Fantastic experience: After a pop in my knee where I could barely stand or walk, and also having a lot of arthritis pain, I was referred to Fultz PT. Everyone there is so kind, from the front desk to the PT's and assistants. After just a few weeks, I am getting much stronger, my knees and hips don't hurt as much, and my balance is improving. I no longer feel like I am going to fall with my bad knee. I can stand in one place for longer now. My spouse went there for his back and had great results as well. We both highly recommend Fultz Physical Therapy.

I had spine surgery and it fixed my walking problem but I had no balance. The folks at Fultz evaluated me and came up with a plan. Fantastic experience: After I had my knee surgery this summer, Fultz Physical Therapy took great care of me and helped me achieve my goals. Justin Boyd was my main PT and was very professional, diligent, and thorough. He always listened to my concerns and was able to do what was best for my knee rehabilitation. It awas tough sometimes but I trusted him. All of the staff was very friendly and kind, especially Gloria, Natalie, Rachel, and Dylan. I am very grateful for their help and encouragement.

Negative experience: I didnt have a good experience there...(Ellerbe Road location @ shopping center). Chris ( the owner) wasn't professional. He wanted me to pay for a 300$ massager ( that I painfully needed) out of pocket instead of bill my insurance who told him they would pay for it. He told me that "he didnt want to be stuck with the bill if the insurance didnt pay for it"....streotyping me as if I wouldn't or couldn't pay if the insurance didnt. He was very biased with servicing me for my complications from my car accident. The service felt distant and unprofessional . I see he has plans for moving to a new location on Ellerbe Road...I hope and pray that he has changed his bias ( attitude) service towards select community members who brings business to his company.... or even better has taken a few years courses in customer service and applying it to all his customers. That type of attitude from an owner eventually gets passed to the employees. Overall, I experienced some of the worst energy from a company thats suppose to be helping injured people get well. Bad enough some people have to go through accidents and life changes hurting and sick, no one should have to experience biased service no matter if they are old, young, man or woman or whatever race they might be of. Bad energy sticks with good customers and it should not be that way if we are seeking good energy for healing and wellnes from professionals.

Fantastic experience: Individual therapy. All one-on-one sessions. I haven't found that to be to be the case in other places. Only the patient is allowed to attend the session. I've attended other places where children were allowed to wait and caused a distraction. This is a very professionally run operation.
