Fantastic experience: When my doctor recommended PhysioFit, I was skeptical, but he said Joshua was the best he’d seen. I love my doctor so I tried PhysioFit. If I need to go back, for other problems, I’ll definitely use them. Josh and Kaitlyn are both outstanding. I’ve been there twice for two different problems, and they quickly diagnosed it and went to work on them. Both problems were from not exercising certain muscles and not stretching. They got me in good shape and sent me home with an exercise regimen to keep me healthy. They’re the best around, in my book!

Fantastic experience: Kaitlyn Ourso is an awesome physical therapist. She is very knowledgeable and professional as well as kind and considerate of me and my concerns. She was instrumental in helping me with my issues. Also the facility is kept very clean and everyone there is very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Physiofit exceeded my expectations to help curb my TMJ pain. Chantel was always so kind when making appointments and answering my questions. Dr. Alleman was my therapist and made sure I was not in any discomfort during therapy, helped me understand the root causes of my pain, and provided a helpful app for me to continue my exercises at home. You can tell how much they truly care about helping patients feel better as I witnessed every staff member and therapist treat their clients of all ages and backgrounds with the utmost respect and dignity. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Kaitlyn Ourso at Physiofit is absolutely amazing! I saw her for pelvic floor physical therapy during my pregnancy, and the experience was outstanding. Kaitlyn is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. She explained everything clearly and created a personalized plan that made a huge difference in my comfort and confidence throughout pregnancy. Her care helped me feel stronger and prepared for postpartum recovery. If you’re looking for a skilled pelvic floor therapist who truly cares about her patients, Kaitlyn is the best!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best physical therapy organization that I’ve ever gone to. The staff is simply amazing! They great you with a smile make sure you’re comfortable and they also push you towards healing in a very gentle way! I can only pray that God continues to bless this place! Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Physiofit Physical Therapy! Kaitlyn is an absolute gem and really knows her stuff. Josh is pretty awesome too, and the whole team makes you feel welcome from day one. Their assistants are amazing—so helpful, positive, and fun to be around. The exercises they gave me actually targeted the real source of my pain, and I could feel the difference. I honestly hated to get discharged because everyone there made therapy something I looked forward to. If you need physical therapy, go to Physiofit—you’ll be in great hands and leave feeling so much better!

Fantastic experience: I finished my post total knee replacenent therapy today. My experience at Physiofit with Kaitlin was fabulous! She is very knowledgeable and explained what she was having me do and why. Under her care I regained better range of motion than I anticipated and my strength and flexibility is improving all the time. I gained enough understanding of what I needed to do to keep improving and intend to keep up with my exercises on my own. Thanks Kaitlyn! The facility is also very clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this facility and these therapists to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank all 3 of them Kaitlyn Josh and David these 3 are rare but great funny and loving at the Sametime they all act like brother and sister everyday I have been hoinh over a year for different things and Kaitlyn has put up with me and all my pain but she has also helped me in more of movement now and when I came in I was hurting up to a 7 or a 8 and it went from that to a 1 now and the moment I have is good she has tough me when my neck does get stuff how to fix it and it works am very Happy to have them there and the crazy talks just like a biracial family and a great place to go and feel the warmth of them and they listen to you in all ways and do the best to fix you just right Love you guys and gals Ms. Kaila

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good about this clinic! The entire staff is friendly and made me feel welcome, comfortable and like I was part of their family. Josh is amazing!! My situation was a bit complex and he was always careful not to mess up one area while fixing another. He listened to what I said and knew when to push me to try harder and when to back off and let me take it easier. I highly recommend this clinic - they are exceptional!

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Joshua an his team for the great Physical Therapy and care they gave me following my ankle replacement. They were key in helping me improve and get back to normal following a complex surgery. Would highly recommend these guys for any physical therapy need you may have! Fantastic experience: Josh is an amazing PT. I went for problems with TMJ. He specializes in this area and I am so thankful for his knowledge. In a few visits he was able to treat my jaw and neck issues. I now have range of motion I did not think I would ever have again. I highly recommend this office.

Positive experience: This was my first time receiving physical therapy. My primary care physician recommended Physiofit and now I understand why. Very strong support. My therapist was very knowledgable and experienced. The only downside is that my therapist would multitask during my sessions which would leave me waiting on him on my time. Aside from that, he not only helped me reduce (almost eliminate) my shoulder pain, but provided me with a lot of knowledge on what causes my pain and training me with an exercise regimen to prevent me from reinjuring my shoulder. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Josh was the first care provider to teach me how to manage my TMJ pain with solution that actually worked. The physical treatments there were amazing and helped me have relief until my next appointment later in the week. will go back if I ever need physical therapy again

Fantastic experience: The team at Physiofit performed above and beyond my expectations for rehab. The pain and issues with my neck and arms went after in a very short period of time without the use of medications. They even gave suggestions for exercises and stretches to incorporate at home to maintain post rehab. This will be my recommendation for physical therapy going forward.

Fantastic experience: Of all the physical therapy centers I’ve used in this city PhysioFit offers the most comprehensive, customized, detailed evaluations and therapy I’ve encountered. They don’t just give you a bunch of exercises to do. They actually give you a detailed explanation of what each exercise is doing to help your specific problem and they also explain what you’ve been doing to create and contribute to the problem in the first place. That way, you can make permanent corrections for your own conditions without having to return for the same problems repeatedly.

Fantastic experience: I was sent by my PCP to Josh at Physiofit for a particular shoulder problem. Josh did an excellent job diagnosing both a couple weaknesses/problems with my shoulder, but also a few weaknesses with my neck as well. He always takes the time to listen well and make appropriate adjustments to exercises. I have gained far more function than I've had in years. I highly recommend Josh and the team at Physiofit!

The atmosphere is friendly and familiar l, and everyone is very professional. I had to reschedule a few times and they were very understanding, accommodating and flexible with my schedule. I strongly recommend if you are looking to get healthy and feel comfortable while doing so. 5 stars isn’t a high enough score in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I worked as a student over the summer with Josh as my CI and had a great experience. He gave great leadership and insights on all topics and was a guiding figure when needed. He did a great job allowing me to figure out my own flow without letting me get too off track and always encouraged a reason behind any action. Not only was it clearly evident that Josh is a great PT but also that he will be a great mentor for the future. The clinic itself is set up for close patient therapist interaction and I had the pleasure of getting to know many of the patients very well over the summer. Overall, it was certainly a great experience and I would recommend Physiofit to any student or potential patient who is looking for engaging interaction with their therapist and opportunities to grow.

Fantastic experience: I went to Physiofit for about 8-9 weeks for shoulder pain and I improved so much over my time there. Josh knew how to treat me, he went into great detail on what was actually wrong with my shoulder and informed me on how to even prevent it in the future. The entire staff was always in a great mood when I went. The environment was very welcoming and enjoyable, it never felt like a dreadful PT appointment. I enjoyed my time there and am back to 100% strength. I will always recommend this place if anyone needs physical therapy. Be careful if you go there though, Amanda might try to tell you that the Cheetos brand “hot fries” are better than the original ones…. (;

Fantastic experience: Josh is awesome. He not only diagnosed my shoulder problem but also explained the biomechanics so I could have a better understanding of what is going on. After 2 weeks of sessions I was back to pain free with everyday movements and a month after implementing the exercises and stretches he gave me i'm finally able to go to the gym and workout pain free for the first time in over 9 months. Forever grateful Josh, thanks !!

I’ve been going to Physiofit on Coursey Blvd. and working with him for the past few weeks to work on my back pain and strengthen my core and it’s been a great experience. Physiofit's evaluation of my condition was different than the others, focusing on what is the actual problem as oppose to instructing exercises I have no idea why I'm doing. Everything is explained in detail when, where, how, and why the techniques used will help. Once you start noticing the relief the attention to detail here is much more appreciated. Fantastic experience: I have had a very positive experience at Physiofit in Baton Rouge with Josh and his staff. Josh has been a great help to teaching me exercises to help my body move more freely aside from my back, neck and feet issue. His personal client approach in listening to my needs has helped tremendously in my treatment as he shifted treatment to accommodate my actual needs. Fantastic experience: My experience at physiofit has been great! Ever since my injury during may I’ve been having issues with my Elbow. But since my visits there I’ve been working along side Josh whose been very understanding and helpful made my experience enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Josh as a PT. I came in with hip pain and he diagnosed me and worked on strengthening and stretching. He explained everything as we went and found some other weaknesses that I needed to address. After several weeks of therapy my hips are better and I was given exercises and stretches to keep up with for the future. Josh is very knowledgeable, has a fun personality and made my sessions enjoyable and productive.

I've been here for about 3 weeks and I have almost returned to perfect walking, something I haven't done in years. He is very attentive and helps a lot with advice and questions outside of the therapy and I am extremely satisfied with my visits so far. Could not recommend physiofit enough!
