Negative experience: The doctor over there is really good. But the front desk really stopped me keep going there. I believe the front desk named Kathy (?) answered my phone. She is really Unfriendly and rude. She hanged me up when I ask her to repeat the email address to email the referral letter from the doctor. After I booked first 3 weeks appointment, I didn’t receive any confirmation or remind messages or emails even though she said they will message me when it’s ready. And magically, I received the message ask me to go there on the 4th week that I didn’t make the appointment. LOL I still went there since it’s the first time they let me go. After seeing the doctor, I didn’t see any front desk was there. One day, I got a message reminder to tell me to go to the therapy. But I am not sure that I booked it since I have work on Monday. I called them and tell them I can’t went there that day. Guess what? Yes, It’s still Kathy pick up the phone. She CLAIMED I MADE THE APPOINTMENT WITH HER AFTER MY VISIT! Well, I am pretty sure I didn’t see any front desk people after seeing the doctor-BECAUSE THE FRONT DESK IS EMPTY AT THAT TIME. I told Kathy that it’s impossible since she was not there, then this is what she told me: YOU SAW THE MESSAGE YESTERDAY RIGHT? WHY DID NOT YOU TELL ME YESTERDAY? YOU ARE GIVING A LATE NOTICE! I told her I didn’t make appointment with her, she can’t make appointment without my permission like last time. Then She told me she is going to close your account or something(I didn’t hear clearly) and then hanged up the phone before I can ask her what that is. This is insane and crazy. Not going to be there again until they fix the schedule problems.

Positive experience: I’m on my second turn at getting PT here. Last time was in 2017. Both times I got a great therapist and benefited from the services. However, scheduling is a nightmare. Both times it took 4-6 weeks to get me started, then they only book a month at a time. They don’t hold slots for existing clients for the next month, nor does staff offer to schedule future appts. Office staff are not very friendly, and seem annoyed when asked questions. I’ll finish my current plan with them, because I like the therapist; however, if I have any future PT needs, I will go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Went here for a consult for my 9 year old son. Pat was great. Made us feel at ease and clearly answered all our questions. For our first visit ever to a Physical therapy appt, we feel lucky to have seen these practitioners. Office staff was also very friendly and helpful! 2020 update: my now 10 yo son had knee surgery and we completed his rehab/therapy with SR Back Fitness & Physical therapy in 2020. They were awesome and worked so well with my son. I wish I could remember the names of the 2 therapist he worked with because they deserve a "shout -out". Office staff always friendly and helpful too!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Physical Therapy. Andrew and everyone are so great and they really listen. It's so much better than Kaiser or Sutter's in-house P/T.
