Fantastic experience: Life changing: Dry needling by Derek Laurent is amazing. Actually, it is NOT a “needle” but just a very fine filament. ………. No pain when the filament is inserted. Pain only occurs when the filament hits a congested area and the muscle reacts. The pain lasts only a nano-second.

Fantastic experience: They helped me prepare for my knee replacement and recover after the surgery. I can walk long distances without pain again. Disneyworld, here we come!

Fantastic experience: Due to a sports related shoulder injury (overuse & improper form), I decided to try rehabbing my shoulder with Impact Physical Therapy. I have completed my first week of therapy and am pleased with Derek Laurent's treatment plan. Derek & I are in agreement regards the cause of injury and his guidance on preventing future problems. I was able to obtain an appointment quickly and the staff is friendly, courteous & attentive to your needs. Fantastic experience: The personnel are congenial from the door and in treatment. Therapists are knowledgeable. Questions are answered in a way that can be understood. When needed therapists will do research and explain the results. Treatments are performed in a timely manner. Treatment plan is review as needed and adjusted based on progress.

Fantastic experience: Five stars are not enough! When I started Impact PT my first goal was to attend my granddaughter’s graduation in Salem,MA & visit Boston. This past weekend I met that goal! We walked all over the city. I would have never been able to do that without Victoria’s help and guidance. I love going to Impact PT. The PT techs are very knowledgeable and well trained. Everyone at the facility is very friendly , knows your name, and is genuinely interested in your physical well being! I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: picture this : knee = messed up, back = messed up and you are crossing fingers and toes wishing a dreaming and hoping for a fix. and then BAM you stumble across the all mighty and powerful, slay every day being that is brennan mcQuiston. brennan is not only the physical manifestation of rainbows and puppies but he also is giving strong gryffindor energy and is excellent and beyond capable of physical therapying you like no other. i walk into the clinic with a positive working attitude, ready for my appointment, and hear the trumpets that you would hear (hypothetically) at the gates of heaven as brennan walks out with the hugest smile, teeth so perfect you can tell he never even needed braces as a child. needless to say, brennan always made sure i was as comfortable as a bug in a rug during my appointments while putting blood sweat and tears into my rehab and care (not really but you get the idea). brennan was and IS my #1 fan as i went through recovery and now as i train for a hyrox race like the girlboss i am. 10/10 would recommend brennan as a physical therapist, and as i move onto my next chapter in life, PT school, brennan will be a bright shining example of the joy, passion, and fun that a physical therapist should embody. knee = kneeing, back = backing. period.

My insurance won’t cover my visits at impact but I won’t go anywhere else! She’s thorough and so knowledgable and you can tell she really cares about her patients. Fantastic experience: After my 1st knee replacement I was looking for a physical therapy group close to my home and Impact Physical Therapy was recommended by a close friend. I have not been disappointed! I required extra therapy after my right knee replacement that Impact helped me through. A year and a half later I had my left knee replaced and continued with therapy. One of their capable therapists will oversee your course of treatment which includes consulting with your doctor and Impact PT Interns who assist with your exercises. They will work with you on scheduling and rescheduling appointments. This will always be my physical therapy group!!!!

Fantastic experience: I already wanted to go back to Europa , where I come from, because I couldn't find help on pain.I visit 3 doktors and 3 chiropators and no relive! And finnaly I found Dr. Victoria not only did she listen to my 30 min history of illness and details, but she also asked a lot of question., then she examined me from head to toe And finally I have right diagnosis! Fantastic experience: I started going to Dr. Victoria on word from a friend. I had tennis elbow, a lower back problem, a bad shoulder and a knee issue. During my time going to see Dr. Victoria and all her staff my elbow pain was gone within 2-3 weeks, they got my shoulder stronger and pain free rather quickly, too. My Pirifomis Back issue took a little longer but she got it pain free. And my knee it’s back feeling fine too. She and her staff are everything you want and need in a Physical Therapist, very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and caring. Suzanne My second trip to Impact Physical Therapy was for a Lower Back issue that has Pain Radiating down my left thigh, which has progressively gotten worse, Pain Management Dr. weren’t able to touch the pain. At least Impact Physical Therapy worked with me to keep me as strong as possible going through a year of this back issue. They are the Best and apparently my back is the worst. Fantastic experience: After a knee injury, I was referred here by my friend. Due to poor experiences with doctors, I was pretty hesitant to come in. But, Victoria called me before I even came in to see what was wrong and whether I should come in to physical therapy or go elsewhere. She and all the other staff were awesome in diagnosis and treatment. It was honestly a great experience, and I’d highly recommend coming here! Despite not being a morning person, I loved going to my 8 am appointments because of the great atmosphere and kind people that work here.

Fantastic experience: My appointment with Impact Physical Therapy was set a few days before my knee replacement surgery, and I began 3 days after. At first my sessions were painful and exhausting but Dr. Brennan was very patient and kind while pushing me to achieve my goals of full range of motion and strengthening. With Brennan’s and all the techs encouragement and constant challenges I did indeed reach my goals. I was firm in my conviction that I would not have my other knee replaced-but my experience has seriously reconsidering and will begin PT sessions before as well as after with Impact Physical Therapy.

Not necessary to see your GP or Ortho first in many cases. They can assess and get insurance approval for you.

Everyone there knows me and greets me personally, even if I haven't worked specifically with them. I look forward to my visits because it's like going to visit close friends. She even went the extra mile and sent me videos of things to do on my own to keep my hips healthy and strong. You get individual attention with the therapist and the techs which is a plus. If you're on the edge about therapy, this is the place to come because they will change your mind in a heart beat! 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here off and on since September 2021 after an ankle injury and surgery. Victoria has been absolutely fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable and understands what you need. The environment there is also very friendly, where you will find yourself talking about all the things with the staff and even leaving feeling like you went to hang out with friends for 1 hour! I was in a plane crash and Victoria was able to treat 3 separate major injuries simultaneously. Nothing is too difficult for them to handle. While there, you receive their full attention and don't feel like you are being herded through like cattle. True 1 on 1 care. Their office staff and techs are phenomenal as well! Fantastic experience: My experience at Impact Physical Therapy was excellent. The care that I received for my back injury was great - Victoria helped work with me to do the necessary evaluations and exercises to get my back stronger to prevent another injury from happening. She always explained the "why" behind what I was experiencing and how the exercises would help with the issue and took ample time with me. She gave me maintenance exercises to continue after we finished treatment and I have not had a problem since. I would trust her with any PT need that you are having. The office staff/PTAs were professional and were always on time. I didn't get to work with Derek, but you can tell he is also a very caring therapist. Excellent place for your PT needs.

Fantastic experience: Victoria is a very caring Christian person. She’s gotten me out of issues like plantar fasciitis, IT band. Her treatment is very effective and she has a pleasant personality. She knows her stuff !!! You will not be disappointed.My husband has also seen her for his back. She gives you take home exercises which maintain your health if you continue to do them as directed. She allows you to text her with questions and responds promptly. She’s a hard worker. She is convenient to the area. Tiger bend, Jones Creek, Coursey. I highly recommend her and her staff.
