My shoulder surgery recovery journey began with Karen, then Brad, and finally Hunter for my sustained recuperation program. All, of course, supported by the masterful efforts of Jenny. They are all exceptional. Dr. Van Houten even sent me a note a month after graduation, checking in on me. Cannot offer a more resounding endorsement of Bartley Physical Therapy. While I never met Nadine, she should be congratulated for an extraordinary team and next level execution. Well done Bartley Team!

Fantastic experience: I've just completed therapy to rehabilitate my left shoulder following rotator cuff and bicep surgery. This was my fourth and best physical therapy experience by far. The therapists and staff at Bartley are absolutely amazing. Every one I worked with was professional, friendly, and highly skilled. They worked miracles with my wrecked shoulder; well beyond what I'd hoped for. Kelly, my primary therapist, is a superstar. I worked a lot with Katie as well who is equally adept. Christina and Hunter filled a few sessions and did a terrific job. High fives, kudos, and hallelujahs to one and all. I'd be remiss if I didn't also mention the office staff who run the facility like a well oiled machine. Nice people who excel at what they do. Well done team.

Fantastic experience: I have arthritis in my right hip referred to Bartley for PT. Brad, my PT explained how he was evaluating what I could do and give me some exercises to build up my hip muscles to possibly avoid surgery or build up the support muscles so if I did have the surgery the recovery would be that much faster. I'm very appreciative.

Fantastic experience: I have to say that unfortunately I have had a lot of injuries and some pretty serious so I have had a lot of PT. I am happy to say that Bartley Physical Therapy is one of the best that I have ever been to. They are very knowledgeable and careful. The staff is very professional but also fun. It looks like all get along well but take their work seriously and truly care about the clients. I hope I don't need PT again for some time but if I do I would happily return here! Hunter was amazing as well!

Fantastic experience: I first went to Bartley for rehab after total shoulder replacement. Through Nicole's work and guidance I was able to achieve about 90% range of motion, which exceeded my expectations. Most recently, I saw Nicole for rehab from lower back surgery. Although I am not 100%, I am on the road to complete functionality and understanding how to adapt to relieve pain. I would recommend Bartley to anyone needing PT.

Fantastic experience: I've been to lots of physical therapy clinics over the years and Bartley stands out well above the others. Working directly with a licensed physical therapist during your ENTIRE appointment is certainly unique. In most other cases, PT clinics hand patients off to aids that have much more limited experience and education. I personally worked with Nicole Tapking during my recovery. Her eye for minute details, desire and persistence to truly help her patients, and willingness to solve the root cause of the issue got me back to my typical activities quickly. I would gladly recommend her and Bartley Physical Therapy to anyone looking to make a speedy rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: I had a total knee replacement and Melinda took great care of me for my post operative recovery. She helped me put together a progressive home exercise plan, answered all my many questions and helped take the anxiety out of the recovery process. I would highly recommend Melinda and Bartley Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: If you are in need of PT services, look no further than Bartley. Everything is top notch. This includes the friendly and efficient office staff who were very accommodating in scheduling my appointments, handling insurance, etc. My PT was Erin Rouse who I HIGHLY recommend! She was extremely supportive, knowledgeable, caring, and committed to helping me throughout my recovery process following major rotator cuff surgery, and frozen shoulder. She worked with me until I was able to return to the majority of my normal/desired activities, and navigated me through the ups and downs throughout the process. Over the past decade, I have had a series of injuries that have sidelined me for varying amounts of time and have gone to a several cookie cutter physical therapy practices. When I found Bartley Physical Therapy, I learned about what’s possible with a program that provides a thorough individualized approach. I have seen a couple of other physical therapists at Bartley (including Melinda) and they all have provided a uniformly excellent level of care and are a pleasure to work with. Thanks so much!! Fantastic experience: I have been to physical therapy a number of times at several different clinics. At each one the experience was the same. After an initial evaluation, at every session, the therapist would spend about 10 minutes with me. Then it was turned over to an assistant or intern. My experience at Bartley was SO MUCH better. My physical therapist was with me for every minute of every session. As I went through exercises, he was attentive and pointed out ways I could improve my form. At each step, he measured my progress, and modified my exercise routine to maximize my progress. I cannot say enough good thinks about my therapist, Charlie. He took a genuine personal interest in my progress, and encouraged me every step of the way. He is great! Bartley has lots of private rooms for PT. Almost all of my sessions took place in a private room, which seemed safer during COVID. They also took great care to keep everything sanitized and safe during my sessions. I am a high-risk individual. In spite of my COVID fears, I felt safe at Bartley. I cannot imagine going anywhere else if I need PT in the future.

I was assigned to Melinda who was consistently knowledgeable & well-prepared for each of my sessions. I looked forward to the training sessions because they were interesting and also because I trusted that I would be challenged but not pushed beyond what might result in reinjury.

Nadine was my therapist and I found her to be most professional, over-the-top committed to the improvement of her patients and with an incredibly deep and broad knowledge base. This was consistently demonstrated over several different injury situations. It is definitely a top flight PT team.

Fantastic experience: This was my third time at Bartley. The other two were for less major issues but this one was for rehab after knee replacement in April. My last PT was yesterday after 7 weeks. I am so happy to say that thanks to my surgeon and Hunter at Bartley I am back to doing everything I could do prior to having the arthritis damage to my knee. Scheduling early made it possible to get the same time every visit and the treatment was just what my knee needed. Thanks to Bartley and Hunger.

Fantastic experience: I had physical therapy over 17 visits for a torn rotator cuff. Every therapist I met was excellent. Most of my visits were with Kelly Miller and she was phenomenal. I highly recommend Bartley Physical Therapy for any therapy needs.

Knew his field, was kind, and was knowledgeable. I have never stayed with P.T. because I never got better. Not in this case. I highly recommend Bartley Physical Therapy. Their staff is also top notch which a rarity today.
