Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about InReach Physical Therapy. Everyone in the office is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and committed to helping you heal. Dylan took the time to listen to my shoulder issues, explained everything clearly, and created a personalized treatment plan that worked. He showed me exercise to do at home and the gym. The space is clean, well-equipped, and upbeat. You can really tell they care about both your progress and your comfort. Thanks to this amazing team, I’ve regained full range of motion in my shoulder and feel confident getting back to my regular activities. 100% recommend without hesitation!

Rob and his team are so great to do soft tissue work, mobilization, and exercises that have built up my strength and endurance. The pain is so much better! And the dry needling is a huge benefit! Fantastic experience: I was referred to InReach by my dentist for some TMJ issues I was having. Rob correctly diagnosed the problems and offered several insightful tips at my consultation. I followed up with three appointments for therapy. Rob, Dylan, and Jayden were all terrific -- skilled, helpful, and personable. The TMJ issues have been resolved and the pain is gone. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Night & Day Difference!!! My TMJ health journey has been nothing short than incredible here at InReach. I feel like a brand new person! No drugs or surgerys to heal, praise God! I love their entire staff. Each staff member is greatly educated and each brings something different to the table. Highly recommend and worth every penny.

Dylan took his time listening to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Got scraped, did some strengthening and stability exercises, and ended with some dry needling. Fantastic experience: Walk in and the receptionist are very welcoming! I had Dylan K. as my pt he was awesome. He helped me with my strained calf that I injured over the weekend. He was very professional and very welcoming as it was my first visit. Definitely will becoming back in future with my calf and future injuries that may come up! Nobody really likes working hard, but the excellent care and the atmosphere alone leaves you possibly tired, maybe a little sore but with an emotional high that I have never felt at any other PT . I am so thankful for all of them! I highly recommend anyone whose doctor prescribed therapy to go to InReach Therapy.

Fantastic experience: When I first came to InReach it was for my jaw. Somehow in our conversation we started talking about my shoulder pain. Rob had suspected a tear and referred me to OI for a scan where I learned I did have a tear in my shoulder. If it wasn’t for Rob and InReach I would be going on year 7 with my mystery pain! After surgery I didn’t have to think twice on who I would go for my PT. I had the chance to work with everyone for several months during my recovery and they created an environment where I would look forward to my sessions week after week. TRULY an amazing team. Fantastic experience: i had dry needling done for my tmj and neck because i’ve struggled with headaches/ migraines. they helped give me tips and stretches to maintain relief! the staff was great and very flexible with my schedule! this place is the best!

I looked forward to going to therapy every week as the atmosphere was positive and fun. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: Most Unprofessional place I've heard of in a long time.Having inappropriate conversations in front of patients. Moving from a patient to patient with lotion and transferring skin cells from individual to individual. Basically saying to stretch without showing a proper way to even do the stretch. Just all around Unprofessional and quite gross. If you have the option to go somewhere else I'd advise it.

Fantastic experience: In Reach PT, went above and beyond for my needs, and I 100/10 recommend! I was dealing with a Workmans comp, post surgery injury. Their amazing office coordinator got me on their schedule quickly, and the office hours benefit the working person. The PTs and PTAs are all highly knowledgeable. They actively listened to my questions and concerns, and explained treatment methods to me so I could understand them. They provided hands on techniques, as well as personalized exercises in office, as well as things I could do at home to help me recover quicker. They made sure I understood and felt confident in my treatment plan. Walking into In Reach was a breath of fresh air, all my anxiety about recovering from my injury, quickly disappeared after my first appointment. All of my questions were answered, and I truly feel I would not have recovered as quickly, or as well as I have if it wasn’t for the fabulous care at In reach!

Fantastic experience: We were in town for a hockey tournament and my daughter had a really sore back. They got us in on Saturday morning and got her feeling so much better! Rob and Lauren were great! He was so kind and knowledgeable, got her feeling better and gave stretches for her to work on and instructions on what to do when we got home. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: This place deserves more than just five stars. I’ve had countless PT sessions throughout the years but nothing will come close to InReach. Not only am I making profound progress after my surgery, I walk in knowing I’m in good hands. Every single person here always makes anyone who walks through their doors feel welcomed, heard, respected, etc. I can’t speak for everyone on how they feel when it comes to needing to show up for PT, but I will say personally I’ll be so sad when I finally reach my last session here. From day one I knew not only was I gonna be able to have full use of my arm back, but that I’d actually have fun doing it. I can’t recommend InReach enough! ☺️
