Fantastic experience: I went to PHP at All in Solutions for a 90-day stay and found it to be extremely transformative! The group therapy was always amazing and they offered individualized therapy and addiction counseling. Specifically, I would like to shout out Mia (Therapist), Michelle (Counselor), and Jason (Counselor) for helping me through my recovery journey! I learned so much that has helped me get on the track of staying sober, not just dry! Life is so much better and I have AIS to thank! Stay as long as you can and bring a notebook!

Fantastic experience: I went to AIS due to a severe drinking problem that became out of control. I was in denial, but detox and AIS helped me start down the road to recovery. They treated me as an individual and always made sure I felt safe and supported. Jason, my counselor was amazing. He did not sugar coat anything but taught me truth and tools I will use always. I will forget some names but Dana, Zee, Pam…and I could go on and on literally saved my life. I’m 95 days sober today and proud of my hard work and my new AIS family.

Fantastic experience: AIS was the first detox/recovery facility I attended and it was wonderful. The staff was very professional, supportive and strived to accommodate your every need. The facilitators made you feel comfortable and created a safe environment to be vulnerable. They shared practical insights, life skills and tools to help with your addiction. The counselors were there for you and tailored your homework assignments to your specific needs. They were tough but in a respectful manner. My family was not really familiar with my disease and all the facets of it and the counselors took the time to talk to them and even send them videos and suggestions. We attended a lot of meetings some at AIS and others in the community which were all enlightening if you were willing and teachable. Thank you to AIS for giving me the tools and foundation on which to build my sobriety!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional over the phone and very pushy. Told them I would be going a different route and they just tried to scare me by saying I’m going somewhere where they “shoot heroin in the side of their neck and are on crack and meth”… as someone who’s actively looking for help that’s not the way you should be talking to them respectfully. I’m sure they do great work here if you end up going but if you’re having second thoughts and or doing your research on where to go they will only try to scare you into thinking they are the only and best option
Fantastic experience: This was my first time in inpatient treatment at 50 years of age. I can't personally compare AIS to other facilities, but I can say that my experience was 100% top notch. I would recommend AIS CA to anyone seeking a change in their life. I am truly grateful to the whole team that have helped me in my recovery journey. They provided me with the education and tools needed for me to stay sober 24 hours a day. The staff at AIS have also warned me about the challenges that can and will arise when living in society, and all the possible triggers that could lure me back into the darkness that I had just left. It's still up to me to stay sober one day at a time and with the recent help from AIS my journey will be much more attainable. Every staff member has helped me in some way for success in my recovery, but I want to give an extra special thanks to my counselor Silvia Garcia for letting me speak to her from the heart, and listening to me when I'd get off subject and start rambling about who knows what. She helped me put my thoughts into perspective and guided me to process the current and ponder the future to keep myself living a healthy sober lifestyle. Basically, AIS is the best split decision I have ever made in my life. I owe them my life. Thank you All In Solutions for giving me my life back. You ALL ROCK! ❤️

Fantastic experience: All In Solutions has really saved my life. I flew across the country to be at this treatment center and it’s the best decision I ever made. I had the pleasure of having Jason as my counselor and from the minute I met him he had already studied my file and knew all about me, I’ve never had a counselor that actually cares about his clients before this. AIS helped me grow my tool box, have fun in sobriety, learn how to talk to people in correct manner, and they taught us all about the 12 steps of recovery which I thought was a game changer- I’ve never been to a treatment center that has brought up anything about the 12 steps before. Basically they get you ready for the real world and teach you that it’s ok to not be okay sometimes. Every single staff member I grew close to were all so down to earth and made sure the clients felt safe and comfortable with opening up and sharing with the group. Zee, Dana, Almira, & Jason helped shape me into the woman I am today and there’s not enough gratitude in the world to thank everyone there for my clean time. Highly recommend if you’re struggling with addiction. It works if you work it, so work it cause you’re worth it

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience while at AIS during my 2 months in their program. I had Jason as my counselor because I requested him since he was to the point and would call me out if I was slacking, which is what I personally needed. Almost all of of the group facilitators I had a great experience and relationship with, everyone was genuine and caring and gave me great advice and a safe place to talk about things I would usually never share. The relationships I made their and with the other men and women going through the program are some of my greatest friends I’ve had in years. I’m at a new facility now and housing and the program I am in now was is not as helpful as what I found at AIS California. I felt like I was actually cared about and had a personal treatment plan set up that worked for my needs. At the male house the house staff were some great men who have been through their past troubles and recovered too, I found great friends and mentors there especially my guy Marc.

Negative experience: This is possibly one of the worst recovery centers. They are ridiculous. They contacted me on two different numbers after telling them repeatedly to not contact me anymore. Eventually got to the point where I had block their numbers to stop receiving unwanted calls and texts from this facility.

Each inbound & outbound call made is to be treated with the goal to help guide anyone who may be dealing with a problem at the forefront of the conversation. And when these calls are made, they should be done respectfully, but also with a sense of urgency. The urgent component is to not lose the momentum from why someone may be calling in the first place. This is a delicate industry, where our intension is to safely, in a timely manner, get those who reach out the help they need.
We aim to support individuals with compassion and respect at every step, including how and when we reach out. We understand how frustrating unwanted contact can be, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused you, but know the intension is merely to help, and we hope you understand.

Negative experience: While I have never been directly admitted to this rehabilitation center, my limited experience with the facility has led me to view it as quite questionable. I came across a review that highlighted the aggressive tactics employed by their recruiters. They seem to push individuals to enroll in their California facility, regardless of where you are located on the West Coast, your financial circumstances, or the significant impact your absence may have on your family. When I expressed my concerns, particularly regarding my family, they responded with a metaphor about money: “Wouldn’t you leave your family to go to California if it meant you’d earn an extra $100,000 a year?” This response only reinforced my worries that I was merely a statistic to them. I would not abandon my family for an unspecified duration in exchange for more money; such a mindset is not conducive to my recovery. My phone conversations with them were quite confrontational, and the follow-up texts I received after I politely declined their services were even more distressing. I made it clear that relocating my life to California for their program was not beneficial for my current situation. In return, I was accused of dishonesty and criticized for not pursuing sobriety with them. I have since reached out to other private institutions and am pleased to report that I am now enrolled in a different program. To them, you are not an individual seeking recovery; you are simply a number. The more clients they enroll, the greater their financial gain. I will be attaching screenshots to illustrate the hostility present in their text communications. I encourage you to seek help elsewhere. Your journey to sobriety is personal, and I am proud of you for pursuing it. You will find the right support.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we understand that you were never admitted to our facility, we take all feedback seriously—especially when it concerns how individuals perceive their interactions with our admissions team.
We want to be very clear: at no point did any member of our staff suggest that you should “abandon your family” or “relocate your life to California.” What was suggested—and what we continue to stand by—is that taking a step away from your current environment to prioritize your recovery can be one of the most important decisions you make for your family. Addiction affects more than just the person struggling—it affects loved ones, too. Addressing it with urgency, focus, and in the right environment often means stepping out of one’s comfort zone.
The screenshots you reference do not reflect hostility or aggression—they reflect someone speaking truthfully and firmly to a person who, like many others struggling with addiction, may be hesitant to concede that the seriousness of their problem must be matched by the seriousness of the solution. Our admissions coordinators are not salespeople chasing numbers. Many of them are in recovery themselves, and they know firsthand how hard it can be to say yes to treatment. Their passion for helping others stems from their lived experience, not financial gain.
It’s also important to note that our admissions team is not responsible for the treatment we provide. The clinical care at our facility is delivered by licensed therapists, doctors, recovery mentors, and mental health professionals who are deeply committed to each individual’s well-being. To suggest that these professionals are motivated by profit is not only inaccurate—it’s unfair to the people who dedicate their lives to helping others heal. If you had met, or even spoken to, any of them, this would be very clear.
We are sorry though if your interaction with our admissions team felt confrontational. We will review the entirety of the communications and hold any staff members who failed to remain empathetic and appropriate accountable. We’re sincerely glad to hear that you’ve found a program that aligns with your needs. Every journey to recovery is unique, and we genuinely wish you success and healing in yours. That said, making broad judgments about the quality of care we provide based on a few phone conversations doesn’t reflect the reality of what our clients experience once they enter treatment. For those who do choose to go “all in,” we are honored to walk alongside them.
Fantastic experience: Exceptional quality treatment and care! My time at All In Solutions was wonderful. I was scared to seek professional help, but beyond grateful that I finally did and more so that I chose this place. They truly exceeded my expectations. From great staff to amazing counselors and therapists. The director is super friendly and approachable; she always took my concerns seriously. To say the chef provides the most delicious meals is an understatement. The house I stayed in was very nice, and always clean. Great environment overall. This truly was an unforgettable experience. Fantastic experience: I would recommend this treatment facility to anybody in need of working on their alcohol or substance use disorders. The staff was amazing. Negative experience: Great staff,but thier medical team doesn't explain to you the risks of the medications they give you. I had no idea what suboxon was,how addictive it is or how hard it was to get off of. I came in to get off kratom and other opiates and left hooked on suboxon...thank God for sublocade..Im now in the process of undoing what they did. Ohh and I got a 140k bill in the mail after they told me I only had to pay my insurance deductible.

We're very sorry to hear that you had a poor experience and that we insufficiently explained the medical aspect of treatment. I can assure you that we will address your concerns with staff to ensure that all of our patients are educated on any medications prescribed. I can't speak to the specifics of your situation, but typically, we use suboxone in the detox setting for a short taper. While the medication certainly carries risk if used long-term, as a short taper, the benefit typically outweighs the risk when treating opioid addiction. Again, we regret that your experience was negative, and our clinical and medical director will review your case.
As for the bill you received, I would advise you contact our billing team (the phone number should be on there). Sometimes the claims just need to be resubmitted to the insurance company (which we will do). Rest assured, we are not in the business of putting our clients into financial hardship. We handle all collections in-house and we can be very flexible in resolving any remaining balance once the claims are reprocessed. Client balances are not forwarded to 3rd party collections agencies and do not impact your credit score. Our goal is to help our clients, not harm them (financially or otherwise). If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out at any time! We hope to hear from you.
Fantastic experience: Checking myself into the 45 day program was the best decision I’ve ever made. Anthony and Debbie are truly amazing and very understanding. Thank you very much for the opportunity to be in the program and making it as convenient as possible Dana, Z, Almira, Jason and all other facilitators had an amazing group. Dave was one of the counselors who truly understood who I was, and had a good background similar to mine, Hepzi sent me off with so much information and recommendations that would make it easy as possible to transition to life in the real world. Fantastic experience: Enrolling myself into All In Solutions in Simi Valley was the single greatest decision I have ever made… I came in broken, anxious, and not knowing what to expect what so ever. The staff made me feel so welcomed, and at home right off the bat. They make sure to teach the crucial lessons and life skills that are necessary for a sober lifestyle, and they also make sure to incorporate fun in along with it during your stay with them. The case manager America is amazing. She stays on top of it for all of her clients. And my counselor Jason is the realest and most professional gentleman that I’ve met along my sober journey. He helped me with so much, and taught me so many different life lessons during my sessions with him. He is exceptional at what he does, and keeps it real 100% of the time. I highly recommend him as a counselor there. If you want to build a strong sober foundation, I highly recommend All In Solutions.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time staying for a php and iop program and it did not disappoint. All the staff members are very friendly and have proven time and time again that they genuinely care about you and your recovery. There is a good mix of having serious processing groups as well as fun activities to get your mind off everything. Would like to give a shout out to my counselor Jason for pushing me and making me want to work on myself which is something I never thought I would want to do. Would definitely suggest this place to people.

Negative experience: Do not come here. Shady business practices with intent to charge your insurance as much as possible. They are sales man and have no regard for your privacy. Dropping hints about not paying back the money for detox and signing a promissory note with no actual paper work. I would stay away.

Fantastic experience: I have so much to say about All in soloutions California first off my counsler jason was the best thing that's ever came my way in my journey he's helped me reach alot of my goals I had he's taught me so much in 71 days that I had no idea I would ever learn thanknyou jason for that and for the house Michelle was my hero when it came to needing sombody n to talk too she was always available even tho she was always busy cleaning all the house she stopped and help me get through what I was battling she does alot for us and most of the clients don't see that but she does she was a amazing person all around barbie and Heather also was so good to me and last but not least debbie was amazing and helped me at all cost she always was ther to lift me up when I was down thank all in solutions for saving my life❤️

Negative experience: One of the things you will here in 12 step program is the 12th step, it is suggested, to share/ spread the message to the alcoholic that still suffers. And when you call to find out about the program, ask about the 12 step. My messages is this, you do not need someone in control of your life and your belongings, the alcohol or drugs has already done that to you, and you deserve better to be treated like human not a stat sheet. Please, I beg you, do not go here. If your seeking help, do your reasearch your options, My experience with,, All in solutions is, as follows I called and had convsation with sam, sam said I we will front the cash to fly you to California round trip with a promisery note to pay back. I live in Oregon We Had countless conversations over the phone the week Prior to my arrival, we never discussed policy and procedures, we did talk about what to bring and not bring. me and my wife where on the phone ansked what if thing didn't work out, sam replied they would atleast pay my return flight home with promisery note. I Never had a discussion with a counselor or professional Metal Health advocate. just a pushy sales men from a call canter that has nothing to do with the program, you don't even talk to anyone on Site till you get there, well at least I didn't Now the day befor my arrival Kiven sent me a packing list, NOW WOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD TIME TO SEND POLICY'S AND PROCEDURES Now at this time I had received numerous calls prior to leaving home for my flight asking me is every thing ok was I going to make my flight and so forth. NOW let remind you As I arrived, I was brought to the office to be processed into the program, I was stupid enough to sign paper work I never seen or read just a so called nurse that had no ID that a registered nurse is supposed to have on then on a tag in case of emergency and to receive care then was told I would have to submit to a body scan witch in reallty is a jail house strip search, search my suite case and all my belongings. And that they would lock them in a safe intill I leave. Well I don't know I have to keep an eye on my bank account to make sure my bills are getting paid witch I do through my phone. Well I refused the strip search due to lack of transparency of the program prior to my arrival, they had many occasions to send an email and send policy s and procedures but due to lack of professionalism, By the staff, I refuse d the body scan and was told I was not going to receive as promised At 2:30 AM I was brought to the local hospital and dropped off No plain ticket as promised And more then a hour or two from the airport. So even after all that bs I was willing at the time I would wait around till there was suitable staff present to try and work thing out. But you already know people do three things lie cheat and steal Now the next day I get couple of phone calls trying to see what it would take to get me back there, I said reimbursement me for the room cool he said, not going to happen he also agreed that if you told people they would be striped searched they would never agre to be there! I know enough about people to know that when it comes to money and insurance people will lie cheat and steal. REMBER PEOPLE THIS IS BIG BUSINESS. These people are getting paid to help you. Never tust anyone over the phone to help you. At least ask alor of questions evey program is not a good program Never trust a progarm that is not up front at what they do Bottom line your there house payment, and Porsche. Now, that my sobriety date is 9/21/24 I want to tell you that I'm at a place with cell phone my wallet with c card a private safe in my room and I'm able to take care of outside things as they Happen like in real life the way life really is without going to someone having to ask them, like in real life. There times when business needs taken care of as it happens they know that Yep you may be in Treatment but there are times you just can't put things on hold because your in Treatment

We are sorry to hear that you felt you were not adequately informed about our intake procedures prior to admission. As I'm sure you can understand, it is a necessary safety measure to search clients and their belongings as they come into care. The safety of our entire community of clients is our highest priority. As for access to your phone, if you would have actually admitted into the program, you would have learned that we frequently make accommodations for clients to use their phone to do things like pay bills, get phone numbers, etc. We are not rigid or inflexible, we understand people have lives outside of treatment that must be tended to. But you don't need your phone on you 24/7 to be able to do that. It's completely inaccurate and unfair to imply that we "lied, cheated, or stole" from you. None of that is true. We hope that you learn that you CAN and MUST trust others to help you along your road to recovery. And, we hope you get the help that you need. You don't have to try to do this alone!
Fantastic experience: I just left All in Solutions after 55 days sober! I loved all the staff in both the detox location and the sober living house. The best part was the support I got from my friends and staff while I was finding myself again. I loved my counselors and Jason has continued to check in on me now that I am home! I am very lucky to have so much support for a new beginning to my life!

Fantastic experience: I would like to start with I’m one to give credit where credit is due. Coming to AIS was my first time in treatment and first time seeking help from outside source's. I strongly underestimated the severity of addiction and knew very little about the disease. Needless to say I was in a hopeless and desperate state of mind with no joy towards the future. I was reliving the hell I had created day after day from many years of substance abuse. I can’t express enough gratitude to the staff at AIS for their above and beyond work ethic. Although each staff member offers their own personal uniqueness to the environment at AIS I would like to acknowledge certain personnel that were a key factor in my recovery. Miss Debbie, The behind the scenes mastermind of AIS. Although Debbie has a long list of daily responsibilities, she still makes time to hear out her clients. She will do anything within her power pertaining to outside problems just so her clients can give one hundred percent focus in their recovery. Even with issues going on in the facility between clients and staff, she remains neutral in hearing both sides out to come to a reasonable solution. Her integrity and dedicated work ethic should never go unnoticed. Thank you so much Debbie, you’ve been an inspiration to me and I am keeping the promise I wrote about to you. ❤️ America, Good oh America During most of my time at AIS I would only associate with America when passing by one another. Whether that being in her going to the printer or restroom because she was always in her office working. I didn’t truly get to know her up until the week of my departure. It was time to talk about my discharge plan and I had been withholding information because I simply didn’t want the staff to worry about me. By doing so I was only hurting myself and making their job that much harder. She stayed with me working through each problem and was focused on the solution. She displayed so much compassion and patience even when I felt like throwing the towel in myself. She had guided me the whole time in coming to AIS and did the exact same when I had left. That is very rare to have, usually when your time is up it simply becomes your problem, not theirs. Thank you so much America Hepzibeth, I saved the best for last. In coming to treatment I feel it’s safe to say many of us have been neglected and denied of love and compassion from loved ones due to our substance use. With that being said I feel that makes this certain employee that much more special to AIS. Hepzibeth has displayed to me and other clients so much love and compassion, in doing so she gave a lot of us hope towards the future. Her open door policy had truly been put to the test in my time there. We had spent many hours together working through problems. It wasn’t for nothing though , she brought back something in me I’d never thought I see again, self love. Not only was I able to love myself but learned to love those around me. The compassion and joy I had received from her was being projected off of me to those I encountered. This didn’t come easy by any means, I truly challenged her and was constantly turning up the heat on her. Little did I know she was doing the exact same to me. It had all paid off in the end because the once angry person that had first walked in her office was not the same person that had left. Nowadays I am a very joyful person with a laugh that can heard throughout the rooms and I owe that all to you Hepzibeth. To anyone seeking help and change I strongly recommend Hepzibeth as a counselor. Her and my sponsor became my lifeline during my stay there and am blessed for both of them. From the bottom of my heart I thank you Hepzibeth for not giving up on me and showing me a new way of living. Thanks for letting me be your shadow For anyone out there seeking help for yourself or love ones, I strongly recommend AIS for the cleanliness of the facility and above and beyond work ethic from staff. Fantastic experience: I had been struggling with a crippling opiate and benzo addiction for the last 13 years of my life. I had reached a point in my life where I was untrustworthy, unemployable, and unable to function as a member of any society. I only knew how to do three things. Lie, cheat, and steal. I didn’t come into All In Solutions on a winning streak or a high note. I crash landed here, demoralized and broken. My self esteem and confidence nonexistent, and had been for some time. The only constants in my life were drugs, and the feelings of depression and hopelessness. In a constant state of anxiety and unable to live life on life’s terms. Having been to roughly two dozen treatments centers, detox’s, and sober livings in my life. My outlook was cynical at best. What would be so different about this one. What is it that they can do for me that someone hasn’t already tried? I can honestly say that my predisposition couldn’t have been more flawed. What I was showed was compassion, and understanding. More importantly they cared. That was what was missing. For someone to care, and have faith. Special shoutout to Dana, Jason, Slyvia, Barbara, Z, Anthony, and Debbie. In no specific order. You have helped me more than you will ever know.

Fantastic experience: The staff genuinely care about each and every individual and listen to everyone’s needs. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family. This place is literally the best place to come and hit the reset button and help you find the best version of yourself. They offer weekly alumni meetings as well as weekly family support meetings. Fantastic experience: Whoever says we can’t recover is full of it, I have been struggling with addiction since middle school age, finally 1017 days ago I went to divine detox. I was at the bottom my kids moved out I was stretching a $300 a day habit. My best friend the love of my life walked away after I overdosed in the bathroom of our home where we were raising our children. Today I am maintaining a 3.9 GPA student at our local community college on the road to becoming a school counselor, yesterday I competed in a school bus rodeo (driving coarse and written exam) which included 7 counties worth of drivers also competing. I earned bragging rights of placing 3rd out of 7 counties worth of drivers!!! I work two jobs am a full time student am raising 5 amazing children I did not birth, I have been helping my step daughter in her struggle through recovery, and was offered an amazing opportunity to become a stem educator for the two colleges in our area! All because you guys helped guide me to the road to recovery! I am blessed to have met you all honestly I never thought I would make it past day one. Today I am 1016 days sober, taking it day by day, my life is amazing!!! WE DO RECOVER!!! Thank you for your help in my recovery process

Fantastic experience: AIS should be the standard for all treatment facilities. The staff are professional and have the experiences to be understanding with clients and their situations. Every issue is addressed with the individual on a case by case basis. AIS encourages step based recovery rather than loading clients up with medications to mask issues and kick the can down the road, which is an underrated element of their treatment plan and hard to find in the the recovery business. You will feel at home there. You will find family there. If you want somewhere that will give you the tools, space, and time that you need to heal and create recovery, AIS is the place to go. It changed my life and I would recommend it to anybody who can’t do this on their own without hesitation.

Negative experience: My experience at AIS was overall good. The thing I think needs to be talked about to the staff, is the staff at the womens house.. They’re extremely clicky and gossipy. There’s no reason I as a client shouldn’t be knowing what’s going on with other clients. Talking bad about them. You walk downstairs and they all get quiet. There was an incident with a certain client and they were bad mouthing her thinking she wasn’t home, turns out she was home. :/ should get them in check IMO

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at AIS. Most of the staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely cared about my wellbeing. AIS helps create a strong foundation in recovery and will go the extra mile for their clients. Debbie does a phenomenal job running the program and the ladies at the house were accommodating and supportive in every way. My counselor, Dana was one of the best I’ve ever had! I would absolutely recommend AIS to anybody looking for a new beginning in life.

Fantastic experience: This place is the very best option for recovery! The staff is fantastic, extremely hospitable, well trained and knowledgeable! The counselor have many years of professional experience and some decades of experience! The facilities are always super duper clean, wonderfully convenient amenities like pool, jacuzzi, treadmills, bicycles, stationary exercise bikes, Free weights, weight machines, pool table, ping pong table, corn hole, and more. The disease information, coping skills, weekend outings and drug and alcohol education is invaluable! But best of all, being located in Simi Valley, the AA and NA community is vast, welcoming and life saving without a doubt! I feel like I would have no chance for surviving my sinisterly deadly disease without all that I've gained from my 95 day stay at AIS! I owe them , my sponsor and that community my life. But if you ask any of them they tell you the newcomer has blessed them more than they've blessed us!

Negative experience: My son contacted them after a DUI. They insisted he jump on a plane within an hour and head to Southern California. When we told them we did not want their service and would seek care in Northern California they called me and my son repeatedly loudly insisting I was denying him quality care and laughably claiming that there were no private rehab facilities in Northern California. Finally had to block their number. Unethical and definitely not putting patient first

I have spent eight months in nine different facilities in California trying to get sober from alcohol and they were all good. But AIS was amazing. That’s when I started taking my life seriously with the help of their genuine staff, thorough care for clients, structured program, and laid back house. They gave me my life back and are willing to take the time and put in the effort to teaching you about whatever you have been struggling with. Jamie, Debbie, Brittany, Anthony, Dave, Sylvia and Jason all work in the PHP/IOP office during the day.

Negative experience: "Adjustments Family Services" is an affiliate with "Divine Detox". They work together. Negligence from both companies caused my wife a short term financial hardship. They failed to file FMLA paperwork to her employer. They also neglected multiple emails and messages to send a medical release letter to her employer (after returning home). We were actually told multiple times that they would not send the letter at all. My wife was not able to return to work all week because of this. We were told over and over that they would "handle it", as it relates to filing the correct paperwork for treatment. Then when she returned home, they offered no help and would not even respond. UPDATE: 11/1/2022 - We just found out that the treatment center All In Solutions sent my fiancé to was not covered as "In Network" with her provider. (All In Solutions has the same parent company as Adjustment Family Services, but operates under a different DBA). They told us they contacted insurance and it was all covered. They never told us that it was out of network, and because of this, the max out of pocket is now double what it would have been. Again, All In Solutions took advantage of us in a vulnerable position. They advised us to not call her employer as it could cause more stress. We were naïve and trusted that they were truly looking out for her wellness. This is absolutely disgusting. We now have more bills, more stress, and added trauma to an already difficult situation. update- 08/03/2023- Looks like they addressed my concern an entire year later? They are still not taking responsibility and rather placing the blame with the companies they contract with?? There is more to the story: This company contracts with deceptive lead generation companies who will tell you that you are approved for insurance, even though your insurance has told them otherwise. Costing us tens of thousands more, then if they just would have helped us with a treatment center "In network". We were naive and trusted the experts to help navigate us through a difficult and vulnerable time. They took advantage of our vulnerability instead of leading us truthful and empathetically to get the help we needed. They did all of this to make a "sale". Instead of being upfront and telling us that we would be better off finding a treatment center "in network", they were deceitful. It is absolutely disgusting how we were treated after it was brought to their attention that we were lied to from the beginning. How a company could take advantage of people who are in a vulnerable spot is pure evil. ALL IN SOLUTIONS agreed that the company the contracted with failed to tell us they were out of network. They had the call recorded and would not release it unless I "went through the courts". They ultimately flexed on our concern and wanted us to pay for a lawyer to fight the fact that we were lied too. Instead of helping us. If they really had no ties to the lies that we were told, why did they not help us? Take this info for what it is worth,.. but If you are reading this: In my personal opinion, There are MUCH BETTER treatment facilities then this. They are all over. Ask around (friends, family, church, ect..) but DO NOT TRUST - All In Solutions. - Taylor!
Hi Taylor, we are very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. There was clearly a breakdown in communication and we take full responsibility for that. We are taking steps to ensure that family members have greater access to case management staff at all of our facilities in the future. We have reviewed the situation and confirmed that our staff did not fail to file the necessary paperwork. Rather, someone outside of our organization had already filed paperwork which resulted in duplication-related issues. If somoebody else files for FMLA, and does so incorrectly, we cannot access or change that filing. We can only request an extension, if it is approved. As for a completion letter, that is correct that we will not provide paperwork stating that a client has succesfully completed our program if they haven't successfully completed our program. As for the financial situation, we are an out of network provider. We never represented ourselves as in network with your insurance. As an out of network provider, we are required to send a bill for any charges that the insurance company doesn't pay (or doesn't pay entirely). We are, however, not in the business of putting our clients or their families into financial hardship. That being the case, these bills are never transferred to 3rd party credit or collections agencies. If you have any questions related to billing, or would like to make a contribution toward an outstanding bill, please contact us and we'd be happy to help.
Update 8/24/23:
We did not and do not contract with any 3rd party lead generation companies. Our admission to a breakdown in communication was in reference to your complaint that you had trouble getting in touch with your partners case manager. Anybody you would have spoken to about seeking treatment at any All In Solutions treatment program is an employee of All In Solutions who works exclusively for All In Solutions. Our employees told you that we accepted your insurance and that it would cover your treatment at our facility. We did not tell you that it would cover 100% of billed charges and we didn't tell you that we were in-network with your insurance. If we didn't accept your insurance or your policy didn't cover treatment, we would have given you our private pay rates, which are due prior to admitting to the facility.

Fantastic experience: Wow, the experience I had at Adjustments Family Services really changed my perspective on life and on history my addiction/alcoholism. Before I came into treatment I was unsure if I was able to change, but after my time at AFS I was able to learn things about myself I never knew. Really made me feel confident about my recovery and moving forward with my life with my family. It feels good being able to rest my head at night knowing Im not the same person I used to be. Love the whole team at Adjustment Family Services from the sober coaches, counseling staff, to the nursing staff. I will be eternally grateful for them and all they do.

Fantastic experience: My experience at AFS has been wonderful. If you worried about arriving at place that is not up to your standard of living, no need to worry because the facility is clean and very up to date. You will have no problems in that category at all. Bathrooms, Living quarters, outside patio and pool area are cleaned twice a day. The staff is mostly willing to make sure your stay with a AFS is as comfortable as possible. The clinical staff has done wonders for me. They work with you on your addictions but also you behaviors in life that have made your make these terrible decisions that have gotten you to this point in your life. They don't sugar coat it. They tell you how it is but at the same time they do so with empathy and compassion. I'm of course working on myself and this is an ever evolving process. I'm not perfect but AFS has helped accept my faults and be ok with them. If your thinking about taking this wonderful journey in to sobriety, it's not gonna be easy. I will tell you that you want AFS in this battle with you. All I know is that I arrived at AFS from North Carolina a broken and lost man but will be leaving a man that looks at life as a gift and is ready to live again.

Fantastic experience: I am currently at Adjustments Family Services for over a month now. Not only is the program phenomenal, the staff is amazing. They are genuine people that truly care about each and every one of us here. They guide us in processing our emotions, life experiences, losses, and trauma in group settings. In the group you are among your peers, who have had similar experiences to yours. This is crucial because then you can relate and identify with one another. We also get individualized one on one counseling. You can talk about more personal things with them. They will help you with anything you need here and also set you up for success when you go home. I have learned so much here about myself than I have in 34 years.I’ve laughed more than I have in years. I have hope again, motivation, and a sober clean mind! If you are struggling and don’t know what to do or where to go for help with your disease of alcoholism and/or addiction, just know you’re going to be okay. The first step is surrendering and coming to a place like this. It will be the most vital decision you have made for yourself. There is hope for you, I promise. I learned so many things about myself here as a young man that I wouldn't have learned elsewhere, the support staff truly cared about me even though we had are moments, the case worker was cool;) and the higher ups I believe did a good job. Now id be lying if everything was prefect, because it wasn't I came in pretty egotistical, I had a chip on my shoulder, I was cocky and you could not tell me how or what to do, I had this mentality of I can do this on my own. When I left AFS it was a different story I had more of an understanding for myself as well as others and i had built a support system. Fantastic experience: Adjustment Family Services is the place too get good help in your recovery. This is my 1st time ever in recovery and I believe because of the hard work of the councilors and case manager that I will be able to succeed. The counselors and case manager have a genuine concern of your well being and they work hard to help you maintain it. They check in on you after you complete the program also because they really care. ❤

Fantastic experience: I participated at Adjustment Family Services for 2 months. The experience was incredible. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and willing to be helpful at all times. I can feel the change in myself - the growth and confidence. I would highly recomend.

Fantastic experience: Coming to AFS really helped me to deal with my problems. When I came here I didn't really know what to expect but everybody welcomed me here with open arms. They were listening to me and helped me duringy recovery. The staff is very helpful and did everything possible to support me. No matter if the problems where connected to my recovery or scheduling appointments with doctor's. I couldn't think about a better place to go to.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with adjustment family services. The staff is very helpful and is there to talk at anytime to help you whether you’re having a good day or a bad day. They genuinely want to help you to reach your fullest potential and see you recover. The counselors are also great and well educated. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience recently at Adjustments Family Services, learning about alcoholism and sobriety. The staff is wonderful-they we’re helpful and have good attitudes! And the counselors held informative group sessions that taught me a lot about my disease and the “team building” exercises were fun. I learned many things about myself - reasons for drinking and coping skills to avoid drinking going forward from my counselor, Jason. I highly recommend AFS for help in fighting addiction!!
