Negative experience: I don’t recommend. I spoke with Shannon and she said my visit are covered under my insurance. Then 2 weeks later she said I had to pay .

Fantastic experience: Danny & Shannon have an amazing team at their Siegen location. I rehabbed for 8 weeks following a fall where I broke 4 bones, dislocated my shoulder, and tore my labrum. Danny, Chad, Debbie, Brittany, Alex, David, & Luke got me back to normal and I couldn’t be more thankful for their efforts. I highly recommend the Lewy PT team!

Fantastic experience: Came here after having knee surgery for a torn meniscus. The check in staff and all the people who worked with me were very kind and helpful. I was able to completely recover from my surgery with no pain in about 5 weeks. Jon seemed very knowledgeable and was especially very helpful and listened every time I would tell him where there was pain in certain positions and he was always address it and change up my workouts based on my concerns and progress. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: A Relaxing environment, upbeat, and friendly attitude is what I’ve been greeted with at every appointment. My Physical therapist takes her time to understand my pain, and guides me to the result i envision.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. They worked with me on my level and then gradually increased the exercises. I improved over the time I was there. I plan to continue using the pool for maintenance.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the Lewy PT on Acadian for a few and it's been great! I've been feeling better and the staff is ridiculously fun and entertaining. It makes the exercises suck a lot less if you're having a good time while you're doing them. I can't remember the last time I've met a group of people that were so friendly and it's incredibly obvious that they really do care about the people they're treating. They're more than happy to explain your treatment plan to you and even provide you with information about how to do your exercises at home. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I want to let everyone in the area know how wonderful this place is, in its entirety. I have been going to Lewy Physical Therapy since May of 2021, and I will truly miss going back. Everyone on staff is to tentative, so personable, and incredibly accommodating. I looked forward to going to every appointment... do you have any idea how awesome a PT clinic has to be to look forward to your appointment? I am a college student so there were a lot of times where I had to change my appointments times / days last minute, and it was never a problem -- they did everything they could to work with me. The staff cares about each and every patient so much and really does everything they can to challenge and encourage you (thank you Amanda, thank you Mutsa). I am now completely healed and it is all thanks to this facility and how wonderful their care is. I would highly recommend Lewy Physical Therapy to everyone!

Negative experience: I was a patient in 2017 with back pain problems. All I did was pool exercises for a month and half, 2 massages for all that time. One day I over did it were next day my eye blood vessel popped and I was so sore. I did cancel my appointment and been charged. I did paid for cancel appointment $25. They try over charge me.All my bills been paid according to my EOB. And now in 2020 I recieved a letter from collection agency for a payment of $175.79 Please save your resits and EOB. My experience with them was expensive and didn't help me with my back at all !!!

His well rounded knowledge about the body is unparalleled with all past specialist I've been to. 10 years of back doctors, unnecessary discketomy surgery, acupuncturist, physical therapist, chiropractors, pain management, physicians, and accupressurist/massage. Mr. Jason is who I was looking for my deep rooted complex issue. His knowledge got us past the easily noticeable issues on the surface to a more origin like solution. Also a necessary mention is, even with there size company, Lewy's never makes you feel like a number where redundant questions get asked per visit. They log in what they learn and therefore no session is wasted playing :"who are you again

Fantastic experience: Lewy Physical Therapists are top notch! I sense each therapist is constantly looking out for the well-being of each patient in their care. I am really pleased because my routine is always changed up and appropriately challenging for me. My issue is making progress, slow and steady. I highly recommend this business model for physical health care.

Negative experience: I was at Lit Pizza on Blue Bonnett today. Some unbelievably rude Employee from this establishment ordered 15 pizzas during the lunch rush. She inconvenienced dozens of customers in line behind her with many giving up and leaving. Any establishment that would employ such rude people isn’t worth visiting. Avoid it.

Fantastic experience: My son and I have been coming to Lewy Physical Therapy for over 7-8 years. This place is special to us because Lewy Physical Therapy Staff care about their patients. When my son was younger he needed specialized care and attention. He struggled thru a difficult time and Lewy Physical Therapy Staff were there to help him thru. He still comes here today and I am going to come back myself. We just wanted to Thank everyone at Lewy Physical Therapy for a job well done and we appreciate everything you have done for us. Fantastic experience: The patients and the staff at Lewy have a special relationship. I've seen the company host patient appreciation events, during business hours, so that everyone could participate. On the other hand I have also seen patients bringing the staff treats to show appreciation. The entire atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and feels like hanging out with family. The receptionist's know you by name and really go out of their way to accommodate everyone to the best of their abilities.

Negative experience: Their services are not as good as you expected, since they would not like to tell you additional charge but mailing you the bill several months later. The "including everything" does not include everything.

Negative experience: I was over charged for visits from the start. I had problems with being scheduled for times when I had previously discussed were not good for me. The PT staff is wonderful! The front desk staff is another story!!! I had problems with the billing from day one! I kept having to explain to Emily, that I do have an copay! I was charged for a deductible, but my deductible was met and she kept charging me $26 copay. I kept explaining to Emily that I have a 80/20 policy and there is no copay. I made several visits to the office to clear this up, but per Emily and the other front desk staff, no one in billing was available. I brought my EOB's and still no one ever followed up with me. Every time I called, no none knew what was gong on. When they sent me my first statement, which automatically shows you 30 late, all of my payments were not posted! That was irritating and I felt robbed!!!! I eventually canceled my treatment due to being over charged and the scheduling nightmare. For some reason Emily and the other front desk staff could never get my availability right. Once I canceled, I was charge for cancelling and no show. The no show was because I was sick. I left a message on the voice mail.I would not have cancelled if there wasn't an continuous scheduling conflict. I have four conversations with Emily about what time I can come for PT. And I was still scheduled at other times. I am not paying for a cancellation when the scheduling was their fault! They have poor communication and they do not follow up with you. I reported them to BBB, they claimed that I would receive a check in 14 days... no check yet!

Fantastic experience: I started physical therapy after a car accident in 2014 and they are fantastic! They were always able to work around my work schedule and made my sessions there fun. I was back to my old self in no time at all and will always choose Lewy PT for future needs.

Fantastic experience: My primary therapist was Emily and she was amazing! However, I worked with many of the therapist throughout my recovery and they were all wonderful.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at Lewy Physical Therapy is wonderful! The front desk is always so friendly and accommodating and all of the therapists are caring and compassionate. They have tremendously helped in my recovery from surgery. I wouldn't be where am today without them! I would definitely recommend Lewy Physical Therapy to all of my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!! I had the dry needling done on my neck to remedy severe pain I'd had for about two months. I had immediate relief and a week later I'm still feeling 100% better. My therapist Jeremy was very friendly and the treatment was painless. Thanks, Lewy!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Lewy's PT is great. They know what they are doing and give you tips to try at home to help in your progress. I would definitely recommend Lewy's to future patients.

Negative experience: As far as therapy is was good, however, Payment is expected as you receive your services but if there is a refund due it takes many many months for the refund to be issued. I haven't seen them since Feb 2017 and here it is June 2017 and still no refund.
