Fantastic experience: TLDR: Shane and Spine Scottsdale are amazing and I wish I would have found them sooner Before starting with Shane I couldn’t sit in my car for more than 30 minutes without my legs going numb or pins and needles and it feeling like I’m sitting on rocks despite having a very comfortable car. After 5 sessions I just drove for 3.5 hours straight before starting to feel any pain and been in and out of my car since 9 am. This is a major improvement and starting to give me my personal and professional life back. I am sleeping 6 -7 hours a night where the last 4 years has been 4 hours interrupted with maybe a 5th coming here and there. I’m only up for about 30 minutes at night where previously it was 1-2 hours (2 hrs of sleep 1-2 awake 2 hours of sleep) It was super draining. Things are better now than they have been in years. I did a spinal fusion with a 30% chance of improvement (didn’t work) - I just wish I would have found Shane and SpineScottsdale sooner. I could go on and on about how great the staff is and how helpful they have been.

Fantastic experience: I have spent the last 4 years as a medical mystery to literally a dozen doctors and specialists. I had a fusion done of my L5-S1 for a 30% chance that it will solve my problem. It did not. I have been to Spine Scottsdale 4 times now. After the 2nd appointment I started seeing a change. After my 3rd one the results were clear. The problem in my leg has diminished. I went from 2 hours of sleep and then having to stand for an hour and then another 1-2 hours after that before having to get up for the rest of the day. I have lived like this for years. I just slept 2 nights in a row for 4-5 hours at a time and then was able to lay back down after 30 minutes for another 2. I can’t even explain in words what that is like for someone in my position. I cried the other morning after the sleep because for the first time in years I woke up without being a complete zombie. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My wife suffers from DDD and I have her starting with Shane and his staff tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: Following a diagnosis of osteoporosis, my endocrinologist (Dr. Amir Harari) referred me to Shane at Scottsdale Spine for PT. Shane taught me the right exercises and and how to perform them correctly to build back bone density. I was able to carry his program forward and am happy to report I am now back in the osteopenia range. I highly recommend Shane and Scottsdale Spine.

Positive experience: Highly recommend Shane and the team here. Was referred to them by Dr. Dugal, and thanks to their care and treatment, I was able to enjoy a significant hiking trip in January to Patagonia and make the most of it. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the people, and minus 1/2 star for the outdated tech. Would be better with modern systems for appointments, billing, etc.

Fantastic experience: I had been dealing with a pain/knot/tightness under my right shoulder blade for at least the last 7 years. I had been to two other physical therapists, tried massage therapy, chiropractors, and every shoulder blade mobility exercise I could find and I never had any improvement. I was diagnosed with mild scoliosis which led me to Shane. Shane gave me a three exercise warm up routine to do before workouts (among other treatment) and the pain point has basically disappeared. It truly has been the first thing to give me any kind of improvement. Everyone is friendly great place overall!

Fantastic experience: I have been to several physical therapy clinics here in Scottsdale, but have never experienced the consistently high level of personal care and attention that I received at SpineScottsdale Physical Therapy. Both Shane Sullivan and Bailey watched my movements, supervised my exercises, corrected my positions as I learned, and paid complete attention to how I felt and progressed at each session. My back pain is greatly reduced and the exercises/stretches I've learned for my neck and upper back have helped reduce or minimize my chronic headaches. I highly recommend SpineScottsdale Physical Therapy and intend to return when I need any additional help with my upper and lower back problems.

Fantastic experience: I requested treatment for a sprained knee and ankle. I also was concerned about my lack of core strength. I had a disastrous experience at another Scottsdale PT place and I am so glad that Dr. Jay Turner recommended Shane and his team to me. Fantastic experience: 65 year old female with repaired compression fracture - still had pain. Referred to SpineScottsdale - the best thing that could have happened. I've had physical therapy at other locations for other things, but Shane Sullivan and his team are the best. Clean facility, smooth operation, basically no wait time, knowledgeable and friendly, appropriate equipment/accommodating instruction-easily duplicated at home. SpineScottsdale has helped to return strength, balance and confidence in my mobility. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Shane at SpineScottsdale Physical Therapy with both neck and LBP. After only a few sessions, I started feeling pain relief and I was able to get back to playing golf. I tried acupuncture and chiropractic care with no luck. Shane and his staff are all friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

Negative experience: Even though there is much more to my encounter with this guy, Shane's arrogance surpassed professional confidence. I felt like an inconvenience. At one point I had to ask if it was rude of me to be speaking while he interrupted. Had he listened to me, he would have worked on the SI Joint (which the doctor ordered, and which was not addressed), and would not have caused me to direct my attorney to send him a Cease and Desist letter for the harassing bills that were over and above the copay I'd already paid at the time of "treatment" - bills that were recalculated higher every time they were received (the increases being arbitrarily calculated) I couldn't have less respect for a medical "professional" than I have for this guy.

Fantastic experience: My doctor wanted me to go see Shane at Spine Scottsdale physical therapy for neck and shoulder pain. This clinic is amazing! The front desk was nice and helpful getting me scheduled. The physical therapist, Shane, spent one-on-one time with me explaining the exercises and watching to make sure I was doing them correctly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for physical therapy..

Fantastic experience: I am a Registered Nurse who had horrific back pain. I am not a fan of traditional medicine so I tried cupping, acupuncture, and chiropractic remedies for over a year to no avail. I then went to spinescottsdale and within weeks my problems were solved. I thought I would not be able to work again until they treated me. I have now been working for over two years since they treated me and am doing well. These people really know what they are doing!! PS Never trust a yelp review, unless you pay them a positive review will not get posted I have tried.

Fantastic experience: I went to Shane with a back problem and pain that had persisted for two years. During that time, I had seen Doctors, Chiropractors, Spine Specialists, acupuncturists, and almost every other treatment you can think of with no real results. The pain would continue to come back. I started with Shane and his team three weeks ago and have had tremendous results. For the first time in two years, I actually feel that I am moving in the right direction, my pain has decreased by 90+% and I go through most days not thinking about it. I would highly recommend Shane - he brings a very thoughtful approach to care and tailors a personnel program for you.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shane is a life saver.. Western medicine will often lead one to pain management clinics and cover your problems with needles.. Or with prescription drugs.. But most people are NOT stricken w some rare disease or injury. We need PT TO FIX THE ISSUE, NOT TO COVER IT UP. We're just really bad at normal healthy human movement.. And we sit all day.. At work and in our cars. Shane identified my mechanics issues, adopted a slow rehab for my lumbar, and then showed me how to modify how I behave, sit and move so that I was a properly moving human again.. I would throw my back out putting on a sock... After a few months of Pt, I was able to start training my back in the gym and have a deadlift record of 405. This guy is a LIFESAVER. ❤️

Negative experience: Very Unprofessional

Negative experience: Went to Shane for treatment after a car accident 2 to 3 times per week for a month and Shane worked with me twice other wise it was very nice high school students who didn't know much. I had to explain to them how different exercises worked. Privacy is not there main concern and areas of the body may be exposed. I did however like the waterbed but again no one was working with me. I stopped service and went with select therapy and worked with a great THERAPIST.

Negative experience: Not a great experience. Enough information is not provided to you regarding the treatments, their rates and also the staff is also not very nice. Called up their billing department a number of times and nobody responds and calls back.
