Negative experience: Came in with hip pain - treated for a month/two but I wasn't even close to being completely better, and I kept telling them that. I was told to "return back to normal" and to "change shoe types often" since I would be walking a lot for work. I had a hunch that returning back to normal activity wouldn't go well. It didn't. My disc herniations came back from an old injury I had as a teenager and am now seeking help from my PCP and another PT office. I am in an excruciating amount of pain now. I know if I had a more caring PT provider, or maybe an office that wasn't overburdened with patients, I really don't think my old injury would have come back like this. In terms of treatment while I was there, I was assessed by the main PT provider and the first couple of weeks things were going well but after that I was passed around to assistants each time I came in that didn't know what was going on with me/followed some cookie cutter protocols. I even asked to be re-evaluated multiple times but they never texted or called back to make an appointment for me. I have been to PT at many other places in the past and they were much more attentive so this review is also based off years of experience with other providers.

Fantastic experience: I would like to take the time here to write this review because never in my life have I been treated so nicely and respectfully. I had a broken leg, a sprained ankle, a dislocated shoulder, and a broken heart because I fell from a tree because I was trying to save a squirrel. I would like to give a few shoutouts. Kathy fixed me right up and got me to work. She even put my body in rice which worked wonders and I saw results instantly. Giselle gave me good show recommendations to which I am very grateful for. She actually gave me an ice pack for my broken leg which was really nice and thoughtful of her. Mia is really nice and actually gave me some candy for my efforts more specifically M&Ms and starburst. Lastly Silver is a really cool guy. I actually stayed there for almost 2 hours instead of 1 because we were just talking about martial arts and working out. If anything he’s more of a coach. I can’t forget about the front desk staff who literally took one good look at me and somehow conducted magic and made me numb so that the extensive and brutal exercises that Kathy unleashed on my soul were not as bad as they should have. I didn’t even need to go to the hospital to get surgery they’re just that good. In all seriousness though this place is the best out there and I highly recommend to anyone to come here and try it out!

These girls are amazing! They’ve been treating me for a torn meniscus related surgery and compared to others being treated it’s no big deal, but you would never know that with the amount of detail and care they show everyone. These girls truly take pride in helping and pushing you. Don’t let their pretty faces fool you, they’re not messing around! Miyah and Gissel are the best! If you’re hurt, come here. They’ll fix it!

Fantastic experience: As J-Lo once said “you get what you give”. Being a veteran with chronic pain I decided to pursue physical therapy for my degenerative disc and hip pain in Summer of 2022. It’s not easy and the first few steps are usually the most difficult. At the initial evaluation in September 2022, measurements of my hip rotations were noted: Left Hip Internal Rotation: 21° Left Hip External Rotation: 20° Right Hip Internal Rotation: 22° Right Hip External Rotation: 12° I had my work cut out for me, Kathy oversaw my treatment and Gissel is the person I worked with the most. They have a pool in the back where aquatic therapy is performed, and I spent the majority of my treatment there helping my recovery and regain some range and movement back in my hips and back. On a progress note in January 2023, my measurements were retaken with the following results: Left Hip Internal Rotation: 20° (-1) Left Hip External Rotation: 37° (+17) Right Hip Internal Rotation: 40° (+18) Right Hip External Rotation: 23° (+11) Recovering this much range of motion has changed my life for the better. While some things have met their true physical limits and must be addressed surgically, I feel confident that no matter what obstacles, accidents, injuries, or even body parts I lose, places like PT360 and the kind folks in it that will help me return to what I love doing most.

I’ve been to 3 different locations of 360 , the one in Scottsdale on McDowell, omg is the best hands down . They treat me like family , & I watch how others are being treated, & it’s the same . No injury is to small or to large , I’m in Aquatic therapy with ,Ms Gissel Flores .I call her Hollywood, because Thts how I fell after I leave ..

Fantastic experience: I have been using 360 for 3 years due different issue. Returned 5/22 after infected knee replacement. I didn't expect to find a therapist who had much experience dealing with this specific issue and then I met Mike at Scottsdale. Feel I whine a lot. Either I don't want to do "it," want to do "it" my way or what to do something I shouldn't just because I know better. Mike was so just the guy I needed to get better. No longer using wheelchair and limited use of a walker. Best thing about Mike is it feels like he has a personal interest in my care.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at 360 PT twice, once for a back injury and the other following knee replacement. The team at 360 are knowledgeable and friendly and I highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: From first being greeted at the front desk to the conclusion of my therapy, everyone was exceptional. Jon and Rebecca worked jointly on my rehab, and I found both to be very knowledgeable and caring. For instance, they had me do a number of stretches that were new to me, but were always good about explaining why I was doing them. They challenged me but did not push me beyond what I was capable of performing. My recovery was very successful, as it was completed well ahead of schedule and without any problems whatsoever. Based on my positive outcome, I can and will definitely recommend 360 Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: This is my third time visiting 360. Previously I had four sessions with another Physical Therapy place but it was more like a fraternity party. First time I had to have help to walk in. First I did not find any company with so many Doctors at each location. After 10 surgeries and three heart attacks I know the difference a therapist having that extra time in training and education can make. Everything about this location and people is beyond measure. Dr. Bird and other staff have gotten me back on my feet and we have just started.

Fantastic experience: Kathy is incredible!! First visit/consultation, she offered dry needling on my shoulder, saying she's had good results from her patients. I agreed to try it, not expecting anything but hopefully a little pain relief. It helped immensely! I'd say a 98% relief in my right shoulder from pain. I went from not being able to carry my purse on the right side to now being able to completely rotate my arm! I highly recommend Kathy & her dry needling magical powers! ✨☄️⚡

Negative experience: Make 100% sure of what you are going to be billed before you go here. They billed me $180.00 at the desk for 2 visits. Then in the mail I got another bill for $147.25. A total of $327.25 for 2 visits.... $163.00 per visit. I asked them to adjust the rate and they said it was my "insured" rate.They would not adjust the rate to a lower walk in rate. I liked the therapist I worked with, but make sure you know 100% what you are going to pay before you start treatment at 360 Physical Therapy.
