Fantastic experience: A new Dr. was kind of a worrisome thing as I am well that person who needs to feel like I can trust things will go well . Things regarding my experience during appointment, went quite well. All was explained to me clearly and I felt at ease no more than a tiny prick of a shot just one, told me how it would go . I now feel like I need not worry. I like that .

Negative experience: Synovation is absolutely the worst pain management company possible. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an issue and called ten times (not an exaggeration, the actual number) and never got to a representative and they didn’t return any response. I would so leave them if I could, but they are the only provider in my medical plan. Absolutely the worst

Fantastic experience: They always call when they're supposed to and the staff is very helpful. And they really care, they don't just treat you like anybody. They really honestly care and the doctors are generally concerned with your health i recommend them to anybody. John is the best at doing appointments. He is so pleasant

Negative experience: They barely ever answer their phone at all their locations and when they do at a rare moment was very rude manners I’m not helpful at all. I really cannot recommend this to anybody cause really not Only. My situation hasn’t changed. He’s gotten worse because they really don’t want to or know how to take care of their patients properly.

Negative experience: I take strong medication every month so I need an appointment every month, after my last appointment, I was told that a nurse will call me back to schedule my appointment and I did not receive a call so now I called Back to schedule an appointment and I’m told there is nothing for the month of August so now how am I gonna do it for my refills and I’m talking about medication that I’ve been taking like for 15 years. That’s just show how concerned they are for their patients.

Fantastic experience: I always appreciate John & the staff, & his diligent efforts to get my appointments, which I know it can be challenging. John has to so much to manage, many times, alone. I only wish the office had an assigned doctor so we didn't have to wait so long for an treatnents or an epidural.

Positive experience: Doctor and assistant were great, the fluroscopy injection was done with minor pain. I miss the Simi Valley office and staff. The only issue with any of the offices it's the time you have to wait to schedule injections. I had to wait 3 month for my shot and the next one it's until November. In the meantime I have to deal with the pain. On a positive, John in the Simi office is a great person. He always responds to all my text in a timely manner, he's great employee. Thank you John

Negative experience: I don’t know why my HMO sent me there because in the end the nurse said there was nothing they could do for migraines as that was not what they typically see. So again, I’m left high and dry to suffer because no medical doctor can help. I will not be going back and wasting my time.

Negative experience: Please don't bother. My doctor was fired right after my appointment and now I have to start all over and get another consultation, which will take several months. Their Doctor who does epidurals had to cancel the appointment I was waiting for because he doesn't have a license. Now they want me to wait another four months to get treatment and it's been a month already. It is a miraculous occasion if you are able to get through to the front desk. You will be sent to an answering service and you will not receive a call back. Please, save yourself the effort and do not engage with this office. If your insurance referred you here, call them and request another office. I wish somebody had told me this a month ago so I could have saved the effort and frustration. I know this sounds dramatic, but that is not my intention. This is not a pain management office. It is a barren, beurocratic hellscape where you will be jerked around and you will not be able to talk to anybody who will hold any accountability for anything. Please save yourself the heartache Have a nice day

Fantastic experience: The staff is excellent, very friendly, patient, caring and professional. They respond to questions quickly and have great customer service. The parking is near the office, easy and plentiful. The office has plenty of seating and clean. I would highly recommend this office!

Positive experience: Have been getting shots in back for 3 years. This time required a face to face talk, MRI. New Dr. Have to wait 2-3 months for appointment for shots. Have to go to further location for shots when and if I ever get an appointment.

Negative experience: Simi Valley office should be doing oil changes not dealing with injured patients, their "N.P. Arin" is incapable of treating patients, if he doesn't like what you say or ask he just hangs up, the office staff will not answer the phone, I had Humana try as well and they wouldn't answer their call either... I believe there's fraud, please seek treatment elsewhere... May 11, 2024
Negative experience: Since Dr Jiang left this office its never run the same. The new clinician they have told me not his problem the referral frm his office was submitted wrong & all is job is to do is renew medication. I tried to explain to him this isn't the first time this has happened & he didnt note my chart properly as to where I was suppose to go. I explained to him who ever does the referrals should be reviewing pts chart to see where they have gone prior & just trying to let him know these things & he lost it. He started to yell at me stating I was accusing him of how to do his job & he does this all day & its not his problem & told me to find a different Dr & he wasnt refilling me medication & hung up on me. So now I have been left no pain medication & no proper referral for epideral. Dont use this office they are horrible.
Negative experience: Worst experience ever, met with Dr. Jiang? April 5 & he proceeded to tell me it was his last day. I was then scheduled a telemedicine appointment with Reseda office and I have no idea how they stay in business. Prescription that was called in couldn't be filled so pharmacy called office & still to this day 6/14/23 we have yet to hear back from anyone. They ordered MRI of lumbar on May 13....still waiting for my results! Called again this morning only to be forgotten on hold, so over this fake pain Management!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jiang listens well. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and a great man. He has helped me so much with my chronic back pain. I have had 8 spinal surgeries with fusion t-4 to s-1. Dr Jiang has helped me have some quality of life. You really can't ask for much more than that. Thank you Dr J.
Negative experience: I got a phone call about 30 minutes, less than a week away from my appointment that it is being canceled and i will not be seen until march 22nd at the earliest. this appointment is for a nerve block, i have been waiting for since early january. i cannot walk and i am in constant pain 24 hours a day. they will not even put me on a cancellation list. im sitting here crying my eyes out right now waiting for the operations manager denise to call me back, the woman who called to cancel my appointment said there is nothing that can be done. Extremely unprofessional and clearly they do not care about their patients. i have never had a doctor cancel my appointment and not reschedule within a reason amount of time. 5 weeks later is completely unacceptable.
Negative experience: If I had the option to leave NO stars I would. The last phone appointment I had was in July. I was camping out of service for a week and couldn’t receive the call. As soon as I got back into service I called and left a VM with my provider to her inbox. Since then, I have called and left the provider SEVERAL voicemails, I have had the receptionist send SEVERAL messages to the provider to please contact me. I called 2 weeks ago, spoke to a receptionist who sent my message as URGENT to the provider who was supposed to get back to me within 24-48 hours and still NOTHING. I have called 5 times today, no answer. It is prompting me to submit my phone call to be called back in the que line, twice it has called then it hangs up. I have NO IDEA what is going on with this office but this is the worst experience I have had with a doctors office. Update; just got off the phone with a customer care representative since the ACTUAL OFFICE can’t answer the phone after I’ve called 15 times! Now since THEY haven’t seen me since July I cannot get a refill or short term fill on medications and I need to be seen. I HAVE CALLED EVERY MONTH SINCE JULY LEAVING SEVERAL MESSAGES AND NOOOOOO RESPONSE. But because they haven’t seen me DUE TO THEM NOT GETTING BACK TO PATIENTS I now have to take off work to go into an appointment. Best believe this won’t be a pleasant experience at the office this day.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about Dr. Jiang as my pain management doctor. Dr. Jiang takes the time to listen with compassion and understanding and goes over options to treat my nerve pain. He has been an advocate in getting me the surgery I needed when other mds didn't. I highly recommend Dr. Jiang for your pain management needs.
Fantastic experience: DR J is terrific
Fantastic experience: My husband has been in the worst pain of his life for two years. He’s gone through physical therapy with four different firms only to be in worse pain then when entering for his appointments. He has been told by two different specialists that his spine is inoperable. He has arthritis An a bulge where narrowing exists...along with other technical explanations that are very intricate. He has been getting relief with doctor Jiang and he didn’t go straight to epidurals. He is trying trigger point injections with lidocaine and steroids at first and has backed off the steroids for the time. He is working to see what works for me and has helped me a lot. He is also the only person that helped my us and understand WHY nothing has worked. We are not pain free but we are at a controlled pace now and can actually try some core strengthening and exercise to see if that will help. Before it was hopeless. You do wait in his office a bit and appointments are in demand but We wouldn’t dream of leaving his care. Can update as time goes by. It’s only been a few months.
Negative experience: While I like the doctor, however to have an RFA, I needed to be seen in Pasadena. I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday the 25th (which it took over a month to get that day). I received a call Friday, the 21st, stating I could not be seen on the 25, but I could come in on Monday the 24th instead. Unfortunately, I am unable to find someone to drive me from Simi Valley to Pasadena that day. When I called to reschedule, I was told that if I couldn’t come in on the 24th, I wouldn’t be able to be seen until the end of August. So much for getting relief for my back pain. I was never treated so poorly when I was seeing Dr. Kumar, who can do RFA’s right here in Simi Valley.
