Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this practice! From the moment I walked in, I immediately felt welcomed. Everyone is great, but I especially want to recognize and thank Cole and Jansen. Cole is so incredibly knowledgeable and Jansen has such a great, positive energy! Together, they took the time to explain the cause of my hip pain and the exercises that were going to help. Thanks to their expertise, professionalism and genuine care, I've seen incredible results! Positive experience: I think it is important to consistently work with the same physical therapist all the time I also think the therapist should only assess you as that person is the only one who knew your physical condition. This was NOT my experience with foothills I highly recommend searching for another place if this is what you need Consistency with the same therapist and a qualified assessment with the physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: Foothills Physical Therapy has exceeded my expectations in all areas. From getting appts w the front desk, the staff of techs (Rachel, Cole, Kelly we're mostly mine) and their physical therapists, it was always welcoming and wanting to get my shoulders pain free. Highly recommend COLE (PT) who went above and beyond to understand a back issue I was experiencing. I feel that's putting much more into your care by being willing to listen to what else was being affected and taking steps to help relieve it. Very grateful to him. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Foothills PT. Cole and his team were, knowledgeable, caring, and thorough with my rehabilitation from two knee replacement surgeries. They pushed me to improve at each session, which I did. Truly a team atmosphere, with all staff pitching in to make your experience fun through the painful process of rehab. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about this practice! Although I was pre-approved for ten sessions, the therapist said he didn't think I would need that many and after seven sessions declared that I had met my goals and was finished. I had a shoulder injury months prior and still had residual pain and reduced range of motion. Add to that, I was afraid to do certain exercises or movements for fear of pain and re-injury. The therapists all worked with me to strengthen the shoulder and guide me through my exercises. I had a home plan, as well, to hasten my recovery. It's been 2 months since I "graduated" and I am 100% back to full movement with no pain. Aside from that, the entire staff was professional, welcoming, listening and fantastic. I highly recommend this practice and if I should need PT in the future, would not go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak more highly about Foothills Physical Therapy in Scottsdale and my amazing DPT Kennedy Thomas and her entire team. They expertly addressed my spinal issues and the atrophy caused by a bulging disc and its opposing cyst applying pressure to my spinal cord. He knew the correct exercises and what areas on my leg to work on in supporting my hip, getting my legs stronger and got me back on my feet. I really appreciated his funny sense of humor, kindness, consistency and pushing me to move forward even going out of his way to follow up with me and put me back in a schedule when I was falling behind on my PT visits and thinking I was too busy to come in. Fantastic experience: Wonderful place. I came here several months ago with a sprained knee that I was struggling to recover, as it was difficult to find exercises that wouldn't cause swelling. They were able to give me an exact diagnosis of what was wrong and taught me new exercises I could use to strengthen my leg muscles without putting stress on my knee. I feel like I learned a lot about how to get stronger without hurting myself, and the staff were empathetic and knowledgeable. They also made sure guests properly warm up and get treatment such as ice to prevent swelling. Unfortunately I found out they weren't covered by my insurance, and I wasn't able to find another PT as good as this one.

Fantastic experience: Micheal and Cole are awesome. Really the entire staff is awesome here. They ask good questions and they listen. It’s PT, so it’s not fun, but they make it as fun as can be. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I came to this location because of a referral by my MD. I went there because of issues with tmj. I was in extreme pain and fearful of being put in even more pain. My experience was nothing like I expected. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They all are quite knowledgeable regarding the equipment and the proper way to do various exercises. They work as a team to make sure everyone there is being taken care of. My physical therapist was the best. He educated me while he worked with me to help me know what was going on with my jaw. After a month of therapy I was sad to leave. I really know I was cared for by the best therapist in town.

Fantastic experience: Foothill, sports, medicine, and physical therapy by far is the most fantastic place for a recovery. After having a total hip replacement, I spent the following eight weeks going three times a week for physical therapy Marco Machado was absolutely incredible. Taking me through all the steps I needed to get stronger. I also worked with Jennifer Hamm who is also amazing. I truly felt right at home and amazingly got stronger as time went on,the whole staff is incredible and the facility is nice and clean. This facility, and then knowledgeable stuff definitely what makes healing and this world better please.

Fantastic experience: The best physical therapy care in the Valley! Doug and his team are incredibly professional, efficient and experts in rehabilitation. I found myself with nasty tennis elbow. Fantastic experience: This place is great! I had my knee replaced about seven weeks ago. Within two days after surgery, I was at FSM PT. They got me going right away. Nick was my PT. He is easy to connect with and really makes you feel comfortable during a tough time. He, with a little help from Jen were absolutely wonderful. This place is very busy. There are like five physical therapists and eight or ten techs working at the same time. They are all young here but really know what they are doing. Their youthful energy was really motivating. I believe I worked with every tech while I was there and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of them. There is no down time there. They all cover for each other so no one is waiting around. If they are not helping someone, they are cleaning tables, changing linen, tidying up, etc. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly as well. As far as results, I couldn’t be happier. With their help and a bit of hard work, I was released after five weeks or so. My knee bend was at 130 degrees and when flat was at zero degrees. I attribute a lot of that to them working with and motivating me. I actually miss going there, but not too much!

Fantastic experience: I just recently had a SLAP repair in March, and did 10 weeks of PT with Dr's Doug and Sean. These guys were awesome! Staff was great, PT tech's were nice and knowledgeable. I'm about a month ahead of schedule and back to the gym lifting. I couldn't be happier. I'm a Pain Physician and will only refer my patient's to Foothills. Can't thank them enough! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is dedicated to the patients success. When beginning my PT, I was skeptical the pain in my hip would ever go away. However, Nick, my PT Therapist, knew exactly how to help! In a matter of a month (give or take) 95% of the pain diminished. Miracles do happen! Special shout out to Nick and Blake (my Exercise Therapist.) Between the two of them, they've made a tremendous difference in my well being! Kudos and continued success to you!

Fantastic experience: Omg!!! The staff at this office is beyond kind and helpful. My teenage son is in town for a tennis tournament and he injured himself this morning at practice. I called around quite a bit and when I explained our situation to Jill, she was so kind to get us a same day appointment. Marco was my son’s PT and he was incredibly patient and kind and also super knowledgeable. He diagnosed my son’s issue right away, patiently described the issue to us and worked on his shoulder. After 20 min, my son’s shoulder was pretty much pain free! It was unbelievable. He also showed him some exercises to do to strengthen his shoulder. And knowing that we were from out of town and probably won’t be repeat customers, they still offered us a free consultation session even though I insisted on paying. They really blew me away with their kindness!! This is truly an amazing place and I would highly recommend that you give it a try.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best! Marco was able to help my neck/arm pain and numbness so much through a mix of adjustments, exercises, and making great choices to help not only my muscles but my nervous system. Getting dry needling with Doug vastly improved my pain levels and increased my neck range of motion drastically! I just climbed a volcano and couldn't have done it without the help of this team. If you think you'll be in pain forever, let these guys change your mind as they help improve your life! Fantastic experience: We loved foothills sports medicine physical therapy north scottsdale location. All of the staff is amazing!! From the front desk ladies who are so friendly and fast and knowledgeable and their job they get you scheduled quick they’re flexible with your schedule they know what they’re doing when they’re dealing with insurance, all the way to The physical therapist and all their helpers my nine-year-old son looked forward to his two days a week with his “”work out friends”” they are great with kids. Our pediatrician recommend that we do physical therapy the list of physical therapy places that work with kids is very small so we took a chance on foothills and we were very excited about our results and our experience. I highly recommend this company they are very knowledgeable skilled they know what they’re doing and they’re friendly. The North Scottsdale location is our favorite of course. We would like to give a shout-out to our favorite three guys !! Marco and Vince were amazing and they made physical therapy fun for my nine-year-old highly recommend Vince and Marco. Fantastic experience: I have had two great experiences with Foothills Sports Medicine. Once following a knee replacement, and most recently after having my ankle replaced. Both times I used the North Scottsdale location. The entire staff there is friendly whether I am under their care or not. There is an infectious vibe of positivity and collaboration that I pick up on as soon as I walk in the door. My current therapist Sean is gentle and kind and has made the rehab process so much less painful than I had expected.

Fantastic experience: I finished therapy at Foothills recently and had the best experience! I’ve been to many physical therapy places over the last 2 years for my back issues and this place is by far the best. The entire staff was super helpful and friendly. My main PT tech Peri, PTA Jennifer and PT Angela helped formulate a plan for my recovery. They also recommended dry needling which was done at various times by Adam and Doug and it helped relieve so much pain for me and it’s something I never would have thought of trying. Thanks to everyone at Foothills who helped me!!

Fantastic experience: I came in due to suffering from initial stages of frozen shoulder. Doug Meyrose came up with a treatment plan which had me back to normal within several weeks. Very happy with the results. In particular my muscle issues responded well to his Dry Needling technique. I'm afraid of needles, but tried it because I didn't want any shoulder surgery. The needling didn't hurt, and definitely helped. I also appreciated the Therapy space and staff. Every week I had a different physical trainer and they were all friendly and knowledgeable.

It got to the point that those 3 days where I was in the facility were some of my favorite times of the week! Both Betsy and Jenn were amazing in helping me get back to normal day to day activities. My Physical Therapist has created a great system for helping me to get stronger each session. Fantastic experience: My first visit at Foothills Sports Medicine PT was impressive. Greeted by a friendly front desk to a facility that was obviously exercising social distancing to the degree possible, everyone masked and most wearing gloves. The therapist I saw was outstanding--very thorough and knowledgeable. He did dry needling and cupping...and I will be back within two weeks for session two! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Foothills. I arrived with back pain which I had continuously. I play golf and had to change my whole game due to back pain. I recently completed my program, and have strengthened my back and my core that supports me; including gaining 3 inches on a stretch. I can once again touch my toes at 77. The staff was very supportive during this process.

Fantastic experience: Just started third week of PT. Post hip replacement and back surgery, LD4 & 5, with excess water in leg. Limp is significantly reduced – That’s good. Working on strengthening midsection to reduce pain. The facility is generally fast pace. They did a little maintenance on the ceiling lights, more is required.

Fantastic experience: From the first appointment until the most recent the staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My needs are being met and my problem is being solved.

Fantastic experience: I injured my foot with a new hiking regime. After seeing a Foot Dr. I was referred to another therapy place. I was there for my full hour and she did not seem to want to touch my feet. No massage, was instructed on exercises and she would immediately walk away but I was iced. Then I tried to make a follow up appt by phone. No response. THEN I found FOOTHILLS SPORTS MEDICINE PHYSCIAL THERAPY on Scottsdale Rd. After suffering for 3 months with Plantar Fasciitis I was finally in good hands! I received great massages, scraping (My first time I thought what the heck! Now I love it, it is what helps loosen up everything and I end up with less pain.), lots of exercises and they keep an eye on you to make sure you are doing it right, stretches, tends treatment and cold treatment. When I "graduated" they sent me home with a printed list of exercises and I am doing great. Special THANKS to Jeni, Nicole, Genna, Jino and Rylie. Everyone is great at this place - give them a try!

The therapists are involved and ably supported by friendly and encouraging techs. I am impressed with the operation and pleased with my progress.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you check in at the front desk you are greeted with a big hello and smile! A rarity these days, this is followed up with being greeted by the PT person that will help you get better. In my case it was Jennifer, we sat down and talked about my particular situation and Jen explained how we are going to go about getting me better. Professional, caring and very intelligent I felt comfortable with the plan she put forward for recovery. This was only backed up by her assistants who were caring and professional and knew how to administer the therapy. A great place to get your PT done! Highly recommend FSM!

Fantastic experience: My wife had therapy for her two knee replacements two years in a row. It was extremely helpful and a tremendous way of recovering and then getting further in shape. I had compression fractures on my back (L1 to L5) and required this therapy to recover atrophied muscles and movements. We can not say enough about how great the staff is and how much it has helped the both of us.
