Fantastic experience: I dont often leave positive reviews but this place definitely deserves it. Absolute professionals, nice staff, easy to schedule with. Clean facilities with nice and new equipment. Everyone here has been extremely helpful and I’m making consistent noticeable improvement. Ive gone from constant daily pain barely being able to lightly jogging a couple of miles.

Negative experience: My husband’s first appointment was on a Thursday afternoon. His next appointment was made late Thursday afternoon for Monday. When my husband came home I told him that won’t work because your birthday is Monday which was July 3rd and it was a long holiday weekend!! He called Friday around lunch time to cancel and no one answered because he found out later they were closed. He left voice mail Friday, Saturday, email and text Sunday to cancel. They told him you have to cancel 24 hours in advance and if they are closed that doesn’t count. He did sign all their paperwork on Thursday afternoon and he was new so he thought they would be understanding and not charge him since it was his first time. He did not realize it would be so hard to cancel with them. If you use them just make sure you don’t schedule on a Monday because if something happened to you over weekend you will be charged!! I guess they are in need of money because they were not understanding at ALL. We donated $45 to their cause. Quite frankly, the owner was a real jerk about charging him $45 for trying to cancel his appointment. We felt he really lacked on the customer service side!! It didn’t help that they were closed Friday either if you wanted to cancel! It all worked out because he has a great therapist who has really helped him! I normally don’t write reviews but I wanted anyone who uses them to be aware of their policy and if you even have a death over the weekend just know you will be charged $45 if you can’t make the appointment on Monday.

Clearly your purpose is to damage my practice but it won't. Small businesses need to push back against dishonest vindictive clients and not take it on the chin. Let me set the record straight, your husband made the appt and actually said it's my birthday but I want to keep it, he made the appt not us. You flat out lie knowingly when you say we are closed on Fridays , we are not. You knew this before writing your review because I had the conversation with your husband. It's not hard at all to cancel an appt with us our main number is also a text line which you know,, your husband has my personal number that he was texting prior to that he did not. He knew the policy, signed and understanding, we only ask for 24 hrs notice and that patients are respectful and courteous to us and fellow patients. If someone calls on Saturday to cancel for Monday we have no way to fill the slot. We do one to one therapy so the Monday in question I lost money, your arrogance implying you donated to me is in itself outrageous, I still lost revenue. I explained to your husband I can't in good faith and be ethical not charging him and charging other patients who had to cancel, but somehow you feel entitled to special treatment, we don't discriminate or favour certain patients, we treat all of our patients with respect and courtesy there are no VIPs here, why do you feel you are different? You are basically saying I want your family to lose money not mine, when the fault is 100% in your court. I was courteous throughout my interactions with your husband which I know he would attest to, in fact the only way I would have been a jerk would have been to myself being intimidated by your husband threatening me with a review and calling his credit card company, who sided with us by the way, so blackmail and intimidation just don't work and reflects on you not us. Smart intelligent folks can read both sides and make their own conclusions, it's time for hard working small businesses owners to push back against people like you. On a positive note I'm glad he found a good therapist and is doing well, that is always the most important thing to us at FIFE.

Fantastic experience: I had undiagnosed nerve pain before visiting Fife. Prior to coming to Fife, I had symptoms for a month…severe pain and could not walk. I visited a good orthopedic surgeon, good chiropractors, got an MRI, wound up in the ER, but no one could tell me what was wrong with me. Stuart listened to me for 5 minutes, properly diagnosed the problem, provided a path to recovery, and I’m improving significantly.

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable staff. I learned a tremendous amount in regards to my shoulder injury. The therapist provided me with proper workout rehab tips and I left there with my shoulder and neck feeling much better after one visit. Hopefully I don't injure myself again, but if I do I would definitely return to FIFE.

Negative experience: One day I was sick and Call to cancel now they’re trying to charge me for the same day cancellation another time I went out of town and canceled they still showed the appointment on their books even though I canceled it and are now trying to charge me for this. This is not how medical professionals should act.

Aside from knowing Stuart for many years, I have to say that the knowledge, technology used and customer service are by far the best I have seen. Needles to say that I come all the way from Florida just to have my son taken care by Fife therapy.

Negative experience: I signed up and received a promotional discount for my first appointment. When I had to reschedule my appointment for two days later than the original appointment (with 24 hours notice) due to a work conflict, I was told the promotional price couldn't be honored if I had to reschedule because they "only had a few to give away". Correct me if I'm wrong, but I had already been "given" one of these promotional deals. What does it matter if I have to reschedule? As far as I'm concerned, any legitimate business wouldnt reneg after telling a client to reschedule if they had to. I have it in writing via text. You guys got jokes

Fantastic experience: When I first came to Stuart I hadn't been able to run for months and my knee pain had gotten so bad I was also unable to ride a bike or even walk down stairs without limping. I have now been seeing Stuart for 4 weeks and my knee pain is virtually gone. On my first visit, Stuart hooked me up to some devices that effectively mapped my lower skeleton and demonstrated exactly how my posture and walking habits lead to my present injury. Stuart and his team then worked with me on some rehabilitation exercises along with providing deep tissue laser therapy to help with pain and inflammation. After just a week of keeping with the at home exercises my pain levels decreased dramatically and after two weeks I was able to start back with workouts I had been avoiding for months. Stuart and his staff of physical therapists employ a system that works. Stuart is an athlete himself and understands what it takes to get people pain free and training again. I highly recommend this practice and cannot thank them enough for helping me feel good again.

Negative experience: Since they removed my review on Facebook by blocking me I will post my review here. Originally I came to stuart because several of my friends recommended him for my back and torn meniscus. I have been going for 6 weeks. Originally Stuart put me on the gimmicky machine that recreated my skeleton walking. He showed me that my hips were unstable. He told me when he is done “You will have amazing results” from there he has me doing Clam Shell workouts which are very basic and involve a band. He then had his employees doing light therapy and suction cup machines on me. They kept asking if it was working. I was honest and told them no. By the 6th visit stuart saw me for literally ten minutes and told me they can’t help me anymore. Honestly I don’t fall for Placebo’s. And since when does Physical Therapy not include almost any workouts? So I wasted $800 forgot I paid $100 out of pocket cause he convinced me it would be cheaper originally on the first visit for 3 rubber bands and to be kicked out. I did everything they asked me to, I wasn’t rude, just completely followed directions. Other doctors made fun of Stuart when I told them he thought I had weak buttocks and Hips because “he has a thing for weak buttocks” Lastly they also scheduled me wrong so I missed an appointment which I never do because I put it on a calendar right there and then. My recommendation, find another physical therapist that wont do all this trickery and will actually take you into the gym for 1 hour. Because none of my sessions were even 45min. In fact the very last one might not have been 10. Response to what you have below. I can’t PM you, not that it would matter because the damage has been done. Do yourself a favor and don’t promise great results. Yeah, remember when you showed me someone else’s skeleton walking before and after? You said my results were going to be amazing... what a lie. And me always having the last appointment didn’t help me much because everyone was ready to go at that point. I did some reading up on you. I was seeing things about how you guys really understand the struggle of pain and how diligent you must be as a physical therapist. Six visits. Does that sound diligent to you? Sounds like you’re in it for easy money and the people with real problems or difficult to fix problems Get booted off. I feel like you’re selling yourself as something that you’re not. So I hope that this review helps you improve. Because pain is difficult to work with and people pay you a lot of money to have it fixed. I have also seen a number of studies that say that that laser light show does not work. And that the light does not typically penetrate very deep into the skin let alone deep enough to reach damaged tissue. You know what they say about a bad survey? It is the tip of the iceberg. And don’t refer to me as a PT, I’m a customer and an on happy one at that. Also that one therapist thing needs to stop. The woman who was treating me was telling me how she was to get certified.... If you want to talk further you can call me. None of this private message business that I can’t do over here and I would do on Facebook but you blocked me. You know my phone number feel free but I won’t hold my breath.

Our treatment in completely based in current neuro science.
Class 4 lasers are not light therapy and well researched in the literature.
Noraxon biomechanics is a university lab standard research tool that shows us how people move.
Each pts condition/ pathology dictates how aggressive we will be with exercise as our first responsibility is to not exasperate the condition, especially when we are almost certain it would.
We schedule 45 min one on one treatment sessions not 60 mins.
We do are very best to try and get pts pain under control. For any pt who is not responding to our interventions we do not want to use their resources further. That is also standard of care.
At our last appointment there was a clear misunderstanding of our in depth communication , please PM if I can clarify anything.

Fantastic experience: I never leave reviews, however, I felt like I just had to this time. I've been going to a chiropractor for over ten years and I never could figure out why my back would always pop out so easily. They never could explain it. Anyway, I got to a point I was in terrible pain all of the time and so someone suggested I give Stuart at Fife Therapy a call. Wow! What a life changing call. Stuart explained to me exactly what was wrong, and what's more he told me he know how to fix it. He told me I wasn't engaging my glutes and he gave me some elastic bands and some take home exercises to do at home. I was super skeptical, however, after trying the exercises I felt improvement after just a few days. Fast forward a month and I am up and playing basketball again. I could go on and on but if you have been on the chiropractor merry-go-round and can't seem to get any straight answers and just want to feel better-give Stuart a call. It's one of the best things I've ever done. I can't recommend Stuart and his staff any stronger. Just wow.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't have asked for more skilled and talented therapists to work on my knee issues. Stuart Fife and his AMAZING staff make it easy to push your body to your limit while enjoying the workout. Hands down the best rehab facility in Savannah! Fantastic experience: I came to Stuart after having ACL repair surgery. Thanks to him and his staff, I made a full return to sport six months following surgery. I don't think I would have made the recovery I did if I had gone anywhere else for rehab. Stuart is awesome to work with and will get you back to doing what you love as soon as possible--as long as you are willing to put in the work. Thanks again, Stuart!
