Fantastic experience: What an amazing and nice man. Dr. Shawn makes you feel like a part of the extended family and not just like another patient and $$$ signs. He genuinely involved in getting you better. He goes above and beyond. We now see him as a family. I started seeing him in early 2014 and then sent my husband to him and eventually my son. He has made am huge impact in our physical well being. He is there to help you get better, and not to fatten his wallet. And the fact he is soooo involved with his kids, just goes to show what a good and caring and nurturing person he is. Fantastic experience: I love that his hands are not in my wallet! he is out for my health and wellbeing and that of my family as well. I get such immense relief after every time I see him! I have referred several friends and get nothing but positive feedback from them as well! I cannot say enough good things about this selfless man!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Shawn for years. He has always treated me well, and is always super flexible scheduling appointments and working with my insurance company. He asks what bothers me (area of pain, type of pain, etc.), and applies treatment accordingly. I of course would love to not NEED to see a chiropractor, but as long as I do, I'm glad Dr. Shawn is close by.

Fantastic experience: Had severe pain after a traumatizing car accident, neck, shoulder, back, and spine problems aswell as 3 herniated spine discs. I had trouble with any physical movements and I’m thankful for Dr. Shawn’s patience and understanding. In conclusion, it was a life changing experience.

When my son fractured his leg senior season Dr. DeCloedt and his team were confident they could get him back on the field. They did and he was able to finish and participate in playoffs. It wasn’t just their treatment, but their diligence and optimism that makes a difference.

Fantastic experience: If you expect results and want to FEEL LIKE NEW then THIS is the place. Dr Deb and Dr Shawn are extremely knowledgeable and experienced while being professional yet down to earth. You are not treated like a number, you are treated like a member of the family. They go above and beyond even if the insurance won't. They will work around your schedule and will stay late if you need them to and will fit you in in case of an emergency. They have done it for me many times! They are awesome! Thank you! Anitra is a pro at physical therapy and knows her stuff. She explains everything to you so you understand what's going on. Gina does massage and I end up falling asleep, she does a great job! Janelle is at the front desk answering the phone and scheduling the appointments and is a natural fit for this office. Thanks again for doing a great job and getting me back to normal!

Negative experience: Dr. Shawn DeCloedt did not give me good service at all. He was by far the worst chiropractor that I have ever been too. I used his services for 3 weeks. He interrupted me many times when I was trying to explain things to him. He was manipulative with his words as well suggesting things without letting me finish my sentence if I disagreed with him. He canceled my last day on the stop and refused me the back massage that was scheduled. Please do yourself a favor and find another chiropractor.
