Fantastic experience: I am loving this club and my most favorite part is the childcare. It is extremely safe and the childcare staff are great. They gave me great tips on how to get my very attached 1 yr old son (who doesn't have much previous experience with childcare) comfortable and with perseverance, he does great most of the time. It is a bit pricier but well worth it. I love that I can work out, have access to a hot tub/steam room/sauna , then shower and grab lunch or a snack knowing my little guy is well taken care of. It has been great for my mental health and great socialization for him.

Positive experience: Hmmm. I've been a member since September 2012 and I joined for the Zumba classes -- which have an excellent variety of teachers and times and experience levels most days of the week. I have since started attending yoga -- something I thought I'd never do. Am having a blast in beginners' class. Since I'm female, I have only been in the women's locker room -- which is always wonderfully clean and full of nice smelling lotions and soaps and blowdryers and curling irons for women members' use. So are the other womens' restrooms. I have no idea how the men treat their locker room/restrooms, but I can't imagine APC owners or managers tolerating much difference in cleanliness between men's and womens' locker rooms. Great onsite child care, pools, aquatics...don't let the definitely-in-the-minority "snobby gym rat" segment of the member population scare you. 85 percent of the members, and 100 percent of the staff, are warm and wonderful and supportive and I've made many "gym friends." Managers are quick to show concern and attack any any problems you bring to them directly and politely. Oh, and the on-site massage therapists available for (paid) appointments? FABULOUS. APC could perhaps develop a larger substitute teaching list for their huge menu of classes, but they appear to be working on it. APC: It's got a good beat, and you can dance to it. I give it a 9.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for many years. What makes Airport Health Club different from other gyms is the employees. They are friendly and helpful. They remember your name and always greet everyone with a smile. The equipment is kept clean and up to date. I like that the gym honors their employees with holidays off. It's clear they treat their employees well because I have seen the same friendly faces for 6+ years!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for 15+ years and have always found this to be a great health club. Family environment beautiful facility and great trainers and staff. The club is consistently updating . I would withhold judgement until you use the club-ie ignore the few neg reviews. Always the best in sonoma county!

Fantastic experience: I love this place. The sense of community with other members, the helpfulness of the staff, and the flexibility with our membership. There are so many options with classes, and the club has made several improvements the past couple of years. I could go on and on. Suffice it to say there are so many reasons to join the fun.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for over 20 years (since 2003) and I can't say enough good things about the Airport Club. The staff is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facility is well maintained and very clean. Top notch classes, and so many options to choose from. Being someone who is on the heavier side, I never feel weird or out of place when I workout. Love the vibe!!

Fantastic experience: Great place to come either for a morning, afternoon or evening workout, weekends too! Great facility clean, organized and workout equipment is good too. Lots of options a variety of workout classes. AHC is a great family club. It also offers a great place for singles of all ages or couples. The best of all it feels like home it really has that welcoming vibe. Come check it out today its worth the trip!

Fantastic experience: Nice equipment, great staff, good amenities but hours have severely taken my ability to actually workout. Since Covid started they have had reduced hours. There is no communication on when the hours will be back to normal so that I can have a workout that is longer than an hour due to my work schedule. Once the hours are back to normal I will be happy to go up to 5 stars. Edit: back to normal hours

Positive experience: I love that you have a childcare but it should be open till 730 so parents that work can also workout ! Your childcare hours are parents work hours! You should have some early morning childcare hours and later hours for evening just for those parents who work 8-5 shifts.

Fantastic experience: During this Pandemic, they have gone WAY above and beyond to try and give us the ability to exercise. They put up a huge tent outdoors, moved half their equipment outside. They seem to be operating at around 30 percent membership so I am sure they are not making a ton of money. They always do their best to provide something for everyone. I've been going for around 15 years plus and have always been impressed. I leave my stuff in the locker room and nobody steals it. People tend to clean up after themselves. But they hire enough staff to keep things running well. I read the reviews that complain about the price and yes it cost more than other gyms but for what you get, it's worth it. As a place that I go to relieve stress (I love powerlifting) and socialize a little, I appreciate the effort the staff gives.

Fantastic experience: They have a free class for people undergoing cancer treatment. The instructors, Lori and Sue, are incredible and compassionate.

Fantastic experience: We love this place. The staff is very friendly and they all seem to enjoy working there. Our son loves the pool and it's a great place for my wife and I to get some relaxation and exercise. I really can't think of anything we don't like about this place.

Fantastic experience: I grew up at this club and was a member for 19 years until I moved out of state. I still miss this place, no other gym or club comes close to this place

Positive experience: This place is very clean all the time. It’s not modern, but all the machines are well maintained. The pools are very nice. Different classes are offered.

Negative experience: I have mixed feelings about this gym. I am very disappointed because the price is extremely expensive!!!! I don’t understand why they charge so much money? Overall nice gym but too pricey! I am going to switch. I wish you guys would have lower rates maybe you’d have more people join your gym.

Fantastic experience: The best staff, facility, cleanliness. Top notch! I've been a member since it opened. It is expensive but worth every penny. I am a healthy 60 year old thanks in part to having this lovely place to exercise. Tennis, lap swimming, rec. swimming, yoga, weights and aerobics. They have it all.

Negative experience: I am sad that this club is managed so poorly. I have been a member for many years and it only seems to get worse. Today I am in an especially bad mood because they have canceled my class again. I can't count the many times I have driven to the club and been ready to take a class only to find that there will be none. Sometimes they don't even say sorry. The club is closed for everything they can possibly get away with. I can understand that the club would be closed for things like the 4th of July and Memorial Day but they also close early the day before and open late the day after and they cancel half the classes! They sometimes cancel all classes for weeks at a time so they can redo the floor. I have written suggestions and complaints but I think they just file them in the round bin. That being said the Airport Club does have some incredible instructors, friendly staff and a beautiful physical facility. It's comfortably air conditioned and clean. The equipment is well maintained and pools are beautiful. I just wish that they had more aerobic and yoga classes to choose from and that they were reliable.
