My therapist, Paul, has been instrumental in helping me with various body parts, and his expertise and kindness are truly remarkable. While I’ve also worked with other therapists, B&B consistently stands out. The support staff is friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure your well-being. If you’re seeking a place where you can receive top-notch treatment without just being a number, B&B is the perfect choice.

Fantastic experience: The best! They're unlike any of other pt practice. A physical therapist (not an asst) works with you one on one each each appointment. They provide physical manipulation, laser therapy, tens therapy, etc. All the staff is very friendly. I won't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: The staff at B&B is fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and treat you as an individual not just another patient. I have been coming here for various injuries over the years and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my physical therapy. The office is bright, clean and welcoming. From the front office greeting you as you walk in to the therapist engaging with you on every step of your visit. If you want top notch therapy with a friendly personal touch this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I have had migraines and chronic neck pain most of my life with no help or cure, and have been to other physical therapists with no improvement. A friend of mine who also gets migraines referred me to Steve at B&B and said that he does one on one therapy and that he helped her migraines a lot. They focus on the individual patient and their needs, instead of having 2-3 people per therapist in each session. My neck pain has decreased immensely and so have the migraines. I always look forward to my appointments and feel so much better afterwards! Steve is very talented and caters each session to what you need at the time, my neck pain will change throughout the week depending where in my head I get migraines and he adjusts the treatment every time. Everyone who works there is so kind and pleasant, I look forward to seeing them twice a week. They're very easy to reach and reschedule if needed. They feel like family and are all wonderful people. I recommend them to anyone who needs a physical therapist or anyone who needs help with chronic pain.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to B & B for a while for numerous chronic issues with back, hip, neck and more. They are beyond exceptional in every way! The moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly staff in a warm environment that is professional, clean, and welcoming. Steve's treatments are far above any other treatments I have had, which never produced results. He listens to your concerns and customizes treatments to your needs adjusting his approach as necessary. He's hands on and doesn't just spend 5 min and then throw you on machines. He truly cares about his patients and he works hard to produce results, all while making you laugh, even when he has to torture you! They treat you like family and I have referred many family and friends to B & B. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. I can't recommend them enough and even though they are out-of network for my insurance, it is worth every penny for the value that is provided.

Every employee is friendly and attentive to each client. Cleanliness touch points Treatment rooms are always clean. The bathroom is always clean and stocked with supplies. Treatment My physical therapist, Blake Baumgartner, DPT, conducted a comprehensive assessment to understand my condition. He then developed a personalized treatment plan to address my issues and is resourceful and accommodating . Leadership Stephen Baumgartner, MPT, the founder, has impressed me as a great leader because his practice satisfies each of my important touch points and meets my service expectations. My first experience with B&B Physical Therapy was over a decade ago. I continue to use their services to this day because of the caliber of their overall service.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Steve is amazing! He has helped my man so much. I thought there was no hope for his pain relief. After physical therapy and positive attitude with Dr Steve and his outstanding staff my guy is on the road to recovery. Fantastic experience: I have been to B & B Physical Therapy numerous times over the past 20 years. They have helped me recover from car accidents, knee issues, post surgery problems and a lot of muscle issues. I keep coming back because Steve and Blake are fantastic. They are hands on and their technique is incredible. They also set me up with excersises to do at home and always make sure I don't over do anything. At the end of my time with them, I have recovered and feel stronger. I also want also mention the office staff at B & B , they are wonderful. They are friendly, welcoming and very patient in working out my schedule. And my appointments are always ontime! I give B&B 5 stars, it's why I keep coming back.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend B & B Physical Therapy. They provide one on one personalized care. Staff is friendly and therapists are very knowledgable.

Negative experience: Be careful, they charge way too much for cancelling the appointment. Besides that, My appointment was 30 mins, the last 15 mins they hooked me up to the machine that supposedly promotes healing and they left to see other pts. My out of pocket was $7.50 per visit, ended up paying extra $92$.

Fantastic experience: B&B Physical Therapy is the absolute best. You will find no finer than Steve Bumgartner. He has assisted my wife and me with recovering from injuries and surgeries for 20 years. He and his staff put the patient first. B&B has assisted with shoulders, knees, neck, back and plantar fasciitis issues. Look no further for a PT!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to other physical therapy offices where you hardly spend any time with the therapist—but B&B Physical Therapy is different. Here, most of your session is actually spent with the therapist, and the hands-on, personalized care truly makes a difference. I’ve been working with Steve and Blake since a car accident in January, and without them, I wouldn’t have the quality of life I enjoy today. They’ve helped me significantly reduce my pain and get back to a much better place physically. The office staff is also wonderful—always warm, helpful, and ready to answer any questions I have. Plus, scheduling appointments is never an issue; I can always get in when I need to. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my care. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend B & B Physical Therapy. For the past 7 Steve and his staff have helped with most of my family members. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. All the therapist are exceptional. They take the time to understand each persons needs and created a personalized treatment plan. Their expertise and guidance helped my family feel better. Fantastic experience: I had arthritis so bad in my left shoulder that I couldn’t pull the bedcovers over me at night. My Doctor suggested physical therapy and a friend recommended B&B physical therapy. Steve Baumgartner started me with heat and physical manipulation. Next he had me work with stretch bands and light weights. We finished off with ice and electrical stimulation. Over the years he has also helped me with my neck and lower back. The staff are very professional and caring.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to B & B since 2020 for severe back and neck pain. Struggling with an auto immune disease, it’s difficult to find someone who understands the challenges associated with and how to effectively treat it. Steve has been a life saver in helping me get through the challenging pain associated with my disorder. The office is warm and inviting and Steve is intuitive in identifying the source of my pain. He has put together a program that has gotten me back on my feet and allowed me to have an improved quality of life. I am indebted to B&B and can’t recommend them enough! I’m thankful that I was referred to Steve and have referred many family and friends as well!

Fantastic experience: I've been going there a couple months now, and love everything about it. Steve is knowledgeable, caring, a great communicator, and just great at what he does. The staff that support him and the office are also friendly and personable. Highly recommend... I’m back to update. I’ve been using Steve for over a year now on several different issues, starting with plantar fasciitis, and after licking that, my shoulders and neck for flexibility. He has been a godsend, and successfully dealt with each. Great style, and very effective. STILL highly recommend!
