Fantastic experience: I am dealing with bulging discs. Epidurals only helped so much. A truly frightening predicament! My 45 minute sessions at Seven Oaks begin with a very nuanced and relaxing back massage, and end with being taught some type of exercises. We started with stretching exercises, then I was pleasantly surprised to find they have Pilates reformers, my personal favorite. Have moved on to their repertoire of very helpful and core strengthening reformer exercises, a welcome addition to mine. The staff teaching the exercises are friendly, helpful, and funny themselves. David and Celia are amazing with massage technique. They have shared their very informed knowledge of how trauma affects the body. My body was so far from the state I knew prior to the trauma, it was a relief to learn that what l was going through was typical for that type of event. Also, that my body wants to heal, and I am finding… can heal. It is a process, but I am finding consistent relief. When I made a wrong move on my reformer at home, they were there to smooth it out and help strengthen my core. I feel like I am in good hands and progressing nicely. Thank You Seven Oaks!

I've worked with a number of different PTs and they have all been so great. They are very skilled at their jobs, very professional, always punctual. They provide great information and take time to answer questions. The facility is very clean and neat. They also email the home exercise program, which is so helpful. I would highly recommend Seven Oaks PT.

They are very knowledgeable and friendly, working with me to identify problem areas and prescribing the best physical therapy treatment for my needs and abilities. Negative experience: I can only imagine that the reviews here were purchased. Here was my experience: My first visit, the therapist took my history. ZERO help was suggested. My second visit, the guy started like this. In my history, it literally says standing causes me pain. He stands next to his computer and discusses that with me WHILE HE HAS ME STAND. He even says to me, it says that standing triggers your pain. I was thinking, you realize that you are having me stand while you are reviewing my history? Then, i initiate sitting and we move towards a table. At no point did anyone explain to me what the process is. He should have said, i will speak to you, we will go to the table and and try to address the pain via stretch or message, then I will have my colleague give you some exercises and they will run through those with you. So instead, he has me stand to speak to him to recount what is already in my file. We go to the table. He gives me a couple of stretches. He tries a few until we find one that hits the right point. Then he messaged the spot for about 3 minutes, not kidding. Then he barks something to two girls standing with a clip board. They walk me through some exercises. One of the exercises actually caused MORE pain. Then, he walked away. He didn't even explain that he was gone and going to work with his next patient. He didn't even do any form of normal salutation. I didn't even know he was "done." The girls with the clip board said they would email me the exercises. I left with no papers in hand, so I could only recall two of the stretches, the one that caused more pain and one of the others. My visits were completely fruitless. The fact that trainer didn't even tell the patient that he was going to the next customer, i mean, literally just left, was honestly so bizarre. I neer recieved my exercises via email so I have had ZERO follow up. I stand utterly and completely unimpressed. I write this as I sit awake at 4:30 am - awake because I am in the pain which I went to Seven Oaks for help with.

Fantastic experience: Seven Oaks Physical Therapy and Fitness Center is a very professional and courteous. My experience with every member of the staff there has been very pleasant. Tashnee did a great job of assessing my limitations and catering a exercise program that was appropriate for were I was at. She started me off with a few at home exercises my first visit and introduced new ones on my second visit. During my therapy sessions she introduced exercises and eliminated ones that she felt were to much for me at that time. I have had physical therapy at numerous facilities and with different physical therapist at various times in my life and would recommend Seven Oaks Physical Therapy and Fitness Center and Tashnee.

Fantastic experience: REALLY enjoy the work and advise of their team. I feel better GOING there knowing they know what they are talking about! Went in for neck pain a few times and now feel better AND feel better prepared to manage this condition thanks to Frank and others at Seven Oaks.

Fantastic experience: Celia & her team are really amazing. I was referred to them for a torn tendon but Celia quickly accessed my situation & knew I needed help with balance & strength & regaining confidence in myself. They worked with me with various exercise equipment & walking, stretching & strength exercises. My balance has increased, I'm having no pain in my ankle & most important I'm regaining my confidence. Celia and her team have a great deal of patience & really care about the people they work with. I would highly recommend Seven Oaks for anyone that needs P.T.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by David Shumway for knee surgery and reverse shoulder surgery. David and his PT staff have enabled me to return to performing my daily activities with none or minimum restrictions. To obtain the results after such surgeries has required me to follow David’s guidelines for continuing improvement. I am extremely grateful for their knowledge and skills.

Fantastic experience: My family has been going to Seven Oaks for PT throughout the years. We have always found it well organized, clean, and the staff is friendly. My PT, Tash, is great-I feel comfortable with her and she knows her stuff!

Fantastic experience: I arrived in mid-January with a lower back ache. My Ortho had recommended 7 OAKS and gave me a cortisone shot. The shot was of limited utility but eight sessions at 7 Oaks did the trick and my ache went away has been cured by a combination of Eric and Sasha efforts.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful facility, kept super clean and COVID-safe! !!! Highly trained, professional, warm and encouraging staff, including the physical therapy aides ("shout out" to Alise and Robert). Tashnee's awesome knowledge of Vestibular Rehab got me through the horrible dizziness associated with BPPV (Benign Paroxymal Positional Vertigo). I now see Frank, for pain in my lower spine. The years of experience he brings to my hands-on sessions has me feeling more than grateful for his expertise. Can't forget to mention Hailey, who keeps the staff AND patients organized, and who has the patience of a saint!

Fantastic experience: I have used Seven Oaks twice, once in 2017 when a dog slammed me to a concrete floor and injured my back, and now when, as a result of gonzo gardening, I injured my shoulder. The physical therapists are all competent and kind, and they get results.

Positive experience: PT Staff are excellent. Check-in and phone calls placed on hold can be as long as 15-20 minutes wait.

Positive experience: The facility is nice, very impressive— but they NEVER answer the phone; they roll it over to the voicemail box, and call back on a whim. They need to change that, if they ever expect to get a 5- Star Rating.
