refresh your memory. This is my first experience with physical therapy and I’m impressed. Negative experience: I took my active 14 year old in for assessment, and after a long time of taking notes and a less than thorough assessment, Tim told me to use a specific kind of tape, to tape my daughter's joints, but he didn't use any on her, and thus I was unable to get her properly taped for her sport activity. I was much happier a couple years ago with Susie and Michelle, who took time to work with my daughter and taped her up, showing me how, in case it came off between visits.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Kinetix on and off for over a year now and I can tell you my experience has been exceptional. Alberto, Michelle, Kevin, Matt and Waldo not to mention the front desk ladies have all been caring, compassionate, and professional. The personalized care that I received for my condition is better than any other physical therapy I have been to. I highly recommend this place to anybody who wants to be treated with compassion. Fantastic experience: Staff at Kinetix were part of my recovery effort from a fractured pelvis and hip almost a year ago (Dec 2018). Took me from crutches to running again in few months. Fantastic experience: Kinetix Physical Therapy came highly recommended to me and I'm so grateful I got started with them. Tim, in particular, has been especially caring and helpful. In May I broke my Clavicle and lost most movement in my left arm. Within two weeks they had improved the movement and got my arm to swing forward, backward and sideways. They also gave me exercises that I can do at home and encouragement that my arm will continue to improve. The whole staff is very friendly and kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I came to them 2 weeks ago , I couldn’t walk, I was in so much pain, Michelle is working on my Leg for the last 2 weeks , I’m still in pain but less then what I had and I can walk a little more by myself. I went to another physical therapy and they don’t do half of what Michelle is doing. She never rushed me she’s always giving me extra time to work on the muscle to relief more pain. I have been going to Kinetix for 2-3 months now, and I can honestly say the intensity of the migraines I get have definitely diminished. Fantastic experience: I love Kinetix! Everyone who works there is knowledgable and friendly. I had knee replacement a year ago and then started my physical therapy there. Suzie and her amazing staff really made a tremendous difference in my rehab. Each time I had a session, the next day I was able to feel the improvement. My knee is so back to normal that I don't even think about it. Sadly, my other knee is acting up. Happily, I'm doing physical therapy with Kinetix on the knee and it's much improved! They might even save me from surgery! I highly recommend this great team!

Another impressive thing was, they didn't tell us what we wanted to hear but what was best for our son! Fantastic experience: I had a rotator cuff surgery 3 weeks ago in Idaho Falls, ID and moved to Valencia, CA. I googled about Physicoterapy clinic here and after read the reviews about Kinetix i decided to make an app. I loved the people and environment. They are high level in knoledge and care about patients. I highly recomend. I am very happy and improving.

Fantastic experience: Suzie is one of the best physical therapists that anyone can see out there. She is professional, communicative, caring, patient, and supportive to me and the people that she serves. Most of the time, I come in early in the morning and she is there on time and greets people when they come in and finds out how they are doing. She communicates in a manner that I can understand, when she relays the right exercises, stretches, treatment, postures, and various things that need to be communicated. She listens and provides the appropriate course of action to me and other patients. She cares due to the fact that she listens and provides additional exercises and stretches that I need to do to improve my movements at home. And she is patient and positive enough to let me know that overtime, things will get better. When I came in for the first time after a major car accident that totaled my car, limited my movements, and stopped me from doing the things that I love to do, she and her staff made me feel that their treatments, assessments, and professional work will make things better and put me back on track sooner than later. And since comfort is needed when you feel down or hurt, emotionally drained, and physically limited, I know that I am in good hands because I really feel comfortable with Suzie and her awesome team!

Fantastic experience: I am a medical Professional who recently needed physiotherapy. I continue to be treated at Kinetix Physical therapy at 25176 Rye Canyon Road Valencia. I could not be more pleased and happy with the excellent care I received at this facility. I was initially assessed by the lead physiotherapist and subsequently assigned to Michelle Arana, another lead physiotherapist. She took over my care and was very knowledgable and compassionate. She explained everything in detail and what was the purpose of each exercise modality. Throughout my 1 hour session, she stayed with me throughout the session, to make sure that I did all the exercises correctly. I was never left alone as is the habit of other physiotherapy facilities and given printed instructions of exercises to be done at home. The facility was spotless and the ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and accommodating when I needed to change the time of my sessions. All the equipment was disinfected after each client use As a medical professional, I know what good service is all about. Kinetix , Michelle, and her assistants surpassed all my expectations and are a credit to the profession. They deserve 10 Stars.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with everyone in the office. They all seem to be VERY attentive and try very hard to really get to know me. After going to other places for PT, I can assure you that this place is top notch:)

Tim E. is sensational at the top of his game. He will tell you the real truth and what you will face post surgery, see him first! Susie, what can I say, a therapist whose dedication and compassion produces results and is this not why I go to Physical Therapy in the first place?

Fantastic experience: After injuring my arm in a fall, I received a referral to start physical therapy to regain use of the arm and get some pain relief. After several sessions, I began to get back some use of the arm and the pain subsided for the most part. I feel I am well on the road to full and complete recovery.

Fantastic experience: I have been through many therapists in my day due to many injuries. Now I will never go to another one. Kinetic therapist are the best I have ever had the privilege to work with. They are always on the cutting edge with advanced techniques, as well as the equipment they use. The facility is massive with no worries of bumping into another patient and finally I have a team that actually listens to my feed back, a team who is actually attuned to my needs in this healing environment.
