Fantastic experience: Trinity is an amazing therapist and has swaths of knowledge in the profession. She has over 25 years experience and has owned prime physical therapy for over 10 years now. This is a definitely family owned and operated company as the husband and wife are a physical therapist and PT assistant team. The other couple of employees that works there have been there ranging from 9 years to 5 years. If you want excellent therapy anywhere in the south then you wouldn't want to miss out on prime physical therapy. Trinity is also amazing at needling. She is a specialist at giving clients hope with a minimal turnaround time frame.. the woman is just good at whatever she does including real estate investing but physical therapy is definitely her contribution to the world in so many ways as she is in my opinion one of the top three therapist in the nation. Oh and did I mention how friendly (I'm not biased at all, she is just my sister...lol) she is and how she cultivates an atmosphere of outstanding customer service and excellence.

Fantastic experience: I went in with a very painful shoulder (a rotator cuff tear). I could barely lift my arm , but Trinity and her team put an end to all of that pain and inability to raise my arm. The exercises, stretches, equipment, dry needling and massages were very effective in relieving my horrific pain and restoring my shoulder . Trinity’s massages were impeccable!

Fantastic experience: Prime PT is owned by a husband and wife team. They work well together because they both have passion that drives them to help each and every patient. You are not just a quick fix. They take their time and really want to understand where the pain is coming from so that when you leave, you feel better. If you are looking for a Physical Therapist, Prime PT is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: Trinity is extremely competent at assessments and continues to impress me with her ability to figure out the root causes of my issues. I see Sy on a regular basis. I appreciate his thoughtful approach to my therapy and how he asked lots of questions to find out what works best for my recovery. I feel like they both go the extra mile for me, and I would rate higher than a 5 if I could.

Fantastic experience: I am an Occupational Therapist and Trinity is who I chose to help me through 2 injuries. I spent a long time researching the most qualified, knowledgeable PT I could find in my area. That led me to Prime PT. I spent 3 months in therapy to recover from a cervical disc injury in 2015. My mom and brother had to have surgery for the same issue. Trinity understands the body and correctly identified my problem even before an MRI. She also did this for a knee injury I obtained running in 2017. Shorter rehab for that but nonetheless - pain free! No injections or surgery needed for either injury - I just did the work. And healed. I learned proper adjustments to make going forward. Trinity and Sy are a great duo and made the therapy atmosphere comfortable and fun. I recommend them to everyone I know when they mention an injury or pain.

They can find the specific problem and help solve it. All of the staff is very friendly and personable, it felt like a family to me. Fantastic experience: This is the physical therapy place you want to go. I hurt my knee a couple months back and my complete recovery is entirely because of the wonderful people working here. It's staff are really one of a kind. They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and they really go out of their way to try and coordinate with your schedule. It is a testament to their skill that with a few simple exercises they can entirely rehabilitate a person. Not only does their intervention help you gain back what was lost through injury or illness but it helps to strengthen your body in a way that prevents its recurrence in the future. I wouldn't go so far as to say I'm grateful for getting hurt, because through them I learned a lot of important things to help keep me strong and moving, but it's a close call. Thanks for everything!
