Negative experience: Not nice people who work there

Fantastic experience: Joey is amazing!! Very professional, very knowledgeable. He not only walk me through the exercises he explained the purpose and importance of doing it. When I first came to Moreau I was not doing very well with having had 2 surgeries on the same total knee replacement. I had very little mobility. Today I am happy to say I have exceeded the doctor’s expectations all thanks to Joey and his awesome team. Words can’t express how grateful I am. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have been going to physical therapy here for several weeks following an ankle injury. Not only am I able to walk without my brace but I am even stronger than before. I have enjoyed working with the team at Perkins Road. They are knowledgeable and invested in my recovery! I highly recommend seeking physical therapy here.

Negative experience: We parked at this location to walk over to Luna at 7:30pm and was booted and charged $200. I understand not allowing ppl to park at your location during business hours but booting ppl after hours is just greedy. This is bad business and I will never use any of their locations. I will also inform friends and family of their poor practices.

Fantastic experience: Arrived at Moreau for a shoulder evaluation. This shoulder had been bugging me for years affecting sleep and exercise. After the evaluation, the Mr Joseph Davis sent me home with a few exercises to continue with. Within a months time the shoulder pain had gone away. Moreau did a fantastic job pinpointing the troubled area and providing the correct remedy.

Fantastic experience: Rehabbing a shoulder over after surgery a few months ago, and Moreau has been nothing but helpful in this recovery process. Joey, my PT guide, has been over the top attentive, responsive, and works around my schedule in order to do what is best for me. If anyone needs a rehab professional, Joey is the man!

Negative experience: What an absolutely pathetic excuse for a business. To allow a predatory tow company to boot cars after hours—while people are supporting local restaurants—shows just how little you care about this city, its small businesses, or frankly, basic human decency. Instead of fostering community and supporting a thriving restaurant scene, you’ve chosen to slap $200 boots on cars parked in YOUR empty lot at night. A physical therapy office… closed… but still desperate enough to nickel-and-dime people who are out spending money locally. It’s laughable—if it weren’t so sad. This is exactly why there’s no progress here. Cities thrive on community, not on businesses squeezing every cent from the shadows when no one’s looking. You made a few bucks off a tow company—congratulations. I hope it was worth the lost goodwill, the angry customers, and the countless people I’ll make sure never choose your clinic when they need physical therapy. You’ve made it clear: your loyalty isn’t to the community, or health, or healing. It’s to pathetic, short-sighted profit. Shame on you.

Fantastic experience: If you are an athlete. I repeat! IF YOU ARE AN ATHLETE (From Middle School to College) that’s recovering from an injury or need physical therapy assistance, this is the place to go! They care & understand that it’s a working process.

Fantastic experience: Joey is a great PT for any athlete/athletic person seeking professional assistance with nagging injuries and or post operative PT.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, the person who owns this building has started booting cars for parking in the lot when the business is CLOSED. This area of town works on being a community. It's difficult to support a business when the community is treated this way. I know I will not use Moreau for my Physical Therapy needs.

Negative experience: Solid move by stand up members of the community to boot multiple family's cars on a Sunday night while they were having dinner and the business is clearly closed. "Leasing the parking lot" to American Coachworks is not a solid out for the reputational risk of alienating yourself from consumers. There was a chain across most of the parking and the spots in front were left open and did not have a no parking sign in front of them. Why wouldn't you chain the whole parking lot if this was the goal? Also, plenty of spots to put a sign up clearly stating no parking. Shame these people are choosing greed.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. My girlfriend came in for recovery of her back after a car crash. These clowns put her in worse shape then she came in. Insisted she would get better over time and ended up putting her back into the hospital. This place needs to be avoided at all costs.

Negative experience: These are the absolute worst physical therapist I have ever seen. I came here from Texas to see them and they literally made my back problems. My mom came and they measured her up

Fantastic experience: My teen aged son just recently underwent an ACL reconstruction operation and needed the correct rehabilitation therapy. Of course , as a mother I was worried about “the after surgery part” however at Moreau physical therapy Joseph Davis DPT was his therapist and since day one has welcomed us both with such great support, knowledge and encouragement! He embodies his passion to his patients with his love for what he does . I mean this guy truly goes above and beyond to make sure you’re first, informed of your injury and recovery under his care . Second, you’re comfortable and lastly you are on track with time + recovery! My son looks forward to going to every therapy session and I love that for him. OUTSTANDING therapist .. 10 out of 10 recommend !! My husband and I are truly grateful and know with out any doubt our son will recover healthily ! Thanks Joey you are a Phenomenal person

Fantastic experience: Fabulous excellent everything was great I am strong Joey was great therapist was great everyone was nice no complaints.

Negative experience: My experience started off relatively fine when I first started to go there. As time went on I began to not see my actual PT consistently. I was beginning to get thrown around to other therapists who were on the floor with no real explanation, even on days where I was actually on time or well withing the company's grace period time. Though that experience was outside of acceptable for me, I ended up having to miss a month of PT which I communicated due to work schedule issues during the holidays. When I was able to begin therapy again I immediately was not with my now confirmed therapist and again thrust onto another, again no warning which was beginning to give me heads up that it was almost time to cut the relationship. What really did it for me is that NO ONE would listen when I told them that my previous weights and abilities had changed/decreased due to the workload of the holidays... Which caused me much more severe pain that I was already in. They even said speak up if uncomfortable which I did yet was still ignored. So after my last session I just refused to continue there and have since started to do the exercises at home. I couldn't walk comfortably for a week after that last session. I wouldn't recommend the place to others personally

Fantastic experience: I've done stints of PT for years and years at many different places after many different surgeries.. this was the first time a stuck around to actually "graduate!" Joey and I made a plan and worked that plan at my pace, it worked out great!

Fantastic experience: We had an incredible experience with Joey Davis at the Perkins location. My son had ACL surgery and Joey went above and beyond to get him not only healthy but cleared for athletics. We were even able to finish ahead of plan, which speaks to Joey’s knowledge and commitment to my son’s goal. We are so grateful for the experience that we had and for Joey’s expertise.

Fantastic experience: Excellence is the one word that describes my experience at Moreau Physical Therapy. I went through ACL rehab with Joey Davis and he made me look forward to our sessions because of the friendly environment that the entire staff (specifically Joey and Cody) created and because of the fun and challenging workouts that he had planned for me. Because of his help, I came back stronger than I was before I got injured.

Fantastic experience: I injured my back so bad I could not walk without immediate tears. Joey at the Perkins location gave me exercises and stretches that have not only helped heal my injury but have left me feeling much stronger than before my injury. Joey is personable and knowledgeable. He explains the exercises clearly and corrects form while explaining why and how the exercise will help your injury. I highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: During last football season I tore my acl and I worked with Joseph Davis one of Moreau’s finest and he’s got me all the way back to how I waas pre injury. I’m running and jumping and even playing basketball and lifting regularly. He’s a good person and good at what he dose

Fantastic experience: I have the pleasure of working with Joesph Davis after my second ACL reconstruction. He has been an exceptional physical therapist! I feel like I have been improving tremendously ever since I had to transfer. The work I do with Joey is fun and challenging enough to where I know I see improvements! The staff there is also very encouraging and I love the welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely be coming back here for any future injuries!

Fantastic experience: My experience with the Perkins Road location of Moreau Physical Therapy was fantastic. Joey Davis is a phenomenal therapist who really cares about his patients and helps them get back to their normal lifestyle as soon as possible. Joey always made sure my ACL rehab was progressing forward and he made sure that he could monitor all of my exercises to measure progress and ensure correctness. Even if my schedule would not allow me to come into the clinic as frequently as I wanted, Joey would send me personalized plans that I could do to maintain my progress. I would recommend seeing Joey Davis to anyone that is in need of physical therapy. You could tell that he wanted you to get better and he wasn't just crossing another appointment off of his list. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Last spring, I worked with Coach Joey Davis and he did an incredible job helping me with shoulder strength and maintenance coming off a long football season. We worked together twice a week and I ended his program feeling better than ever. He is also a great person and made PT more fun than ever!

Fantastic experience: After having achilles repair surgery, I needed somewhere to rehabilitate and get back to normal. I am so pleased with my choice to go with Moreau Physical Therapy. Joey (Joesph Davis) was my Physical Therapist and I’m super grateful that we were paired together. Not only do I feel better than I did prior to tearing my achilles, I’ve also dedicated myself to staying active post discharge. I’ve learned so much from Joey about how my body worked and what my body needed to create conditions for optimal healing. All of the staff were great and I so enjoyed getting to know everyone and creating beautiful working relationships. I would recommend Moreau and Joey to anyone who’s looking for a physical rehab center that will truly take care of them and center their well-being.

Fantastic experience: So far so good, I'm giving the max stars because I feel like with the short time I spent there they earned it, and it looks like they earn it every single day. They have very important jobs and from what I've seen already they take them seriously. They were very welcoming right from the start and kept that mood going the entire time I was being evaluated...

Fantastic experience: My therapy at moreau's was great. Attentive, care was great, always wanting to know how I was doing. Just everything u want in a physical therapist. Only draw back was the therapist was a gator fan but that was just fun. I would recommend them to anyone needing help.

Fantastic experience: I joined the Varsity running group and started running a lot. I inevitably injured myself (runner's knee) and so I started going here. They were amazing. I always felt welcome and they listened to my issues. They worked with me to develop a training plan to strengthen my weak areas and help my knees recover. It worked really well, so when I injured my foot a year later while training for the Louisiana Half, you bet I went back!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of receiving therapy at Dr. Warner's office and my team of therapists always were professional and showed respect but also made me feel like family. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and helped me to recover from surgery with ease and confidence!

Fantastic experience: I suffered with severe lower back pain for many months before being treated at the Perkins Rd location. I was having sharp and shooting pains in my hip when running, driving long distances and sometimes while sleeping. After approx. 2 months of treatment, the pain subsided. I was even able to finish the 5K race in the Tiger 10K. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My entire therapy session for 8 weeks was nothing but positive. The staff was always inviting, friendly, and eager to accommodate my changing schedule. I developed a personal friendship with Mark Faye and through his expertise I improved ahead of schedule!

Fantastic experience: OUTSTANDING STAFF AND EXPERIENCE! I just took my 15 year old son in for his first physical therapy testing. My son is very tall and lacks strength and flexibility. I was very impressed with the staff, techs, and the physical therapist, Mark Fay. They made my son feel at home and educated him on the importance of stretching. I am confident that the staff will help my son become a better athlete in short time. Would highly recommend them.
