Fantastic experience: I just completed 7 weeks of PT at Foothills Physical Therapy for rehab following back surgery. I came to Foothills as it was highly recommended by several people. I was assigned to Muhammad Khan DPT. He was extremely thorough in his assessment and plan. Every team member there is engaged and helpful. Communication is excellent. My rehab was adjusted and advanced as my condition improved. This is the finest PT facility I have ever been a patient at. I drove by numerous other facilities (which I had gone to previously and was disappointed in the care I received) to go to Foothills. It was worth the drive!

Mohammad Khan was outstanding in skill and designing a progressive treatment plan. The technicians assured supervised exercise execution. Entire staff is friendly and the atmosphere supportive.

Fantastic experience: I went into Foothills Physical Therapy with a neck that I could barely turn without extreme pain. Nine sessions later, I have full range of motion without pain. I had never been to physical therapy, so I had no idea what to expect. I was so lucky that Muhammad Khan was assigned to me. He did a full assessment of my situation and then prescribed the necessary treatment and exercise program that was recommended for me. He has amazing hands that he spent a very long time stretching, massaging and moving my neck. He enlisted Lindsay who performed dry needling, which REALLY helped and Lord to help with my exercises. This place works like a well oiled machine. You feel the positive energy the minute you walk in the door. If you are thinking about trying physical therapy I would highly recommend this place. Thank you all for putting me back together again!

Fantastic experience: The team at Foothills has renewed my strength, core and most of all given me pain relief. Mohammed PT-D and his team work very hard with me to find a gradual solution for my health concerns. They listen and don’t rush at the same time making sure you are doing all things correctly. From the receptionist to techs all are very accommodating.

Fantastic experience: My husband was told to do PT for 3PD and we’re so glad we connected with Lindsay at this location. She has been very supportive and easy to work with. We had to get paperwork filled out for HR to work from home and she was accommodating and did what she said. Who knew this wonderful PT was close by, a hidden gem. Would highly recommend and appreciate Lindsay’s support as we experience something new that disrupted my husband’s life. We’re hopeful he’ll recover soon with treatment here.

Fantastic experience: This is a really well-run operation. I was there for rehab following rotator cuff surgery. The professional therapists were very skilled and the staff was knowledgeable. There was a sense that the people working there actually liked their jobs. Lots of interaction between the staff. I’m very happy with my experience there and would not hesitate

After going to another clinic for a severe neck injury with no improvement, Adam was able to help, and I'm feeling 100% better. The dry needling treatment was amazing in helping relieve my pain. Not only is Adam an excellent physical therapist, but he also runs an exceptional business model that emphasizes patient care and satisfaction. The entire team of assistants, especially Natalia and Shelby, are incredibly caring and attentive. I highly recommend!

It’s well-run, well organized and efficient. I would give it six stars if I could! I can’t see how you could find a better place to rehab. Fantastic experience: I had previously gone to the Foothills Sports Medicine location at Frank Lloyd Wright & 100th St in Scottsdale and had an excellent and successful experience so, when I found myself in need of Physical Therapy again with a new problem, I decided to return to this location. I’m extremely glad I did because the experience there was every good as it was the first time around. All of the staff there is incredibly attentive and caring. Both Adam and Lindsay are excellent & knowledgeable PTs and the assistants they hire are all kind, competent and motivated to work well with the clients. And Adam and Lindsay are always keeping a close eye on what’s going on. The atmosphere there is one of being serious about their goals for helping the clients, along with a lighthearted and fun feeling in the air. I always had a fun time there as I went through my exercises and always left with a smile!! I highly recommend this location both for their ability to heal you as best as possible (but you will have to do the work) and also because you will look forward to coming here!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this Facility by Dr.Neema Sana for Plantar fasciitis of the heel and pain in my calf. I started therapy in April and by about 6 to 7 sessions, I could feel dramatic improvements and by 10 sessions, I was cured. I personally want to attribute this speedy recovery to Dr. Lindsay who evaluated my condition carefully and recommended planned therapy sessions and personally followed up each session, evaluated and made some changes as we went along. Shelby, another great assistant ensured I did the therapy correctly and assisted when necessary. I am surprised I recovered very fast and am back to doing what I do. Thanks to Lindsay. This is a great place with kind people who care for you.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Adam and Jake and the entire team here for a few months after rupturing my Achilles. Such a great group there and they all have helped me stay on schedule in my recovery. I don’t think I would be half as far as I am in this recovery without coming to them for help. Fantastic experience: I just graduated from Physical Therapy today! Adam and the entire crew at this location were fantastic! I highly recommend Foothills and these professionals. I came in with knee pain that had bothered me for too long. Additionally I was not moving very well and had pain walking up stairs. Basically I felt old and broken. 5 weeks later I feel very strong, minimal pain if any and my activity level is very high. They helped me get my active life back and for that I am extremely grateful. Oh, I even made a few friends in therapy as well!

Fantastic experience: Due to old injuries, I’ve been going to physical therapists on and off for the past 3 years. My Mom recommended Foothills to me specifically because of the sports medicine element, and she really saw benefits working with the PTs there herself. I worked specifically with Adam and found him to be highly skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. The PT Assistants are fabulous as well. I received dry needling a few times during my treatments which helped to alleviate my chronic neck and shoulder pain tension. The entire staff is engaging and upbeat.
