Negative experience: I did a year of pelvic floor therapy and need more therapy. I felt ashamed for coming in because the older lady with short brown hair began telling me “You know you can’t keep coming here forever” Do you think i want to as a 20 year old woman? Extremely off putting and the more i saw her, the more inappropriate comments she made. It’s 100% on her for shaming me when she has no idea about my situation. I stopped getting help, i blame her. I hope you’re happy

Fantastic experience: I've been receiving PT for many years due to hip/back surgeries. Started at the old facility, now at the great new facility where I'm pleased to meet up again with several PTs from the original facility, including Cheryl, Joe, and now my new Steve. Each have been wonderfully competent, encouraging, and also a delightful with whom to work. Love to see all the new, updated equipment and also must compliment the staff at receiving desk, always with a smile and very helpful. Thank you to all and Honor Health!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tara Sullivan is a knowledgeable physical therapist who deals specifically with women’s issues following her advice, I am markedly improved and can be weaned off of treatments. More significantly, I feel confident in resuming a life where I don’t have to be concerned about bladder issues that previously impacted my life. Tara provided me with exercises to do at home to strengthen pelvic floor and made a simple recommendation- eliminate sparkling water which had an immediate effect. I recommend Tara wholeheartedly and I’ve known her professionally for over 10 years!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to HH outpatient physical therapy over the past 10 years for various medical issues. Overall they have one of the best experts in the field who understand the body mechanics, neural and muscular issues and exercises to overcome physical limitations and improve it. I had a rotator cuff surgery few months ago and went to the HH PT group in old town. I worked with Jennifer who was highly recommended. She has been phenomenal in terms of understanding how to bring me back to “normal” and continue with my sport activities. Im very active in sports and she has been instrumental and extremely helpful. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Honor Health Outpatient Therapy for back issues. I have had PT 5 or 6 times throughout my life. Landon at the 3501 building in south Scottsdale is incredible! He is kind and patient. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and will design your program to fit your specific needs. He IS the rare person you want on your care team. He is definitely in it to see you through to your best possible outcome.

I had specific things I wanted help with getting ready for hip surgery and not only did I get some pre exercises I got a few good life hacks.. like getting into car without pain etc. highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Joseph Dahlin is a fantastic physical therapist. He is very experienced and intuitive and I felt improvement after a couple of weeks. I also had no trouble with initial scheduling as some describe. I received a phone call to schedule my intake very quickly after my doctor sent the referral.

Fantastic experience: Jennifer is amazing. I have had issues with my back on and off over the years. My pain was recently exacerbated and she was able to bring it down to a tolerable level after the first session. It seems miraculous, but I know it has more to do with her incredible skills and years of experience. She is very kind, understanding, and genuinely cares about her patients. During one of our sessions, she had PT students observe. Not only was she teaching them something, but hearing her explain things to the students helped increase my understanding as well. Full disclosure, I work for Honor Health as an occupational therapist. I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else when I’m on the other side as a patient.

Fantastic experience: I take my dad To honor health at the 3134 n civic center for his Lymphodemia. His therapist name is Mary and I cannot express enough how exceptional this person is to work with. I I am so impressed with the way she cares for my dad and explains everything that we should be doing it to help him. Mary is attentive she is kind she is thorough and we just need more people like her in the healthcare field!

Negative experience: Reviews here suck and I know why. THEY DONT EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE

Negative experience: I went in for an evaluation I got an authorization from my insurance company they never called me back I left three messages it was a waste of time

Negative experience: RIPOFF! WARNING!!! Check what they charge before going here! Terrible service and they have no problem charging you an arm and a leg. 400 dollars billed to insurance for the therapist to evaluate me for 5 minutes. Another 200 for 15 minutes explaining two exercises. If you like spending money on sub-par service.. then this is your place!

Negative experience: Do not go here! My first session was with a therapist that primarily talked about himself the entire time. The front desk is highly unorganized and made me wait almost a 1/2 hour past my appointment time for services. Then upon departure their printer was not working and no billing information could be provided. Fast forward almost two months later and they send me a bill for 600+ dollars / 320 dollars after insurance for a 20 minute appointment. This is nuts! More expensive than a doctor!

Negative experience: This place is a mixed bag. The physical therapist themselves are top of the line, especially Jennifer. The Honor Health system, with which you have to schedule initially and deal with for billing, is a bureaucratic nightmare. I just spent an hour on the phone trying to get my daughter in for her first appointment.

Negative experience: Outrageous pricing even with in network insurance. They charge on a per 15 minute basis. Also I wasnt aware of the cost until I went in for the initial appointment and was promptly turned away by the rude woman at the front desk. I wasnt even provided with payment options. It was swipe your card or get out. Horrible experience she could have at least provided a referral to somewhere else or other treatment options

Negative experience: First time there and had the worst horrible experience. I had Kayla and this has got to be the worst unfriendly rude person to be working with patients. When I left, I knew I would never go back, I went in for one thing to work on and I told her NOT to touch my spine, I have 20 yrs of severe spine issues. She injured my neck. For a week, I could not move my neck, it was on fire, the pain was unbearable, I thought about going to urgent care, but knew they wouldn't be able to do anything for it. I tried every med, topical I have at home. I was severely disrespected by her. She even scolded me loudly so other patients and staff could hear. She even called me a quitter. Gee, this is very professional of her to speak to a patient that way on her first visit. I would rather suffer with my issues than go back. I heard her talking in the lobby to another patient very nicely and calmly. I do think in my opinion that she does have a problem with people of color. I was the only non-white person in the whole building and the way I was treated was appalling.
