Fantastic experience: My son loves it and so do I. His occupational therapist is amazing and knowledgeable and SO patient. She so sweet and caring, and so is the rest of the staff. They've worked with my son's schedule to get him in and understand his asd and adhd brain. They treat him like a tiny adult while fully aware he's still a little guy who can't really quite control himself yet. 5 stars.

The MMPT family displays a dedication and commitment for each and every one of their patients by working to fully understand each patient's situation and provide them with the proper care.

Fantastic experience: I love going to this place the staff are wonderful and caring fun to be around. I just love the way they motivate you that you can do it all things is possible if you just put your mind to it. This is what there motto is to me " We are not here to hurt you we are here to help you ❤ ". When you are there you see the kids doing therapy and you will tell yourself I can do my assignment to. If you can't do it at the time are something just let the therapy teacher know they will find something else easier for you to do. Thanks Melanie Massey Physical Therapy staff for doing a excellent job with me I love you all so much.

Negative experience: Actual physical therapist has been good, but huge pain in the butt to schedule an appointment because they're so busy and can never seem to get an appointment at recommended day (always ends up being week+ later because schedule is packed). They don't send any kind of appointment reminder which has been a killer for me, a busy mom of two young kids. I don't feel like they care about us at all. I missed an appointment and figured it out on my own a week later. I don't know if they ever would have called to follow up (doubt it). Very unhappy...hoping there's another place we can get a referral to. We're Tricare, so I don't know how that affects our experience.
