Fantastic experience: Before starting Chiropractic care at Back to Health Chiropractic with Dr. Roger De Sesa, I was having trouble with neck pain and stiffness along with my arms going numb while sleeping at night. Since receiving care I now have no neck pain, stiffness, or numbness in my arms. My symptoms have completely disappeared after years of discomfort. Thank you to Dr. De Sesa, and the friendly staff for making my care so easy and remarkable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. DeSesa is extremely thorough and thoughtful, discusses conditions clearly and lays out treatment plan. First 2 visits, show promise; I’m very optimistic. Good to get a look at spine at my age. Had no idea (although I should have) how vertebrae can diminish and/or deteriorate with age and from years of (mis or ab) use! Noticeable and encouraging improvements after 2 sessions. I have a long way to go but definitely am on right track.

Fantastic experience: Dr. De Sesa works to assess and focuses on my complaints after a horrifying accident caused by a big truck that rear ended me. They did a head to toe assessment and x-rays that very day to confirm where my injuries are located. He also explained the plan of care and what to expect. First week was tough re-aligning my spine but it sure did make a difference when traction was done on my cervical spine releasing the compression from the impact and felt lot better from the pain, tightness , burning and radiating numbness to my arms and back. To date I am at phase 2 and incorporating stretching and mild exercises. Hoping that the plan of care would continuously improve and I know am in good hands and will eventually be back to health! Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful to have met Dr. Roger DeSesa. During my first appointment with him, he was incredibly warm and attentive as I described my symptoms. After taking X-rays and Dr. Roger did some back adjustments, I was amazed by the results. I was able to sleep better at night, and the severe pain that had been with me for MONTHS had significantly decreased from a 10 to a 1. I can't even believe it myself! I had several appointments with my regular provider, a CT scan, and even an MRI, but they couldn't determine my problem. I was prescribed pain medication as a solution to my pain. This is the first time I see a Chiropractor and I'm so grateful I did. Dr. Roger has made an enormous difference in my life, and I feel blessed to have found him. I know I need more follow-up, but I am confident that Dr. Roger will continue to help me. Thanks to him, I feel like I have a new lease on life.

Fantastic experience: The prescribed subluxation core treatment therapy helped with the lower back pain due to inflammation caused by poor posture, and prolonged computer work. After the first adjustment, I felt better and was able to walk straight and normal. The continuing adjustments are a godsend as other aches and pains are gone, breathing and sleeping better as well. Dr Roger De Sesa and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend the “back to health” chiropractic services, as it simply works.

Fantastic experience: Best Chiropractic facility that I have been to and very friendly environment. They definitely work around my busy work schedule and acccommadate as much as they can. Fantastic experience: I met Dr. De Sesa several years ago through my MOMS Club. A fellow mom shared an amazing story of how she was told she needed back surgery. She went to Dr. De Sesa and she never got the surgery. I had never felt I needed to see a chiropractor, but he taught us that it is like going to the dentist. Your nervous system affects your entire body so it is important to keep it in optimal shape. Dr. De Sesa is a wonderful professional and a wellness chiropractic who walks his talk of eating well, moving well, and thinking well. I would highly recommend him to everyone. He also has a 12-week program that teaches people to eat properly, exercise, and keep a great mindset.

Fantastic experience: Dr Roger DeSesa is amazing!!! I see Roger regularly but recently started experiencing pain in my upper right back between my shoulder blades and neck area. He identified it as a pinched nerve in my neck which was impacting my right arm and fingers. I had no grip strength and my elbow was extremely sore. I saw Roger 2 weeks ago and he worked on the area and it felt so much better. I saw him again this week and now have my grip strength back and the pain in my upper back and neck are gone. I religiously stretch daily which he advised me to do and it works!! I’ve been with Roger for about 9 years now and trust him with my life. Thank you Roger for taking such good care of me and helping me to feel great!!

Fantastic experience: I began chiropractic care in my second trimester with Dr. DeSesa. After being told that all my pregnancy symptoms were 'normal' by my primary care dr, I knew I needed to seek support on my own. My sciatica pain completely lifted and I was able to stay active throughout my pregnancy. I also continue to sleep throughout the night and baby is head down and ready to join our family any day now. Fantastic experience: I'm a chiropractic skeptic, but when you're in pain you'll try stuff, and I have to say I'm a little surprised by the results. I've had lower back pain forever, and once or twice a year it takes me out for a week or two. I went to Dr. De Sesa after a typical setback and for a couple of months after seeing him I had virtually no pain and I could stand for hours without it bothering me. That's not normal for me so I definitely have to give him the credit. Some of the pain returned but I've been doing a lot of physical work that's aggravated it. Dr. D is a good guy with an upbeat demeanor who appears to genuinely care. It's a busy office and all of his patients seem to LOVE him. As a new patient I found this comforting (and a little weird, to be honest, ha ha). I'd say give him a shot and hopefully the results will speak for themselves.

Fantastic experience: What an awesome experience I had with Dr. DeSesa and his crew! I was a chiropractic assistant many years ago before becoming an RN and this office deserves more than 5 stars ⭐️. Between the ease of scheduling my first visit, to my actual visit everything was streamlined. I was able to have an exam and xrays and an needed adjustment all while having my questions answered and I did not feel rushed. I was treated with great respect and I noticed all the patients were called by name and greated warmly. Kudos Team DeSesa!! You have a patient for life!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been battling long symptoms from having covid almost 12 months ago. Haven’t been able to get adjusted since the pandemic started. I started the 3 adjustments a week for a month then 2 a week then once a week program. After the first several weeks I’ve been able to start stretching again. I’ve been going to Several chiropractors in the past 25 yrs and the staff and Dr by far is the best. After this program I will still come back for further adjustments.
