Fantastic experience: Todd is the best physical therapist I've ever seen. Clearly one of a kind. He explains why you do certain exercises and genuinely listens. Absolutely thrilled to have him as my PT.

Fantastic experience: Todd is the best physical therapist I’ve ever had. I say that after going to several others after 2 hip replacements and a knee replacement! He gave individual/personal attention to my case. PT assistants were great too! Even the front desk personnel were friendly, helpful & easy to do business with!

Negative experience: I would be very cautious going to this pt...I had just gotten out of 12 days, in the hospital & very fragile. My spine had turned so badly, in the hospital, so I went to this pt. The first thing this woman did was to go up behind me & pull my neck up...that caused nerve damage, which now, 2 years later continues down to my feet. It is permanent damage. I talked to the manager about this but, she had little to say. All I can say is...be very cautious choosing this place, for pt

Negative experience: Very disappointed with their communication skills and professionalism. The first time I call them to try and make an appointment on a week day an automated voice says they will call me back asap that they were all busy helping other customers. I understand they are busy so I leave my message and assume they'll call me back in a few hours or a day or so.... No call. So I call them back, a woman answers and long story short says she'll check availability and will call me right back. She never did. I waited a week and then called again. Another woman answers and does the same thing! She promised she would call me back before the end of her shift and help schedule me an appointment. Very disappointed in the service and frustrated that I have waisted my time on this company.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased. Todd was recommended by another physical therapist for TMJ caused from a car accident. When I first arrived, I could hardly open my mouth to eat. I couldn't chew without discomfort. After only six visits, my jaw has improved. The horrible popping I was experiencing has subsided. Todd and the staff are amazing.

Fantastic experience: This facility does it all. I first saw Todd for TMJ issues which now rarely bother me. I really connected with him and have gone back for help with other problems. Recently I saw Josh because I've begun running and have IT band pain. He did a thorough exam and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me an excellent program to follow and now I have more faith in myself. The staff is warm and courteous and I feel like I'm among friends there.
