Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with the owner, Jen who was very friendly and assigned me with a highly knowledgeable and caring physical therapist, Eric who was amazing in helping me recover from a knee injury with attention to detail, answering all my questions, and making a good plan for home exercises. I actually canceled my appointment with the ortho doctor because I began doing better quickly with Eric’s care.

Fantastic experience: As a DPT myself, I am very particular about who I not only refer to but also seek treatment. Alex is the best in south Scottsdale. He is a talented profession and doctor of his trade. I can’t recommend highly enough. Even helped my golf swing!

Fantastic experience: Alex is the Best Physical Therapist around. I was having such a hard time post op from an ACL surgery that healed wrong. He was Gentle, Patient, and knowledgeable. I've seen his other Patients and they all come from different age demographics and strength levels, which only speaks volumes to the versatility of his physical therapy experience! Extremely pleased and so grateful!

Fantastic experience: I had pretty bad low back pain after this last golf season, the one on one therapy Alex provided helped to get me pain free and back to all my activities including golf at the range! I have been to PT before for my shoulder, I felt like I was passed off to some student or tech after 10 min, but here Alex stayed with me the entire session. HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic experience: Went to see Alex for rehab after my RTC surgery. Was pretty anxious and didn't know what to expect. Alex was very calming in the initial evaluation as we talked about my goals and what the rehab protocol entailed. My main goal was to return to golf pain free, so it helped that Alex was certified through Titleist Performance Institute as well. I now have full function in my shoulder, feels stronger than it ever has, and I can play golf basically every day without pain. He even got my thoracic spine and hips moving better which helped immensely with my swing. Thank you Alex!

Fantastic experience: If you find yourself in need of physical rehabilitation then look no further. Hands down the best place in town to complete your recovery. Alex listened to what was ailing me and worked each session to improve upon the last up until the point where I was healed. On top of that Jen is so nice and welcoming. If I ever need physical therapy again I know where to go.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed therapy at Fyzical and couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff are phenomenal. Alex was wonderful to work with. He is easy to get along with and really understands what it takes to get you better. I had been to three different therapy providers previously and none had helped very much. The best part is you spend all your time in therapy here with the actual P.T. rather than 10 minutes and the other 50 minutes with an unqualified tech/assistant. That is so important. Finally, the owner Jenn is so sweet! She helped get me scheduled and took care of the insurance submission. I also had to switch carriers in the middle of my treatment with Fyzical and Jenn made it easy for me. She's also a really amazing person! 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Really found myself in a bind when I had a minor dislocation of my shoulder just 10 days before mountain bike festival! Was recommended Fyzical, and Alex was able to fit me in the next day. After 4 sessions and some diligent work on the side performing the exercises recommended to me, I went from a sling and barely being able to lift my arm to supporting my body weight and nearly full range of motion! Coming up to mountain bike festival I had full confidence I’d be able to ride! When I started my treatment I felt like my goals were carefully considered and used to make a unique program to get me where I needed to be. The team at Fyzical also have some really cool recovery and diagnostic techniques that I’ve never been offered from other practices. Will definitely be coming back here until my shoulder is back to 100%, and this will be my first stop if I ever need physical therapy again!

Fantastic experience: I live in Illinois, am 35 years old and I have been grooming dogs for 10 years. After having on and off shoulder pain for most of that time, I finally went in for physical therapy. After a few sessions Alex noticed some other issues attributing to my pain/injury. He recommended dry needling. I did it at every session for months. That coupled with exercise and other modalities had me feeling the best I felt in years. I was strong and I was working with much less pain. Unfortunately despite all our hard work, I just wasn't where I wanted to be. After an MRI my Dr. and I decided I needed rotator cuff surgery. Here I Am 11 weeks out of surgery, in physical therapy twice a week. About to visit my parents in Arizona. I can't go weeks with out physical therapy. So who did I call? You guessed it. Alex! I can't wait to see his new clinic! I'll be driving 40min, passing countless other PT places, choosing his. Why? His care, his compassion, and his ability to kick my butt with unique exercises. I changed my life with his knowledge and guidance. Couldn't be more grateful.

Fantastic experience: Amazing 1 on 1 personal relationship experience. I walked in debilitated by a bad back and depressed . I wasn't even capable of walking my dog. They worked with me for 10 weeks. They restored my optimistic attitude . I'm back to my regular golf and mountain bike activities. Alex is truly a find. Jenn is a great cheerleader.

Fantastic experience: Alex is an excellent therapist. He's really knowledgeable, and he listens really well to adapt your PT as necessary. He did an excellent job, and he cured a lower-back issue I thought I would need surgery for. I'm grateful for how passionate he is for his profession.

Fantastic experience: Previous experiences with other physical therapy organizations did not begin to measure up to the positive experience I had with Fyzical. Alex, the DPT, displayed an outstanding knowledge of how my body was not adapting to golf. He showed me easy to follow therapy techniques to address the root cause of my issues. I particularly liked his straight forward communication style in getting his point across in order for me to get greater use of my core muscles to address my golf swing problems.

Fantastic experience: My brother is the PT at Fyzical South Scottsdale. He is a guru when it comes to movement and the golf-body-swing connection. I was having low back pain during golf and he analyzed me through his TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) assessment. Turns out it was my posture and limits in my internal rotation hip mobility. We were able to address this with some personalized corrective exercises that he had me do. I now play a full round without aches or pains! Hopefully, the leads me to finally breaking 80!!

Fantastic experience: If you are experiencing pain, a lack of stability or recovering from surgery, I highly recommend Alex Constantino as a Physical Therapist. Alex is an absolute master at solving physical problems. During your session, Alex is solely focused on you and assessing the cause of your problem. He quickly determines what will strengthen your body and resolve your issue, his knowledge of the human body and how it works is amazing. Alex has helped me improve both my balance and my confidence.

Fantastic experience: From my first contact to my last visit, the care I received was outstanding! The location is easy to access and boasts excellent parking. The facility is very nicely equipped, state of the art. The team, from start to finish are kind, caring and always available to care for you. Alex, my physical therapist, worked with me twice a week, for several weeks. From day one he was patient, understanding and very willing to explore healing opportunities that would promote my recovery.I am very appreciative of his overall healing style and methods. Thank you The ownership team of Jen and Gary are outstanding. I enjoyed seeing them on my visits. They both made me always feel welcome and comfortable in what could potentially be an uncomfortable setting. Thank you. Overall, physical therapy can be painful, tedious and often frustrating when the healing process doesn’t go as quickly as we expect or would like. The team at this facility makes the process less painful and tedious by just being who they are , healing professionals with a genuine understanding of the needs of their patients. Fantastic experience: I have a very physical job so I've had the fortune/misfortune of seeing several physical therapists over the years. While everyone is nice, many places are like the big box stores, impersonal. You get your exercises shown once and then you come in and they send you off to do the exercises alone because they are helping 2 or 3 people at once. Each session I had with Alex we did a few different exercises and he was there to show them, make sure I was doing it right and answer any questions. It was more of a one on one experience with a specific focus on what I needed to do to get better, and I am back to 100%. Thanks Alex!

Fantastic experience: While having only been for a consult so far Alex was incredibly helpful in understanding what the injury my partner had was and what we could do to help get my partner better. I really appreciated that Alex reached out to me in DMs when I posted in a public group asking for PT referrals and has continued to stay in contact with me and still gives tips and suggestions as to what might help. Both Alex and Jennifer, the two people I met, were incredible with using my partners correct name and pronouns, understanding of queer and trans needs, and generally just a good safe space.
