Fantastic experience: Staff is very knowledgeable and caring , the place is tidy and clean.

Fantastic experience: Great place to have your body worked on. PTs are very knowledgeable and thorough.

Positive experience: The therapists are knowledgeable, good with patients, very professional and try to accommodate according to the patient's need while working with them. But, the door is a potential danger to patients on wheelchair. The door does not have an option for handicapped door button. The entry is narrow. The employees are occupied lot of times and unable to help the caregiver to open and close the door and the caregiver struggles to wheel the chair and manage the door. And the trim in the entry way doesn't help the wheel chair to navigate smoothly.

Fantastic experience: delightful folks. 6 stars. I don't want to encourage poor behavior but I was on a 45 day stretch with 3 days off and a lot of long long long days (my business is peaky-everything all at once) and had completely lost the ability to adult and they helped me out anyways and worked with my screw ups. And that's not even the best part. Lauren is a wizard. super knowledgeable. My dumb ass has been living with pain and reduced mobility for years and in 3 visits I've seen significant improvement. The front desk young lady who's name I've forgotten because I'm a horrible adult (really they should pull my adult card) is also way above and beyond helpful. Last the facility is clean and as a bonus the front of it opens so you can enjoy the amazing weather when possible (I dunno if they all are like that but I think it's cool). Go get your fix on! I can't imagine a better place to do it. /end rant (I swear I'm not drunk I've just finally caught up on sleep .)

Fantastic experience: I didn’t know what to expect from Physical Therapy. Now I’m overjoyed my doctor sent me to ATI. He specifically said ATI was his preferred place. My therapist is Laura. She’s great to be around and, from the first visit, I knew the treatment would be very helpful. After 20+ years of dealing with pain from my “rebuilt neck”, the specific exercises and massages Laura used helped immediately. I’m still in the early stage of the therapy, but already extraordinarily impressed with the results. Thanks to my doctor and big thanks to Laura!

Negative experience: The racism by Carly and the other therapists is unbelievable. This will not go unpunished. They made a big mistake by not checking for recording devices before they spoke openly about their views.

Fantastic experience: I am not new to physical therapy but I'm new to ATI. PT isn't always easy but with the right team it's a worthwhile path to helping you attain your goals. Everyone at ATI is kind, and helpful. They know just how to assist you with knowledge and patience. I am fortunate to have Nick as my therapist. He is my personal cheerleader for even the smallest improvement that I exhibit. His positive attitude and reinforcement Is so beneficial to my road to success. In my opinion, ATI is an excellent choice for physical therapy .

There are some that know more procedures that make the same pay as the others. I am getting a little better each time I go and hope to continue

Fantastic experience: Had such a great experience here! Unfortunately due to the severity of my situation and getting surgery soon I couldn’t stick it out. But I will be back once I get my surgery and get the green light from my surgeon to start PT. I highly recommend Laura!

Fantastic experience: ATI is great. The staff are friendly (shout outs to Charlie and Nick) and the facility is in a great location (easy parking, right by old town scottsdale). I've been to a lot of PT clinics for various sports related injuries and these guys give the most time directly with the actual PT Doc. (nothing against techs - but I think everyone would prefer working with the doctor if given the option). They have an app even for the exercises to keep ou honest on the days you don't come to ATI - specifically, all of the exercises. Also, I just realized I have never had to wait or stay late or anything. These guys run a tight ship! Thanks

Fantastic experience: The ATI Physical Therapists at the Indian School+ Miller Road ATI location are really great! They instruct and encourage their patients in a calm and friendly way. Everyone is well cared for and the facility is clean and comfortable. A big thank you to my PT woman - Cadia S. - she is always so nice and picks the most effective exercises. I like the other patients there, too! 5 Stars for ATI and their patients! Oh! Everyone should watch “The Chosen” series!! And listen to the daily news podcast “The World and Everything In It”.

Fantastic experience: Alec and his team are amazing! They provide knowledgeable exercises and insights, combined with excellent customer service (beside manners). I came in with frozen shoulder that had somewhat begun to heal, but ATI helped me tremendously in speeding up my recovery. I did PT with them for about 6-7 weeks and can confirm I would not have progressed as quickly as I did without them. At the end, the best part was that they did not try to oversell me on endless sessions when they could see I had reached the limit of my progress (with frozen shoulder, the last part is time). I highly recommend ATI at Indian School/75th St to anyone seeking PT services - for any condition.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to ATI on 76th Street and Indian School for about a couple months now and they have been AMAZING! I ruptured my Patella Tendon in my left knee and thanks to Cadia, Charlie, and Michelle I’ve been able to improve a whole lot. I have a good ways to go but I happy to have Cadia and the crew by my side.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to physical therapy for the last two months because I’ve been experiencing severe back pain. At ATI, my therapist was Alec Yates. Alec treated me exceptionally well—no other therapist has ever provided such effective therapy. He explained the exercises to me in a way that made them easy to understand and was very attentive to my pain and problems. Having therapy with Alec made a huge difference for me…. I believe that if everyone had a therapist like Alec, they would all recover quickly through therapy.

Fantastic experience: This place is great! Cadia is outstanding! The place has a fun vibe and the staff and techs are helpful and supportive. That said, the most important thing was that with their help, my condition improved greatly, and meeting that goal (and avoiding surgery) was the most important thing.

Fantastic experience: Having to do Physical Therapy was a blessing in disguise. Due to a car accident, I had to do PT, and chose ATI as the place to go. And thanks to an amazing team, ESPECIALLY Colleen, Michelle and Charlie (but they were all amazing!) I was able to tend to my neck pain, and substantially improve my right hip pain. In addition, I have learned exercises that will help me be stronger and more limber, which will be critical for the active lifestyle i want!! It’s worth noting, I was sceptical that PT would help me, based on prior history years back from another PT practice. Colleen’s knowledge and skill in PT, acupuncture, and other techniques, made me a believer from fairly early on. IT WORKS!! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to the ATi team! Fantastic experience: The team at ATI - Scottsdale did a great job and, given that it was my first experience with PT, helped me understand the process and how I was progressing along the way to recovery. I limped in on crutches and a boot without having put any weight on my broken leg... walked out with a pretty normal gait after my sessions were completed. Now, at 4 weeks after my last session and after doing the exercises at home they prescribed, I'm walking as if the injury never happened. I hold the professionals at ATI in the highest regard for how they help their clients!

My Physical Therapist challenges me every single visit and adds new exercises to my regimen to strengthen my ankle and foot. Jennifer at the front desk is warm and welcoming, and can handle multi-tasking when there's an influx of clients. Cadia, my Physical Therapist, is kind and patient. She cares. Grateful my insurance covers most of the cost of my rehabilitation. I highly recommend ATI in South Scottsdale.
