I can tell her an area that is painful and she can follow the pain pathway to exactly where it is originating from. She has very strong pressure which I like. Each visit completely resolves my pain after the soreness wears off a few days later. I won't see anyone else!

Fantastic experience: Stacey has created a lovely and spacious location in the heart of downtown, with 1 hour free parking across the street, and both stairs and elevator. The heart of what she offers is the massage and she and her team are fabulous. I rarely have to tell her where it hurts ; she finds it and works it. Stacey can work really deep ( which I like) but other therapists offer slightly less deep (but still effective work. She has lots of tools to including electronic suction massage cups etc., which can often be an effective adjunct to the massage. Everything in the office is designed for comfort and relaxation, including the wonderful background music. As a bonus, Stacey is a lovely, caring person with a great sense of humor.

Fantastic experience: I have needed trigger point therapy for years, so glad I ran across this business and all the massage therapists that have worked on me. They keep me working through all the physical stuff that my job tends to create.

Negative experience: I was really was excited to find these services due to severe pain after an accident but unfortunately I missed my appointment. They were not at all accommodating and would not offer to reschedule or reduce the fee even slightly ($100). I really didn't mean to miss the appointment and I understand needing to charge some type of fee, but the full appointment cost on the first missed appointment is excessive and unreasonable. I will seek treatment elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I have had three spinal surgeries and now have a fully fused and caged spine. I have chronic pain in my back. I am taking pain medication and receiving acupuncture regularly. These treatments provide relief to an extent, but after talking with my daughtersr-in-law, decided to try Trigger Point Massage, which she swears by. I made an appointment with Stacy, whom she highly recommended. I absolutely adore Stacy, and knew that we would get along from the moment I met her. She has some of the best positive energy that I’ve ever encountered. I was a little concerned about Trigger Point Massage as I have so much hardware in my back. Stacy is so amazingly knowledgeable about the human anatomy that five minutes after she started I knew I was in good hands. It was so wonderful to have so much relief and comfort. I now schedule with Stacy every week, and it has been the best thing I’ve ever done The office is absolutely beautiful with amazing energy and "peace." Don’t bother looking at other medical massage businesses as you have found the best with Santa Rosa Medical Massage!

I came in having a kink in my neck, and knowing I carry a lot of tension between my shoulders. She got everything! Hit spots I didn't even know were tense. AMAZING! Hugo took me in and worked exactly the tension points I know to cause my headaches. He listens to your needs and is incredibly attentive in finding tension and adhesions in your body. I couldn't speak more highly! Walked out an hour later feeling alive again. To add to that - the building is very nice inside, very clean and modern. Amazing and thank you for helping me rid of this terrible headache.

Negative experience: Called the front desk and the owner was extremely rude regarding my inquiry. Lost a potential customer. I have a gift card but plan to throw it away as I do not support rude owners.

Fantastic experience: The massage did just as I had hoped...I was pain free for a few days. Unfortunately, my issues are due to an imbalanced walking gait that cant be fixed with massage hence only "a few days pain free." But I highly recommend this place because they are thorough in getting all your information and my massage therapist was on time and very experienced. She gave me useful information and even showed me some stretches I could do in the future to help. Thank you so much.
