Fantastic experience: Chad in OT did an awesome job explaining and demonstrating the exercises that I needed to do and why/ what purpose each set will accomplish. He also went into details about the numbness that I was experiencing and why and how long it may be before it is gone. Chad really enjoys his job. He helped me make a game out of difficult exercises that he can see that I will struggle with. 10 stars for a job well done!

Positive experience: I would have given 5 stars, but she is new and needs more experience. I love her kindnesses, compassion, and friendliness. She just needs a bit more practice making splints.

Fantastic experience: I injured my wrist in a fall. Dr set me to OT for a splint. Chad went over all my options, over the counter vs custom, and answered all me questions in a professional manner yet in terms I understood. Ended up getting a custom splint that fits perfectly!!! Highly recommend!!!
